I've noticed that Reddit MGTOW seems to be a pitstop for a lot of men. They get divorce raped, discover MGTOW, cruise Reddit, spit venom for a few months and then leave as abruptly as they arrived.

The ones who stick around are the permanently angry types and the more chill philosophical types. And generally, those two camps dislike each other, hence the disconnect between the quarantined MGTOW sub (full of nothing but angery reacts) and this sub (which is largely more learned and relaxed).

I'm positive that some average IQ women post here and try getting some of us back into the fold. But there's no way to filter that aside from putting offenders on blast.

Define irony... Asking a group you are not into for better groups to join.

Most find their way around YouTube. Lots of divorced guys doing research run into MGTOW pretty quickly. Then they branch out to the other social media.

You might find MGTOW TV interesting. The problem you find in various social media is policies about hate, as MGTOW is accused by feminist of being dehumanizing and hate filled because we don't buy off into their agendas. Actually we flip them off, but when it comes to hate, the most seen is the rage, that most go through a few times. All that gets chased off most social media or can look like black pill stuff.

I wouldn't detox on FB. Or any social media.

Sorry, this is the best Reddit has to offer. The original MGTOW subreddit is just a group for homophobic incels with nothing but pure rage and misogyny. Literally got banned for being pansexual. No other reason. Plus they all act like twelve year old who think they are “based”.

I’m almost wondering if just a temp thing. Like coming out of a divorce. Realizing how things are. And then moving on with the new information.

I do feel like a lot of folks get stuck and just want to stay in the “I’m angry” stage, and it feels so contradicting to see people stuck on their past or other people instead of going their own way.

But that’s why I think it might just be a temporary stop in life. Just an eye opener and you move on. But some folks gotta stay behind to show the new comers all the statistics.

Reddit has China money, SJW administration, and is a soy cesspool (e.g. r/unpopularopinion or r/offmychest) so don't expect much.
