Love the line "Happy King, Happy Kingdom." Will be using this in the future, thanks for sharing!

You touched on this with the diet but if you have chronic digestive problems treat those first (ibs, colitis etc). A common side effect of poor digestion is acne. My back and face immediately cleared up once I started properly treating my digestive issues.

You're asking the wrong question. It's not about what you can do about the relationship, it's how you can improve yourself. Your relationships are a direct result of who you are as a person. Read the sidebar, start lifting and prepare yourself for her not being a part of the picture.

Why are you even asking this here? Do what you want.

It's never a good idea to disclose TRP to people who have held blue pill ideologies their entire lives. It's very difficult to help people who do not want to be helped Your best chance is improving yourself and leading by example.

This can work but your odds of success are very low. It's better to ask in person, if you're really trying to improve your game then go out and practice it, don't hide behind the security of asking your friends

Based on your post it seems like you're over-investing in her. This is a pretty big ask and you're putting yourself in vulnerable position because you can't be outcome independent. Did you ask her to come or did you tell her to?

It's not worth the risk to directly ask her. You should be able to tell. Does she let you grab her phone etc? Does she talk about other men/ say things like "I'd never cheat on you?" Never believe what a woman says at face value, always look at her actions. If you really need to know then check her phone while she's showering or something but if she's not an idiot there won't be anything for you to find.

I don't agree with the part about you FWB. Women always have a back up plan and after you cut her loose she exercised that option. Why would you care if you cut her loose?

This is why it's incredibly important to have a life outside of one woman. It's not the silent treatment if you're playing basketball etc. and you can't respond.

Get as close as possible to the point of no return and then slow down. Keep repeating this until you have a really good grasp of when that point is (Google edging). Having sex is an exercise. Progressively get better at it by increasing the intensity slowly. Another big thing is don't go straight in and out, make sure you're grinding against the inner walls. This will increase the stimulation for her and you'll last longer. Another key piece: relax. Sex is fun!

Thank you for doing some digging - this is very interesting and I will add it to my post. This definitely shows more research is needed. It's unfortunate this study is so small, I'd like to see it repeated on a larger scale.

That's a good point as well. The wording should probably be more along the lines of "contributes to" instead of leads to.

You brought up a good point. 1) Mental state is definitely another confounding factor which I did not add. 2) This is why it's a theory. There should definitely be more research on this topic to either confirm or deny it but unfortunately, that's not available at this time. The whole point of this post was to gather information from other men to see if they have had similar experiences to myself. I left out my personal anecdotes because I did not want to draw any particular bias to my position o…

That's a great question! I would love to know the answer. I think it has to from personal experience but that could be confirmation bias

I'm not sure if it's as black and white as this which is why i didn't draw any particular conclusions but I think it's something that could be considered. One other thing i didn't add was how this backs up the notion that long distance doesn't work.

The study itself focused on the interference of contraceptives on oxytocin production and i used this to start my theory. This is a very good point i did not consider, thank you for your input (i will add to the post when i have a minute)

Just contraception methods that affect hormones, I don't believe the IUD falls into that category.

I posted this to a similar thread: I've got 5 tips for you: Body positioning: This can have a huge effect on this. If you're holding yourself up with your arms you'll cum a lot quicker. For example: if you're in missionary and you're using your arms as support vs sitting more upright and holding onto her body. General stimulation increase over time. More specifically, going from her stroking you, to BJ and then to penetration will allow much more control vs going straight in (this is just a gene…

The fact that it's more than a year isn't good imo. Keeping frame during the 6 month internship could be tricky too

A lot of people will tell you to drop her immediately but you haven't said how long this is going to last. If you don't have a defined ending, it's 100% not worth it. 2 hours isn't terrible but it's definitely not easy to keep doing forever. One other thing: It doesn't matter how long you've been together. Relationship equity doesn't mean anything to her.

Lift, lift and lift some more. You can read all of the theory you want here but that is essential to becoming more masculine. Everything else becomes way easier when you're fit.

I definitely agree with the 2/3 rule but I think only texting for logistics as a rule should only be if you're hitting her up. If she texts you then you should respond, not right away, but you should. If you don't she'll text someone else who will. Be unpredictable with your response times too. Some girls need texting and others don't, use your judgement.

There are very few women who are actual LTR or marriage material these days and there are a few really good posts with guidelines detailing this. However, many women do not meet the criteria and this is why many choose to spin plates.

I wouldn't say you fell on the white Knight side because you made your intentions known and you had already made out with her earlier in the night. From your post it doesn't seem like you closed in the morning, which is where I'd say you fucked up.

Why is she pissing you off? It's your job as the man to lead, if she is pissing you off then you probably aren't leading her effectively.

It doesn't really matter as long as she is engaging you more than you are engaging her. If you feel like you're doing more then pull back.

Thanks for this post. I needed the reminder. I vividly remember the light-switch effect from my LTRs from high school and I was baffled by it. Seeing it twice made me realize it must have been something I was doing to illicit such a response. Very happy for TRP connecting the dots.

Started working out, taking my career more seriously, got a better haircut and moved out of my parents' house. It was a serious wake-up call for me and I have never been happier in my life.

Have you even fucked this girl yet? It sounds like you haven't even held her hand.

seconded. It sounds like your goal is an LTR...which should never be the goal, she has to earn it. At this moment it's just a ONS. EDIT: second sentence phrasing

It sounds like you need to re-read the sidebar, then read it some more. Your entire post is indicative that you haven't internalized anything.

Never act bitter around anyone in general. It won't do you any favors. The rest is up to you and how you want to approach the situation but she obviously sounds like she wasn't interested based on your post so why are you even wasting your time thinking about this girl?

Once you accept that it's just your turn then it won't sting as much. Part of the reason breakups sting so much is a result of it being a surprise ending. Managing your expectations and accepting that she might be gone some day helps. Equity in a relationship means nothing to women. Pivoting your focus to another woman helps to ease the pain (benefit of having plates). If you don't have that option focusing on your mission and lifting is a good option.

Great post. Journaling is one of the best ways to deal with all of the feelings. Putting them on paper makes everything much more manageable. I cannot recommend enough.

Yes if you're a politician but for a regular citizen without money or power, political views really don't matter. In my opinion, time is better spent on other things.

Identity politics in general are incredibly cancerous. Logic and reason should be above all else.

It gets easier once you have multiple women. Knowing you have other options does wonders. Until then, fake it till you make it and keep yourself distracted with your mission.

I know this feeling very well. The important thing is you're recognizing when it happens. Keep working on yourself and developing good habits. Once you've really gotten into a routine and internalized all of the rp concepts then you won't revert as easily.

It's all about calibrating her response. Never go straight for the boob, get her comfortable with the idea first. Run your hands near it and make her anticipate it. With enough pratice, you'll know when she'll let you. You're young so some of these girls may not be as comfortable with any sort of sexual contact. As for the teasing, I'd imagine whatever intonation you're using isn't playful enough. If she gets uncomfortable about it, change the subject and move on - don't let it linger.

I did some brief research on nuvarings and they can cause changes in vaginal fluids. She's really wet at the beginning and it just dries up as we go...it's definitely not ideal though so I see where you're coming from. This is the first time we've had issues like this so i'm not ready to drop her just yet but I'm not ruling it out.
/r/askTRP25/01/18 05:24 PM

Yeah, you're right. I'll let her take care of it and see my other plates for time being. If she comes to me and asks I'll give suggestions. Thanks for the insight, I appreciate it.

Yeah, you're right. I was possibly considering her as an LTR...only reason I mentioned. I'm not sure, what would that do?

Only when you're having sex with her. All other times don't.
