I think $100/hr would be fair. Getting some experience is good, just beware of the mental consequences of fucking above your pay grade before you have the confidence to handle it. And WRAP UP. You’re not the first person she’s offered this to...

No offense, but I personally feel like this approach is sub-optimal mostly because it shows an avoidance of confrontation. The primary issue is that he does not want to be taken where the Ex works. Avoiding to state that and trying to be subtle is covert subtalk. I believe being clear and confident about what your boundaries are and why this violates them will inspire her respect and encourage greater acceptance of you as the leader in the relationship dynamic.

Yo. Letting your girl take you out for a night is great. Let her treat you like a king. However, never forget that the responsibility to LEAD is permanent and always present. Allowing yourself to be used as a pawn to make her ex jealous is inappropriate and disrespectful. Make sure you communicate this clearly and calmly. Try this. “I appreciate you taking the time to plan a night out for us, however I don’t appreciate being used to make your ex jealous as I feel that is inappropriate and disres…

Remember, the mind changes slower than the body. Keep your work up in the gym, but don’t forget to continue making daily mental gains as well. Read great books, practice positive mentality, and approach frequently.

I’ve read this elsewhere but always wondered about its real world applicability. Would being proficient in this method help reduce emotional instability? Or is it more recognizing and reducing the effects of the swings?

Really depends which city you are in man. Personally I hate bumble. Beautiful girls to swipe, but I only ever match with girls lower than what I get on other apps. IMO in NYC best is Hinge, then CMB, then tinder

Brother I have some real constructive advice. This single tip has made a huge difference in staying positive mentally everyday despite the torrent of negativity around me in nyc. Go buy noise cancelling headphones. Im dead fucking serious. I suggest the Bose in-ear quiet comforts, you can get them on amazon. I hear you brotha, honestly been in the same boat. The common advice around here is GFTOW (go fuck ten other women). It’s solid advice and is working for me, but I’m also going to offer you an alternative that’s worked for me. Take a sheet of paper and divide it in two. On the left write ONLY a handful of your most positive memories about her. On the right write down ALL of her flaws and bullshit and drama and everything that made you break up. Yeah but the real story involves wayyyyyy to much emotional investment to dump on a girl when she’s in a completely different mood and clothes are coming off. Try to be more Machiavellian about it. What outcome do you wish to achieve? What actions will have the highest probability of leading to that outcome? You should be damn proud of your accomplishments, but there is a correct time and place to share them that will have a positive impact on whatever type of relationship you are currently purs…

Make different stories for each one and rattle them off quickly laughing with a smile on your face. “Oh yeah this one is from pretending I knew how to skateboard, this one is from fucking skin cancer that I got resected, this one is from when my ex girlfriend stabbed me with a fork, this one is from when rob and I went rock climbing out in Yosemite, this one is ....”. Honestly I think this is great. Let them all love themselves and be comfortable in their bodies. Meanwhile we will suffer to grow everyday and reap the rewards. I don’t mind if they don’t wanna play the game, but no commercial will ever change the biological reaction that happens when a women finds herself in front of a god amongst men boys.

I men’s I think you’ll probably just get a lot of anecdotal shit in response her... so I’ll continue the trend and give you my two cents. Girls that claim to be bisexual or openly hate men either really want you to fuck them or actually despise you. Either way they are more trouble than they are worth. Chill lesbians that are just in it because of their own natural attraction to the feminine are usually very easy to get a long with. The whole “don’t be friends with girls” thing is for the starte…

Monk mode entails not investing time into women so that you can use that time on yourself. In no way does it preclude flirting with cute girls in the Starbucks line or testing out the power of eye contact or asking for numbers just to see if you can get them. A blue pill man and a veteran red will approach monk mode very differently.

Yes. Female plates absolutely hope to become relationship material. I’d wager about half the plates I’ve ever had at least hinted at that being what they wanted from me, with many more willing to be direct and ask for it or even go full meltdown trying to force it through emotional manipulation. Do girls yield when betas beg for this pussy? No? Then why the fuck do you yield?

Yeah if the spine itself has problems then you have to be more conservative and cautious. Do your research and get a good medical team around you that will help you achieve your goals. You only get one body, figure out what you want from it and how to get there. Yeah I mean you are definitely at increased risk of injury during heavy lifting, but that doesn’t mean you can’t lift heavy. Go slow, focus on form above all else, and maintain stability in your spine in all movement. Do you have spinal pathology causing the kyphosis or is it mostly muscular imbalances that can be corrected with time and effort?

Hey man, I’ve never treated a patient with kyphosis personally and nobody can really comment on what you need without examining you and seeing your limitations in your range of motion and perhaps even some imaging. That being said you should abso-fucking-lutely be exercising every day, and never neglect mobility exercises for your back. I would lift but never past the point where you can maintain perfect form (at least not until you are experienced or are with a trainer personally experienced wi…

I don’t think it’s anti-TRP at all. The sub is here to help men realize the dark side of sexuality and help men navigate it. If that means focusing on your mission and finding one supportive submissive women who compliments that goal then it’s right in line.

