Hey guys, thanks for taking the time to do this! One quick question: Do you have any quick tips for getting your head in the right place? I've heard of guys doing jumping jacks outside of clubs to get their heart rate up, yelling like an animal to un-stifle yourself, and running a few warm-up sets to rejection to get over any anxieties etc. Do you have any personal, uncommon things you like to do to get in state?

I love using a straight razor with some shaving soap and a badger-tail brush. I swear it boosts my confidence, I feel like a fucking boss afterwards. Mmm, totally leaving out some great details like picking her up by the foot of a pond and nearly plunging her into the water to make sure she was baptised before the raputre happened. Anyway I have to credit seddit with forwarding me a lot of 'inner' game materials like David Burn's Intimate Connections which was pretty much a life-changer for me. I also turned down taking a girl home recently because of the dreaded subway ride home. Living all the way out in Bushwick is sometimes an 1hr+ affair to get home if it's past midnight... really no clue what to do in that situation when getting back to her place is out of the question.
