And as others have said, that isn't going to work. For me and my girlfriend, "problem solving together" could be just choosing/deciding to let it go since its not a huge deal. No sense making a moutain out of a molehill. "Solution" could be deciding to never order from that place again since they messed up. I get what you're saying, but adoption is a conscious choice based on circumstances. If a couple wants to raise a child but can't have one biologically for various reasons that are unchangeable, then adoption is a fine option. Nothing inherently alpha or beta about it.
