1	How do you guys open on a girl in the checkstand at a grocery store? If she said 'no' I would have just smiled and said 'ok' or cried there and then. There is no perfect formula for good lines, openers or general ideas of handling rejection. Just suggested guidelines that have worked for other people. If I was rejected I would have moved onto the next approach and taken what I've learnt from the previous. I went to the shopping mall today and saw a very attractive female cashier behind a glass panel (the ones the bank uses to protect their cashiers from guns). I remember being 14.5 stone and I lost 4 stone to get an athletic body type because I wanted to feel good about myself. So well done you :) and you're certainly not fat any more. Remember to turn your negative thought into a positive one when you catch yourself doing it. Also, try this for a positive life hack, get a picture of you pre 150 lbs and now and put them together. 1	I've known about this stuff for years but just can't do it. I need a coaching/bootcamp. Suggestions? This is great approach to over-come AA. It's how I started getting over my AA towards women but less structured. I started by asking everyone (female or male) where X was and the fastest way to get there.
