I did do the exercises but only for like a week, it was 5 years ago too. It is a legitimate exercise though.

The tennis ball is to put pressure on the muscle, it's more of an isometric exercise and not trying to push it away or anything.

I know it sounds weird but it's the only way to activate the muscle. Putting pressure on it while trying to flex gets more of a contraction out of it. It's like if you try flexing your bicep with a belt around it.

Learn to count calories. It's not worth it to take steroids. When you stop taking them your muscles will basically turn to jelly. If you take them for a prolonged period, once you hit mid 40's and your T levels naturally go down your body will deteriorate incredibly quickly.

I agree with endurance training like running, but also strengthen the kegel muscle. Sit in a desk chair and sit on a tennis ball underneath you gooch while flexing the muscle for holds of 20 seconds each. I'm not kidding. Edit: Don't try holding in your piss to exercise the kegel, that's how you get a uti or worse.

It's hard to feel inadequate if you can squat and bench over your body weight. Keep hitting he gym.

Because I'm not redpilled. I believe in the philosophy but I haven't internalized the knowledge like the rest of you supposedly have.

That's a cute comment, but it doesn't address the fact that it's pointless for assholes to waste time with a comment that helps no one learn. Maybe it would help TRP grow if you stopped being self righteous assholes and spread knowledge instead the same old "read the fucking sidebar". Learn to argue bitch.

And yet you're still taking the time to log in and comment.

Why do people have to be dicks here and always say "read the fucking sidebar", I get it it's got the info somewhere in the myriad of pages. But seriously I've been consistently reading the material for over a month and haven't finished yet. I'm busy af and have other things to do.

What do you use for measuring your portions? Do you guesstimate with your palm or do you use a scale?

Stretch after you lift, not before. Your muscles are like rubber bands, how effective would a rubber band be if you stretched it out before you put a load on it?

I'm not talking about you personally, "you" applies to anyone in the gym. You personally need to tell him this.

The only person you should ever be concerned with at the gym is you.

Just to reiterate about the ego thing. If you've only been lifting for 6 weeks and trying to look for results already you're going to let yourself down. Gaining mass and strength is a long process that won't have immediate results. The most important thing to do when you first start is getting the form down.

Let her, you've got others on the side.

I didn't, I was hoping to run into her while I was home from school but I've moved back to school since then. Me hoping to run into her is probably just a cop out though because I was too chicken to just go find her.

Should the approach be any different for a woman at work? Also, just gotta say but this sub is amazing. I subbed to it a couple weeks ago and nothing else like this place has made me more confident in my natural ability. I haven't tried a cold approach yet but I'm going to nut up and talk to this nurse at my hospital. She's a little out of my league because she's about 3 years older than me, but what do I have to lose?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