If you let a woman back into your life that betrayed your trust like that, you are communicating that you are weak and she will continue to walk all over you. Don’t listen to her pleas she will change. It is you that has to NOT change here. Hard next, find new women.

I believe you are mistaking the message. It’s not about the angry 2nd stage TRPers screetching about all women being whores. It’s about ignoring these girls feigned innocence because it’s a fucking lie. Better to believe they are whores and not treat them like a fuckin princess. That way they get to earn their place by your side (alongside the other six in your harem).

I agree entirely. If anything, having the entire worlds women focused on forcing the top 10% to grow is great for us. I’m pretty sure I’ve broken into the 1% now thanks to career advancement, looking to keep growing and see if I can get into the 0.1%. Best of luck on your journey brotha.

Spend some time reading about the stages of acceptance of the red pill. We are comfortable with your anger / disgust / resentment here. The goal is to move past that into the acceptance phase when you are ready. That may take years to get there. It’s only when you accept women for what they are that you can truly enjoy them. You will realize that before you were handicapped by your idea of the goddesses you had expected them to be. Let them be flawed humans. With time and experience, patience wi…

I mostly agree with you, 95% of the time a reprimand is the wrong decision. However my friend, 5% of the time telling her exactly what the fuck she did wrong and bending that girl over your knee for a firm spanking can be very fun and very effective.

This is the perfect internal logic you need to have. If you interpret her actions as disrespectful then you only have two actions left; reprimand her or walk away. With a plate with a history of disrespectful behavior there’s no choice between the two. Nothing wrong with using the forum as a sounding board to figure out your own thoughts. Best of luck hommie.

The simplest answer I can give you is that you need to think less like a sniper and more like a marine grunt clearing houses on the ground. You have no idea which beautiful body has a brain above it. I am the prize is the natural answer to pedestalization. Many newbies in TRP are derided for issues with oneitis and putting girls on a pedestal. One of those most important steps is taking women off that pedestal. They are not goddesses. They are human beings that make mistakes and take nasty shits occasionally. In the anger phase, many will put women lower than them. The goal is to progress past that to the acceptance phase where you accept them for what they are and stop expecting things of t…

Try to remember.... humans have been having sex for millennia, it’s the most natural thing in the world. I know you want a plan right now and everybody is refusing to hold your hand but it’s because they are right. Things get weird when you try to force it down some preconceived path. Just play with her body. Let her play with yours. Smile, laugh, have fun, get a little animalistic, then switch back to playful. Grab her breasts and kiss her hard. Slide your hand up her neck and pull her hair wit…

I hear you brotha. Sounds like you have sorted this out in the past but the ups and downs are causing some nihilism. I don’t have all the answers but a couple things that help me. 1) exercise every day. No zero days. Even if it’s just 50 push-ups when you wake up. Do something every day, preferably within the first hour of waking up. 2) get the fuck up. Helps if it’s same time every day. Don’t waste away in bed. Here’s one important lesson I’ve learned: there’s always a better woman out there. It may take a couple years, a couple hundred dates and a thousand approaches, but you can find a better woman. Get to work.

I never ever raise the subject. Sometimes I have plates that bring it up themselves, usually making fun of some pathetic blue pilled white knight boy who’s trying to change a hoe into a housewife. You should be comfortable discussing it with her causally if she brings it up, but I would advise against raising the subject yourself. It runs against the entire idea of being her escape from the world.

Medschool is 4 years of debt. Residency is low pay 45-65k for 3-5 years. Fellowship (specialization) is delaying making good money to keep getting paid shit for another 2-4 years for greater payoff later. Variance is HUGE on pay. IM is internal medicine.

Pursuing medicine, 6 years in and 400k down in debt... this is honestly the most important question every college kid needs to ask himself. How much are you willing to give up? Will that sacrifice give you what you want? Will that bring lasting satisfaction to your life?

In the BDSM community it’s pretty normal to talk about this stuff in advance, setup a safe word to stop things, sometimes even get things down in writing. That way the fantasy can unfold with the illusion of no control when in reality it’s all an act and can be stopped on a moments notice. I don’t know how much the #metoo movement will change all this but I think it’s perfectly reasonable to explore this with somebody you trust as long as you have the work in place before hand. Good. You should be nervous. It should be exceptionally difficult for a woman to stand out enough to get promoted above plate. The way I see it now is my threshold for promotion is somewhere between 1:50 - 1:100... which to me means that I should have to go through at least 50 decent girls (decent to me = potentially worth a second date) before I can actually say “yeah you actually are substantially better than all the trash surrounding us”. A man without a stick is not virtuous, he is weak. A man with a big stick who refrains from using it is the true virtuous warrior. Talking to beautiful women is not ethically fuzzy. Just went through a breakup three weeks ago. Do it in person. Make it about you pursuing your mission and wanting to be selfish and focused. Do not lay out anything she can argue with or try to convince you otherwise. Do not try to list anything wrong with her that led to the break up. The abdication of control during sex is a crucial moment. For many women it’s the only time they let go of control of anything to a man. For some others, even this is an impossible ask.

