I have been to events where they turned the men's room into a women's room which sucks the most as I had to explore to find the men's room to pee when I know those urinals are going unused. The draft hasn't been used in decades, there doesn't seem to be a lot of political will backing it. It is just a policy that hardly anyone questions because it hasn't been used recently. I think this is silly, no women shouldn't be required to register for the draft. Men shouldn't have to register either. It is better to get rid of shitty things than to have more people subject to shitty rules. That is like saying black people at the back of the bus, then push to have everyone forced to sit at the back of the bus. Well when I have to shit I never hover I nest. I take a piece of toilet paper and wipe the seat down to make sure there is no wet spots then I layer long strips of toilet paper along the seat making sure there is not point of contact between my skin and the seat. New Hampshire's definition seems reasonable, as long as you never acknowledge it or state that you are married then you aren't married. If you live together and state that you are married then you are. But this is only after you are dead, so your lifelong girlfriend or even you could get property / estates passed to you / her. This way you could be protected if any of you are relying on each other. Since it only goes into effect when you are dead it can't be used to screw you over.
