look into my post history, there is a post about frame on the main subreddit. It's has a short and clear explanation and example.

It's not about your view on her, but about her view on you. Maybe not now, but in the future. Sure you can love her despite knowing what's eventually to come. Just know that your love is also a consequence of your lack of choice, i.e. scarcity mentality. You've said it yourself: she's most aligned to your image of a unicorn, she is THE ONLY ONE (in your world, at the moment). Makes complete sense not to want to face reality. However that's no reason for us not to tell you the truth.

find a goal to focus on, even if it's online gaming. just stop being alone with your thoughts so much. learn to control your thoughts by meditating. try wim hoff method. sound like you have some discipline, use it! take care. feel free to send me a pm

you get new friends through experiencing things together. join a club, society, ... sports, .. become the initiator. host parties and gatherings. problem is: a) it's difficult, you have to put in a lot of time and work b) with covid, not the best timing c) you already have a bond with the other group, albeit a low value one

Flabbergasted as well. Please get the answer and let us know. My take: you haven't been giving her enough attention (you don't even see her every weekend?), she got some tingles from the fat fuck. Also even though his appearance is shit, he could give 0 fucks and have an attractive attitude, at least at that time. She'll regret it when she sees the reality of what a loser Steven is. Please keep us posted if you ever find out why she did it (chances are slim she's aware of the reason and tell you…

The guy is making jokes with you like he's known you for five years, but you don't even know his name and he just met you 5 seconds ago. The type to hit on your girlfriend in front of you and talk shit about you while you're standing right next to her. The guy to speak over you, interrupt you, or just not answer you when you ask him a question. This guy probably doesn't lift, definitely has never trained MMA, but is still somehow more confident than you. sounds awesome, I'm kind of jealous of hi…

I agree. What would be your advice to fight complacency and get a new drive to do better? These are 2 different journeys: 1 where you want the destination (my example), another where you don't want the destination (complacency, your example). If there is no goal, discipline won't help you get anywhere.

If the CEO is AMOG in your frame, then there's no frame conflict and your date will be attracted to him. If the CEO is not AMOG in his frame (because of lack of social skills, understanding of women, ..), even though he is CEO, then there is no frame conflict as you are AMOG. Your date will be attracted to you. If the CEO is AMOG in his frame, and he is not AMOG in your frame, then you should show to your date that your frame (context: social dynamics, not business hierarchy) is stronger. Do tak…

I, too, wonder about this. I believe in the feeling of being in love as I've felt it before. I do not believe there is a feeling linked to 'love', except maybe for your children / when someone you love goes away/dies/.. You don't love her, you love the feeling she gives you (and vice versa). What you feel is probably the ego boost you're getting when she's higher SMV.

It's not pedestalizing. Read the sadness phase. https://archive.is/Vc7oA Also the top comment by archwinger is great He sees her humanity. [...] He feels for her. And in another comment That's only natural, it's called having empathy and being a human being instead of a total sociopath

Pedestalizing women = attributing them higher SMV than they really are. Not what I'm doing. Have you ever alpha widowed someone? I have. They send me messages even though they're in a relationship with a beta (and have 2 kids even). They also say the relationship sucks and they miss how it was between us. They had children with the beta because they approached the wall / infertility. But their love life is ruined. I am the cause of alpha widowing someone. My current LTR is as green flagged as th…

you'll never get over this unless you meet someone of higher smv. 'alpha widower'. do take into account that you probably used to be lower smv, hence the difference between your smv and hers used to be big, which gave you strong emotions. now your smv has risen and it'll become even more difficult to get those feelings. long story short: focus on someone of equal or higher smv than your ex

yeah, I meant theoretical knowledge :) problem with my LTR is: she's nothing but green flags (red pilled father, very low n-count, ..) and doesn't deserve to be alpha widowed. My catholic upbringing prevents me from being that selfish and hurting her / ruining her life (like I did before with other women). Also she moved from her country to mine without asking anything in return. All my family and friends love her. Catch 22: my sexual strategy suffers for being in an LTR, my conscience would suf…

I agree. I know high n-count for men is attractive to women, preselection etc. A woman can be high SMV, alpha widowed and still be attractive. Yet she is a red flag for an LTR. A man can be attractive as well, even though he still craves higher SMV (or has a oneitis) but still be a red flag for LTR. Actually, having a high n-count itself is an indicator that a man is not looking to settle down and be monogamous with a woman whose SMV deteriorates over time.
/r/askTRP06/06/18 07:24 AM
1

