1	Pickup at a University? Tl;Dr. Go to courses you're not enrolled in that have beautiful women and talk to as many as you can during the semester. I'm also a Computer Science major in at university. I'm in my 3rd year. I know your struggle in regards to lack of women in the CS major. Just remember that that is not your only avenue for finding women. I'm doing a bit of a mixed degree, BCom in Computer science and Information Systems.
