-12	Man's Guide To Looking Attractive (Collection Of Best Free Resources) I ate nothing but fruits and vegetables in a blender or juicer for a month. Mostly vegetables for the month and worked out. Couldn't lose 2% body fat a week. 5'10" 185lbs. 24% fat. No matter what I do that 24 doesn't go below 20%. Went to doctor to get all kinds of tests and all came out well. 0	It it just me or do some you also get sharper when you're on an empty stomach? I have sprouts of being more focused when lacking sleep. Kind of falls into the same place. A decrease in energy. A lot of personal trainers and nutritionous will say your body goes into starvation mode after 4 hrs after eating. Though we don't notice this and the word starvation is much worse then what we experience after 4 hrs, it happens. So possibly your brain is able to focus more on what it wants more clearly.
