They constantly used scare tactics to get me to back down and take the shitty offer that was on the table. 2	MSC (Mandatory Settlement Conference) woahs That's a great story, I'm glad that the wind was in your sails that day. Luckily this case has no custody issues, its just division of assets. The MSC to me was exactly what we have been trying to do via settlement letters and talking back and forth. I feel that this particular day was just a waste of time for our particular case. 2	MSC (Mandatory Settlement Conference) woahs Thanks Chip512, Yea, I wish there was a mediator, instead they brought in some attorney that has practicing law for 30 years. Now my faith in the legal system has completely diminished and im tempted to take her sad ridiculously low offer to just to avoid this disgust in future trial dates. Im trying not to let the MSC derail me, I hope others that have experience with the MSC in california could chime in let me know their experiences. 2	Help.. tricky financial situation Hey Bud, I am going through the EXACT situation as we speak. I have been fighting this for about a year and half.
