If you would read this thread you’ll find when I made the argument that this side money they’re making is insignificant and make a difference to the government someone justified reporting them because it’s their main source of income. If you’d report someone for insignificant side income to the irs then also report garage sales. If you don’t also do that then your problem isn’t with tax evasion it’s with women making money through sex work.

That’s so fucking petty. If someone is getting some side money and isnt contributing to the grotesque uses tax dollars are used for why would I make sure that they do? Just because the government takes money from me and then pays their politicians who represent corporations, finance wars, give it to weapons contractors, etc I have to make sure that they take it from someone else too?