Agreed. How do you explain oneitis from an evolutionary perspective? Sexual strategy is all about finding the best genes to reproduce, so your children have a higher chance of surviving & reproducing. Therefore it does make sense that you try to fuck the highest SMV women you encounter. I don't think our goal is to fuck ALL the women, as I am repulsed by low SMV women. So our nature isn't to fuck all women, it's to fuck the highest SMV women possible. Once you fucked high SMV women, an explanati…
/r/askTRP06/06/18 07:16 AM

What I actually meant was 'how to demolish the oneitis in my head'. E.g.: Oneitis phase: she's a unicorn. Then consciously redefine the image: she shits like everyone else Leads to: she's not a unicorn. But I don't think that adds up emotionally as you will still crave a woman of higher SMV.

I actually disagree. We talk about women being hypergamous. To me this means that she will branch swing if you are lower value, or she will dump you if she can get higher value. The exact same thing a man would do. What is sexually empowered other than wanting to be a man? She decided she would take the lead of the relationships, did it, got disappointed at her partners and at herself (because she feels bad for failing to be her man's supportive rock and because she realized they need it), fucke…

about female dating books: Most of them insisted that I ought to remain passive in order to gain a man’s attention, that I should just go out and sit at a bar and wait for a man to approach me, and that if he didn’t approach me then he just wasn’t that into me and that I should just accept it and move on. Or that I should get a man by just “being myself,” but that being myself also meant going to the gym, dressing up, and wearing makeup. There was some serious disconnect here. interesting. she's…

First you could disarm the guy by not making it obvious you are amoging him directly. Then get to know them all, trade numbers with a plan to meet later, obviously don't invite the dude. Or do, if you think you could amog him easily / if he is low value. Read the mystery method or any other book on game.

To be honest, we always had a 100% honesty policy and it has never backfired. Have you paid attention to her actions rather than her words? I was thinking of telling her that I think she has a thing for him, and that it's bothering me. Because I don't want to let the situation escalate. Don't show weakness. Rather tell her they should date. You could also punish bad behavior and occupy her mind / feelz by doing so (run some dread game), preventing her to think about / getting feelz for the other…

Which country do you live in? Have you observed your body language? Have you read the charisma myth? Seems like you need to improve your game. Read books about happiness and stoicism. I'm reading Solve for Happy. Our current culture has trained us into believing that financial security, making big money, .. will bring us happiness, but it doesn't. Note: it also doesn't bring us unhappiness, so I'm not advising you to stop doing that. Plenty of people are rich, famous, .. but eventually that doesn't cut it anymore (hedonic adaptation) and deep within they are unhappy. being alone is not a curse, especially if you're an introvert. it's not because society tells you you should never be alone, that you shouldn't. I assume you're rather new to trp. keep on reading and improving. all that you want is within your power. don't hide your inaction behind the 'i'm an introvert' excuse. you don't like going out as much as extraverts (in your opinion)? too bad. life is not fair. it'll be a little harder on you (or that's what you think). don't complain. accept, work, imp…

Thanks for challenging my view. I think it's important to note what "She's not mine; it's just my turn" really means. To me it meant that she is in power (as in gatekeeper of commitment), while apparently it just means that every relationship is always temporary, even if you hold the power. 'You're the prize' and 'man is gatekeeper of commitment' aren't really consistent with 'it's just your turn'. But probably I've been taking it too literally. Lesson learned. 'It's just her turn' on the other …

women ultimately chose who they are in a relationship with women choose who they have sex with, not who they have a relationship with (of course she chooses, but men are the gatekeepers of commitment) Plating is actually exactly what 'her turn' means. If you don't commit, it's just her turn.

This is a troubling statement, it to me implies that you will one day revert back to old habits or cease your growth, potentially ruining your LTR. Correct, even though we cannot predict the future. Maybe one day you'll lose the joy of the grind and what happens then? All I can say is that, at the time, I have the discipline to grow, even though I don't enjoy the grind. You are a man, therefore we do not ask why we grind, but give us the strength to grind longer and harder. To me, this is the sa…

Thanks for the reply. I think my goal can be to become a personal coach in helping men through their red pill journey. I'll work on it. I mean 'someday' (she's 26, so in a few years). I just included the part as I think agreeing on wanting to have children is important in an LTR. About wife vs GF: I'm not planning on getting married, although in my country, the divorce laws are different from America's and prenup is the standard.

It was okay, had a good laugh with my wingman. Also it was a valuable experience as you can read in the FR. It's one thing knowing RP, another thing applying. I thought I reached amused mastery during/after the speed date, comparing myself to the others.
