The pugil stick is the representation of the rifle. It is supposed to be about the same size and weight as the rifle and is used to train people how to fight with the rifle during close combat. It is not a game.

I have heard this before and I agree. But do they have to put it in a video? I hate watching videos. I have heard people have had success with an irrevocable trust.

How about when a female gets pregnant she must get the "supposed" father to sign a document stating that he will be financial responsible for the child if he is the biological father. If the guy doesn't sign then she doesn't get child support.

Both are wrong and both should be taken off the air in the US. I understand what they are trying to say. Maybe they would work in china or italy if so, fine. But there is way to much history in the US for people to look at it as a funny commercial.

A few years ago I called a guy to get a quote. I wanted my house painted. He asked if my wife would be there. I said no. He said they required the wife to be there and said something about her being okay with the color. He laughed and made it sound like a joke. I told him it was my decision and she wouldn't be there. He refused to come out and give me a quote.

Stop paying for shit for her. Next time you go out only pay for yourself. Tell her paying your own way is your version of equality.

Why don't you try being clear. There are many things, maybe even most brown or black things that are not associated with being dirty.

So I am in the men's room at a restaurant the other day. I was washing my hands. This guy comes in with his son. His daughter followed them into the men's room. She must have been 10 or 12 years old. Her father and brother stop at the urinals and start peeing. The girl stood behind her brother making funny comments. Her father was at the urinal next to her brother. I though it was very inappropriate for her to be hanging out in the men's room. And I want men's room to be just for men. Women have…

I took my first class in software programming over 40 years ago. At the time there were many females in the class, not many black people. Over the years I have noted many females in software, many black males, many asian males and females and even some black females. I recall working on one large scale groundstation software project that had almost no white males. I don't know where she gets her info from but it is not consistent with my experience.

It is pretty common on these shows that the people will change the topic to what they want to discuss. If the host doesn't keep them on topic it becomes a soapbox for them to talk about whatever.

Many of the men do not use the urinals when women are there. I say go ahead and use it. Put on a little show for them. Get naked and dance around, what are they going to do tell them you can't get naked in the men's room?

A few years ago in California they passed a law allowing females to use the men's bathroom. Now if you go to any arena there will be women queued up to use the men's bathroom. I really hate this. But I guess it is only fair for men to be allowed to use the women's bathroom. I feel sad that this has become a major issue in this society.

Even your run of the mill engineer will eventually have a decent house and a nice bit of change in his pension and 401k. Easily over a million dollars for someone to walk away with. I think it is okay to engage with women, you just have to know when and where to draw the line. You drew a line and refused to go over it. And now you know that this girl is not worth the time. Next time you can do the same thing. When they hit your line, that is the end.

I was doing systems engineering of sat comm systems. It was mostly analysis type stuff looking at the low level systems design and interaction of boxes. They hired mostly EE people. At the time they hired roughly the same number of men as women.
/r/MensRights16/10/15 04:15 PM
6

That has not been my experience in engineering. In my experience, I'm about twice your age, women were hired on the same basis as men and promoted at the same rate as men. When I got out of college, probably before you were born, the company I went to work for hired a huge number of engineers right out of college. They hired many female engineers and many black engineers. Throughout my time I have seen many woman hired and promoted over men.

Alimony is never appropriate. If one spouse freely made a decision and it did not work out to their benefit, that's life. If someone wants to give up a job or a chance at education in favor of marriage that is one of the many choices people are allowed to make. To then say "Well my choice didn't work out so pay me", is morally wrong. People should not expect others to pay for the consequences of the free choices they make.

/r/MensRights10/10/15 12:07 AM

I disagree. I don't think people need role models of their race or of their gender. Many people, including Tyson, went into science out of a love for science. No role models required.

My image as a black person does not depend on Tyson or anyone else. Unless you are a racist and unable to see me as an individual, my image only depends on me and my actions. So black people do not need Tyson or anyone else to increase the image of black people.

The argument that the statute would not be applied harshly is crap. Time and again it has been shown that when given a law that says something can be done, then it will be done. As an example consider the US forfeiture laws. These laws are likely to pass and as a consequence many people will be guilty of sexual assault. The only way I can see to protect yourself is to be the one to file charges first.

It is well within your rights to demand to see a male doctor. If a male doctor is not working at the time, you can ask when one will be available. If they don't have any male doctors on staff then your local men's group or even you personally can insist they hire one.

These people are confused about what Viagra does for men. It does nothing to enhance the libido of men as this article claims the "pink Viagra" does for women. So it is not really comparable to Viagra. The pills do different things for different reasons. The problem Viagra solves is the inability to get an erection. An inability to get an erection is a physical problem. That has nothing to do with libido or sexual desire. So to call this drug for women "pink Viagra" is incorrect.

I for one, completely agree with this idea. If I were a student at this university I would dutifully report every single sexual encounter as rape. It does'nt matter whether the encounter was real, imagined or something entirely different. A pretty girl walks by? I felt like I was raped. You asked me where the library was? But in reality it was rape. I would then withhold the timestamped report until I wanted to have some fun. This could be lots of fun.

I am not that familiar with the redpill. I have heard people mention it but have never looked into that sub. I would say I am in favor of treating all people fairly and equally. That is without regard to race, gender, religion etc. When it comes to gender it is impossible to get people to agree on what that means.

What if you replaced "man" with "woman"?

I am not familiar with that website. This sub is just a place to discuss men's rights and issues. It is not an organization. Random men and sometimes women get together here to post items and comment on them. If you want to post something dealing with issues that do not involve straight white men, go ahead and do so.

I have not noticed that the topics or discussions are limited to the issues of straight white men.

Do not forget to mention to your teacher that there were many white people fighting for civil rights. There were also many white males who fought to abolish slavery. And in fact you could argue that the white males who fought for the north during the civil war were actually fighting ( and fighting to the death in many cases) to "empower" black people.

I used those communal showers in high school and in the military. In the military they also had a long row of toilets with no stalls, just a long row of toilets. I never cared for that. If you are asking if you should complain I say yes. I think you are entitled to the same level the females receive. Really I think under the law, title 9 or whatever it is, it says they have to treat both genders about the same.

They didn't give up anything for "me". They made the decision to get married. That is not giving up anything for me. Being married to a man absolutely does not mean he is using the woman. Divorcing someone is not the same as "throwing them away". I have no responsibility to take care of another adult. Adults are responsible to take care of themselves. I don't think his article is in line with the law. I do not believe this is the law in every state or even in most states. In my never to be humble opinion, you do not have the right to cut off any part of your child. Unless a procedure is medically required (circumcision isn't) then do not do it. Let the kid make his own choice when he is old enough. That means 18. It is his body, it is his choice.
