It's a school grade scale. 5/10 = F Anything below that is aggressively bad. Either way, you should be ashamed of yourself.

The article kinda refutes your claim. Here they are going woke and losing money like crazy. Until they back away from their new woke campaign, they are "living their beliefs". It's an old article from last year, by the way.

That's a great point. The amount of improved attractiveness gained by losing 20 lbs can be accomplished within a couple of months at worst. Gaining another 10 lbs of muscle can be more than a year, especially as you get older.
/r/TheRedPill28/08/19 12:19 PM

I was trying to say that for the same levels of fat, more muscle increases attraction. Gaining muscle when fat will not decrease your attractiveness.
/r/TheRedPill27/08/19 12:46 PM

That's not what studies show. They found that women prefer men with more muscle even when fatter (when fat is held constant), but in general, loosing fat will have a much bigger impact on attraction.

My main ones: loves male attention. no female friends. She should have a 5-10x ratio of male to female friends. does not reciprocate or help you in a general "good person" way. There are many women that do not even think about offering to help you when you're doing something. thinks "money is for spending" and considers saving a personality flaw. high conflict personality - lots of arguments and fights with people never offers to pay has signs that she thinks she is better than you. She will tre…

Alcohol is not used to keep anyone under control. No one HAS to drink alcohol and no one has ever made the common man drink alcohol. If anything it's been the opposite. Alcohol is self inflicted. Tons of people never touch the stuff. Many only have one or two beers on a random weekend. No one made you drink.

I'm going to second you here. My woman could easily have been this type of girl (though she wasn't that quiet on our first date), and it turns out that when she finally opens up, she is a fantastic partner and great LTR material.

THIS! Recently, my ex claimed she was suicidal with her new (now ex) husband, and he called the cops. They wound up institutionalizing her for a few days and she did try to accuse him of abuse, and he got arrested. So, good luck with calling the police on her. Case is still pending.

Probably in order of importance: Sleep as much as possible. Adequate calories. Anything under maintenance calories will hurt your testosterone A good amount of good fats (most fats OTHER than vegetable oil, which is made of soy) Get these from eggs, red meat, fish, olive oil, nuts Cut alcohol as much as possible. This can be higher on the list if you binge drink or drink heavily all weekend. Heavy lifting, not skipping leg day. Get that stuff straight, and you'll probably increase your testoster…

I would use /u/nastynickdr's option 1. "You cheated. It's over. Here's your stuff, there's the door." Then no response to any of her pleas for forgiveness. No text, nothing. She will want you to get mad and scream at her because she is a bad person. It will hurt more if you just coldly walk away. It will make her stew in her funk. It will drive her crazy and make her feel punished.

They may argue it or try to brush it off, but once you file the complaint, it is documented and can be used in a lawsuit. You can continue doing this every time you find something like this and it will create a paper trail that they will not be able to refute.

It passes. I lost about 70 lbs as well, and at first I had the blue pill reaction of "I'm the same person, why does everyone treat me so much better now?". It's just the way the world works. It isn't their fault. Just run with it and enjoy it.

Dread only works if she has something to lose. If the only thing she had was her relationship with you, and she was attracted to you, then dread woudl cause her to straighten up and work harder for your attention. If she is not attracted to you and leaving you entitles her to half of everything you worked for as well as an additional income stream, there isn't much motivation for her to give a shit. She will just say "ok, fine, go look for another woman. Cha-ching!!!" And now she is on the marke…

Take it early in the day only. I'm pretty sure that this will help greatly. If you take caffeine later in the day, it will keep you up too long and you will drag the next day. You might not notice the dragging as much because you'll self-medicate with more caffeine... However, you won't be nearly as 'ready to take on life' as you would if you got proper rest. Lack of sleep also lowers testosterone, reducing energy.
/r/askTRP10/05/16 06:44 PM

Get more sleep. If you need to cut out caffeine mid-afternoon, do that. You're doing the right thing. Moving in the right direction. Keep it up. Find ways to relax yourself while still making forward progress.

the woman got her ass back in the gym and started working out again and then got pissed at her husband because he wanted to have more sex with her. My ex got mad at me when I clearly was more attracted to her when her boobs grew in her early days of pregnancy. WTF?

You don't have to dump her, but you also don't have to put up with that kind of behavior. You can stand up for yourself and tell her directly when she crosses a line. She doesn't respect you because she can push you around how she wants to. Don't be afraid to cut things off with her. This is her power over you. If you are willing to end things, even if you do not, you gain the power. Don't be afraid of her. You deserve respect and to be treated well.

