Who said I am rushing to move her in? Been together 3 years and I had to move for my job last May and have been in an LDR with her for nearly a year. This move at this time was planned anyway. And yes, I've thought about it. Correct me if I'm misunderstanding, but your comment is coming across like it has the assumption I don't want to be in a relationship w this woman, which isn't the case. As I answered in an earlier comment, I would otherwise have proposed to her by now but since swallowing t…

Haha. It should be. But that stirs up more trouble than it is worth. Of course I'm not waiting to buy her the ring she deserves. And yes, I am waiting for the paternity test results. But that doesn't go over well when I am in a room full of plugged in colleagues and old cranky nurses and I would rather just move on in that situation to a different topic than stir up emotions in other people caused by an answer like that.

That's an inspiring answer. Thanks for that.

Such as modern feminism isn't a good thing, some ppl who are 'victims' (we deal with a lot of ppl who have been 'raped' in the past) are actually the perpetrators, the motives of the women in some of the social lives of male patients.... I will post about more specific examples eventually because there are some things I would like to seek advice about. I have glanced at them but have not studied or committed any to memory. I have a long list of sidebar reading that I know I will have to get thro…

Fair enough. And I do have my own mentality. It's outspoken and unpopular (at least at the surface). That's why I have been lurking and now plan to start contributing to a community like this

I'm a resident. And you're right. But right now I can't practice how I want to practice because I'm only a step or two above the bottom of the totem pole. Regardless, there is a culture in medicine that is shaded blue. The day-to-day interactions with peers and the overall mentality of how to practice and exist in medicine is a little different than how I would imagine it would be if I were working construction 90h/week

Part of me is worried and going down worst case scenarios down the dread level list. If it gets to the end it would just be easier and cheaper if I wasn't married. I didn't consider it in the way you are talking about tho, thanks for that perspective

It really is irrelevant. I was thinking about how I was late to TRP and wish I knew it all when I was 19 and crying over breakups slash ruining relationships... not really the case now that I'm about to have an instant family. It was just something I was curious about as far as other ppl's experiences

Thanks man. I lift. That was actually my immature attempt of being sarcastic.

No so sure about the institution of marriage. What does doing the work have to do with changing a part of my legal status?

Psychiatry. I'm 31 and this is my first year 'out' of formal education of school but still very integrated in academia as I am doing my training in an academic hospital. Red pill truth examples every day, some to the letter... I am trying to get my thoughts together one of these days to make a comprehensive post about what I see Day to day. It's weird but when I talk about patient cases with my colleagues the red pill examples are so obvious, and we talk about them recognizing what's going on...…

I'm 31. Probably around 2 years. Started clicking 1 year ago. I remember last year around this time I was sitting in a radiology class and we were going through Like 20 year old films being taught/narrated over recording by my professor's professor.... and one popped up of an example of some rib fractures. The British woman who's voice was being played mentioned, very straight forwardly that this was a patient who was beat up by his wife with a broom handle. Everyone cracked up laughing. ....it …

Thanks man. I have been holding myself back from writing the burning question I've had of how to integrate TRP into my extremely blue pill career. This, I think, will help

I want a family and kids but am trepidatious about marriage. If I hadn't known about redpill would have likely already put a ring on. But right now I'm not so sure. Or, as I tell ppl in the regular world who ask now when I'm getting married to her, "I'm waiting until I can afford the ring she deserves" Lift? Why? Should I be doing that?
