Especially when it's a sub that deals with non-political issues? Seems like a waste of time to me. MRA groups would usually discuss with women until the cows come home. 1	Supplements for stress & sleep (& testosterone)? i haven't tried melatonin myself yet but was going to. I hear there is nasal spray too. But be aware like i said: melatonin breaks down to serotonin, so does tryptophan, so does D3, so does HTP-5 and god knows what else. Make sure to not get a serotonin overload as that can be pretty bad. So i'd say the strength of the melatonin to pick depends probably on the stuff you take alongside it.	/r/MGTOW2	20/02/21 09:52 AM
2	Supplements for stress & sleep (& testosterone)? I am hearing melanin + l-tryptophan should be good for better sleep. Also avoid blue light from computerscreens before bed. Like myself some l-theanin too but the body breaks it down fast but not the residue of it i feel. I just use it to reduce acute stress. Be mindful of serotonin syndrome when playing with these supplements as several of them break down into serotonin in the end of the day.