I'm sorry to hear that. She will likely spend much of that money and take half of whats left. If her account is on plenty of fish, she is cheating. Prenup is STRONGLY called for. If he says it is out of the question, then he is weak willed and stupid. If he could lock away some money for you in trust, at least she may not be able to get to it. :-/

My body is my symbol. I was a obese 42 inch waist tubbo with no muscle tone for years, and then I lost weight, cut my hair into a decent style, and started lifting weights and now I'm in better shape than 98% of guys my age. if guys could wear fake 6-pack vests. Why can't they? Sounds like a great idea. I can already imagine the mental gymnastics trying to explain why padded bras are acceptable, but 6 pack vests are not. The real reason is because men are less attractive when they are shown as "trying" to make themselves attractive. I agree that a man would be rekt if he acted like this, but, and I say this with lots of hesitation: She spent the last 8 years working her ass off to become a doctor. If you count working hard in high school, thats 12 years of her life of busting ass. I respect the effort it takes to get a good career. Acting like an ass while drunk for one moment sometimes needs a serious discipline, but wiping out a lifetime of effort is disproportionate. Honestly, if she does lose her career, it is a bigger …

Wow, that is rough. However, I think it is at least equivalent to what would happen if a man did that. I think in the case of a man or a woman, destroying everything they worked for most of their lives (career) is too much. She would do more good as a doctor than a shitty housewife or whatever job she can get if she gets kicked out of med school. There needs to be a way to punish them that doesn't destroy their lives.

Alpha widows are, at best, plate material. Never enter an LTR or, heaven forbid, a marriage with an alpha widow. The tingles a woman gets from an Alpha stay with her her entire life. I agree. Find ways to give the impression that you have a lot of options, but you are attracted to her. Keep talking with and flirting with lots of girls and keep your options open. If she thinks you are only interested in her, it puts you on a level lower to her where you are needy and want something from her.

I got the accusations of emotional abuse. Sure. Years of a dead bedroom destroying your self-esteem, the gaslighting about other men, the bacterial STD, the lies about credit card debt. Kids as pawns? Enjoy family court. A man getting upset about that? Well, that's emotional abuse, you see. This is exactly what happened to me. Females have ridiculous amount of opportunity for sex, and solipsism makes them assume that men have the same amount of opportunity. Physical appearance is the primary mate selection factor for women also. Men just have additional aspects that can weigh in. A lot of times what you are calling "asshole" things are just self-respect things. There is grey area between self-respect and "asshole". A lot of women are so used to stepping all over guys so they see any self-respect as being an asshole. Blue pill guys feel like anything they do for themselves is being an asshole. They should stand up for themselves and have some dignity. Take care of themselves and the girl will respect and follow.

Now you're just arguing sementics.

Of course, I didn't. It ate her up more that I wouldn't yell at her.

Sometimes she feels she deserves to be called names and hit. I had an ex that cheated that asked me to yell and hit her because she felt that she deserved it. At the time she knew she fucked up.

They are the one who they will start fucking if their beta bux marriage grows too tiresome (meaning, the second baby is out of diapers, and there is a guaranteed source of income if she leaves).

Not always. A lot of backups are alphas that they couldn't nail down.

I think most of the posts are upset with the cock carousel because they want a girl worthy to settle down with, but believe that All Women Are Like That (AWALT). They had in the past held girls up on a pedestal like shown in the Disney movies and were burned badly. Therefore, they acknowledge how women are and try to take advantage of the cock carousel so that they get sexual pleasure just like those women do. I'd agree with you that there is definitely schadenfruede about "the wall", since thos…

^ This is why people get angry about TRP.

I'm totally with you on pointing out inconsistencies and rambling on TRP. I'd like to see TRP not be the masculine version of feminism.

I think this was a great post. Relationships aren't always easy. The way you work on your relationship is by working on yourself, to make yourself the man she wants. The rock solid, emotionally stable, in shape, man that takes responsibility. You can't change other people. You can only change yourself. Yes, it takes work, but if you expect her to become submissive and be the female you want, you must become the man she wants.

True, but 75% of the time it is. That is because 75% of the time, she leaves with cash and prizes. If that weren't the case, she wouldn't want divorce nearly as often.

All true. I'd like to make a list of all movies where the sex scene is considered rape under California's new law, and a list of movies where the sex scene is not.

solve most the problems men have these days. FTFY. I think that solution would swing it back in the opposite direction. There should be some middle ground that is fair for both sides. (Trying to be reasonable and rational)

Agreed. Better yet, there are so few men that do not actively work at making themselves better that it doesn't take much to "outcompete" them.

I don't think this has anything to do with her actions having consequences. It is the actions of whoever molested/raped her which have had consequences on her life. It's sad and somewhat unsurprising.

To play devil's advocate, I can see the argument that it is telling a friend that they can come over and take your old glass-tube TV, but they come over and take the nice plasma screen too. That would be a pretty shitty thing to do, even if the friend talked you into it. Since there isn't a written contract, your regret at being duped is going to seem like they stole the TV.

Dude, she should be able to cuddle naked with a complete stranger without having to worry about him making a move. She also should be able to leave her purse in an car with the door wide open in a shitty neighborhood and be entirely shocked when it (and possibly the car) are gone shortly thereafter.
