I've got 5 tips for you:

Body positioning: This can have a huge effect on this. If you're holding yourself up with your arms you'll cum a lot quicker. For example: if you're in missionary and you're using your arms as support vs sitting more upright and holding onto her body.
General stimulation increase over time. More specifically, going from her stroking you, to BJ and then to penetration will allow much more control vs going straight in (this is just a general rule). Personally I have issues staying hard when she's on top so I'll have her skip the BJ if she's going to do that. This ties into 3.
Edging: Get close to the point of cumming and back off. Sometimes this is hard to do because your girl is saying shit like "don't stop" and "harder" but you control the sex and if you don't wanna finish then don't. The more times you edge the more intense you can go and eventually you'll get to a point where you can really control it. Listen to your body. If you feel like you can't go without cumming then go down on her for a bit and then go back to penetration.
Motion when thrusting: some movement besides in and out helps a lot. It gives her more stimulation and helps you last longer. Typically I'll try and give it some upward motion to hit the upper wall. Different girls enjoy different spots too.
Breathe: This was a big one for me. Idk why but I would tense up and forget to breathe and then I'd cum really quickly. This might be common knowledge but I thought I'd include.

As with any skill, you'll get better at this over time with practice and don't forget to have fun, it's way more fun when you're in control vs thinking of dead bodies or some shit to stop from blowing your load.

I don't understand people who can't control their own pleasure. Just don't surrender, tense your fucking channels, don't give in the moment it rises.

If it's really bad, you can get cirvumsized, you'll be less sensitive.
