"There are real, tangible benefits to being tall" - this is so fucking true! There are studies showing that tall people excel in all facets of life - a tall person automatically makes people submissive and has a better chance of getting what they ask for.

Some people are born relatively strong, they don't have to work really hard for it... They get strong by doing manual labor in childhood or by mutant genetics. On the other hand, the discipline required to get physically stronger than you are at any stage of strength is a powerful teacher of mental strength and focus. It could well be that a puny guy with no interest in lifting has immense mental strength (look at ascetics and monks) - but that is rare. Mental strength doesn't come without subje…

Even the girls who actually lift, tend to wear the least clothing possible on instagram.

"Auto man" is an Indian expression for a auto rickshaw driver who is hired to take kids to school - he stops by several childrens homes and ferries them to and fro from school to their houses

Your point about working out in the morning is also not a universally good thing. Some of us do intermittent fasting, so we don't eat anything dinner to dinner. Working out in the morning would mean you'd have to consume calories pre and post workout, or else feel like shit - working out in a fasted state is not a good idea. Instead one can workout in the evening and consume a moderate amount of calories in the form of protein shakes during and after, and get the benefits of the 16 hour intermit…

On the surface, this is very good advice, but sadly science tells us that night-owls and early-birds have different kinds of brains. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-2440275/Sleep-pattern-research-shows-early-risers-night-owls-brain-differences.html You should just learn to follow your bodies needs and listen to needs rather than wants - sleep when sleepy, eat when hungry

Yeah and that guy goes to the kitchen, makes you a new burger and cums in it before serving it to you. Deceit is a more powerful evolutionary strategy than anger. Anger is merely a hurt ego, children get angry. The only time you should be angry is when your safety or your near and dear ones are threatened. Many years ago when I was a skinny teenager, two of us were beaten up by 4 older guys who got angry because we swore at them on the road. We got the worst of it that day, but the next week , w…

Either I'm really lucky or I'm doing something right, because it's been about 3 years with my FWB First 8 months was a regular relationship, and later we changed it to a non-committed FWB arrangement. We are actually good friends, and the quality of the relationship has not at all deteriorated. We are somewhat bonded to each other, but none of that "what does it mean" nonsense. Neither of us controls the others life or schedule.

I find that the only reason to lift is because the numbers can keep going up and it feels good while I lift. It's simply an objectively better activity in terms of health and wellbeing than say gaming where some other numbers go up and I feel good. Do you need motivation to eat? Rarely any of us eat only when its 100% necessary - we eat to avoid hunger and get nutrition. Should be the same with anything....

Thank you... The cortex main strength is to use reason to achieve goals - emotion is a not quite always useful side effect. Most screwups in the world were based on emotional decisions.

On the contrary, its the cortex, fed with silly ideas that ruins everything. Attracted to a girl, that's the limbic system. Fear of approaching? Story made up by cortex. Pain from rejection? Ego hurt - story made up by cortex. Rationalizing and justifying it? Hamstering by the cortex.

You sound like a typical westerner who got carried away by the eastern way of thinking and thinks it's great because its "Exotic" and espouses a thought process that seems novel. There has never been anyone who reads minds and never will be (outside of using brain scanning machines) One of the basic red pill truths is that there are no immaterial things like souls, or love or justice. Everything is a manifestation of matter.

Meditation has neurological benefits, but this is taking things a bit too far. Smacks of a new-age spin on ancient philosophy. I spent 11 years living in a forest studying Vedanta and there is nothing to be said about meditation other than as a means to prepare your mind for understanding the supreme truth. There is no "benefit" to be gained from that other than that you wanted to know. Terms like "enlightenment", "siddhis", "powers" and so on are thrown around. But spirituality is a purely inte…

Wanting to marry a virgin, and still be red pill is a huge cognitive dissonance. If you want to deny yourself of a healthy and mutually satisfying sexual relationship because some fictional bearded guy in the sky told you to in a book... then you really haven't understood anything about TRP. There is no "alpha husband" with a submissive wife - what you have is a guy battling his whole life with a wife to keep her hypergamy at bay and hoping he can keep her true desire for him alive. 99% of the t…

Fellow Indian here. For one, if your hairstyle depends on what your mom thinks is auspicious, you need to really grow up. You're 21 for crying out loud. There are enough girls in India as elsewhere who are equally seducible as anywhere else - yes the logistics are a bit more difficult, because lack of privacy, girls extreme fear of slut-shaming and so on. But the basics are the same. Develop inner game, confident personality, make your body and lifestyle something you are really proud of. No gir…

If you believed in God and suddenly realized there was no God, and there is no justice, fairness or any meaning to anything in the world, you would similarly feel disillusioned. But it's not the truth that hurts, it's your attachment to the lies you believed before. You man up and play the game as it's laid out. "I refuse to be part of such a terrible world" is a cop-out. One should never assign agency to the chemical robots which women and men are. Women are women because they are so. If they d…

What are you worried about? She seems to be fulfilling your needs and she is not a complete psycho like most seem to be. She's neither so special that you should "worry" about losing her or finding out something terrible about her. Nor is she so worthless that you need to ditch her just because she "seems" too perfect. Just be happy as long as you like it. If you find that the unicorn is a donkey, just take it easy and move on. If not, keep riding the "unicorn"

"Doing the carefree act" to get girls is really not the point. It's like using steroids or Synthol to get big muscle. Not sustainable over the long run. The point of self-improvement is to actually be that fun, stoic carefree guy. It shouldn't need to take any effort, once you are there. But there is no real moment you have "reached". Self-improvement, discipline, and all that jazz seem like lots of effort to most people, but over time it becomes a habit. The natural way of a man is to progress …

Well said. When I buy power tools, I buy Bosch. They last for-fucking-ever My latest phone is a droid turbo 2. It's unbreakable. I won't care to buy another till the 4 year screen warranty runs out. My laptop is a Dell precision that's lasted 4 years and will easily last another 4. Buy stuff that lasts. Don't get conned into quickly self destructing self obsoleting crap

Lol, who the fuck are you to tell me to leave. Alcohol has nothing to do with sexual strategy. Go get drunk and chill

You need to get your thrills and hormones somehow. Partying and alcohol is not the only way, nor is it mandatory. Sure, we all want to have wild no strings attached sex with random hot women, but not at the cost of getting stupid drunk. I'd rather lift weights and rebuild motorcycles, thanks

You might want to look up the scientific studies on this. Nurture theory lets people blame failure and differences on external agents, that's why it's so popular

The fact that you got stuck on a girl who's gone is a symptom of a deeper weakness. Redpill isnt only about men and women. That weakness will probably manifest itself in other areas of life. Developing strength in body and mind, and generally letting go of emotions will help you. At some level spirituality helps. A lot of saints (at least in my Hindu culture), have sang poetry endlessly about the futilily of chasing after material possesions and women, the pointlessness of a conventional life. Y…

Yeah I get the drift, it's more like because I've met at least 4 quality women and ended up friend-zoned - im looking for an excuse for not trying to better my game. One thing is when a woman is out of your league, that can be handled - its life! Much worse is when a girl says you are the most awesome person she has met and then after some time says she likes you only as a friend - That kills!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