Listen man. Just ended a 14 month relationship with a strong willed feminist. You can date her if you want but there are three important points. 1) she won't understand your point of view, don't bother with your egotistical need to convert her. 2) she (likely) will never change her views, so you just have to let her find her own facts in truths from world events. 3) she will never raise a family the way you want to raise one, so ultimately she will always be temporary.

Doesn't want to get pumped and dumped? Relatively easy honestly. Don't get pumped. Keep the legs closed and the intelligent players will move on to other women. She has to find a boy that will fall for her "high value" and give her commitment. The men that are intelligent buyers will take as much as they can while paying as little as possible.

You're not a robot, nor a redpill alpha god. You're a human, and a 5 year relationship ended. Your feelings are entirely normal. Do your best to accept them without judgement and let them pass over you. Emotional control does not mean never having feelings. It means reducing their power over you. That being said, this girl is done. Obviously she has power over you, so that's a good enough reason to go no contact. Secondly she has decided that she wants to walk away from the arrangement you have.…

I'd give two tips. 1) Cultivate quality male friendships: by building a social circle of good male friends, you can begin throwing parties and other social events that others can join. This is how you build your own social circle. From this you meet people with their own circles and through charm and friendship can join theirs and have new life experiences you wouldn't normally seek out. 2) Find the woman that is the sentinel node: by this I mean there are some very large social circles that cen…

Wouldn't most of that be due to how women raise BOYS? To be kind to their sisters and respect their mothers? It's supposed to be the job of the father to take over around age 12-13 and start turning the boy into a man, something that women have no clue in how to do. I guess it would be fair to argue that a lot of this stems from the dwindling roles allowed to a father in today's society, of which a lot can be said.

Honestly online dating is perfect if you know exactly what you want. You have to try a couple platforms because the quality is heavily dependent on who uses it in which city. In my current LTR absolutely. In my past plate spinning life I couldn't be bothered to keep track of their cycles, I would just ignore them when they got bitchy and annoying. Now that I'm with the same girl, I see a massive difference in two elements. The first is frequency and dominance of sex (higher during ovulation). The second is ratio of shit tests / comfort test/ (way more comfort during period and shortly after, way more shit after ovulation rolling into period).

Yeah guys having been fighting over women forever, that's part of it. There's two sides.... finding the girls (via drinking at bars, going to festivals / concerts / art showings / other random local events) and bringing the girls into your fold (private events they are invited to like house parties, ski trips, boat days, beach days, beer olympics, forest cabins for the weekend).

The point is to have a social circle that does things that women would be interested in joining. Most women don't give a fuck about playing soccer or going hiking with me. They don't care about your paintball or MMA. Typically drinking buddies are down to do social activities involve women. Expanding that circle is probably your best path forward.

The key is having a badass social circle for her to step in to. In that situation it's not you being a creepy pickup artist but instead a sociable person with lots of friends who do cool fun things. Yes you should start. I would recommend using an app for guided meditation. The two best are Headspace and Calm. Both are great, just pick one. The important point is to DO IT CONSISTENTLY EVERY DAY. Meditating once is not going to change your life. Meditating every day will slowly change your brain (and your life) for the better. Commit to 10 minutes per day every day. Make it a habit. There is a lot more research on exactly how the plasticity of the brain allows different neural connections to…

In general I am against that in relationships because (1) usually women benefit from open relationships more than men (easier access to sex with people with higher smv) which completely throws away the attempt at having any power in the relationship and (2) if you are already dating the girl how can somebody who has never had another sexual partner possibly be expected to manage the shit storm of emotions and unique scenarios he will have to deal with in that scenario. Honestly man, control shouldn't be the goal. That's only possible in girls that are at least somewhat broken. The common advice around here is that it is just your turn, and that you can't control her. Your only real acceptable tool in dating / relationships is withdrawing attention / affection. Set your boundaries and if they are violated you can punish through withdrawal, soft next, or hard next.

Too many variables for comment. Age variation differs greatly based on location and time of day. Suitability of practice is dependent upon teacher. I've juggled six at the most. I think 3-4 is optimal. Basically you just prioritize. Start a note in your phone and order them top to bottom. Near the top gets attention and invites to do fun shit. Near the bottom gets less frequent booty calls. I fast with black coffee, in general the lactose in milk would cause your insulin to be secreted a little bit but nobody is gonna yell at you for having a touch of milk with your coffee on fasting days. Personally I just find that my fast is easier if I consume zero sugar because I have a much lower drive to eat.

There's a lot like that where the drug ends up being used for other things. Trazadone was supposed to be an antidepressant but it just makes people sleepy. Viagra was another that was never intended for its current blockbuster use.

Mark Manson has a good point on this. The goal is to ESCALATE to polarize a woman. All woman fall into three groups; ripe for the taking, completely unavailable, or on the fence. The point of polarization is to eliminate the unavailable and convert some of the fence sitters. Don't waste time with uninterested and uninteresting girls.

I slept with quite a few girls in my medschool class. Usually would pair up with one as "study buddies" for the semester and "practice our physical exams". I think the key is stoicism when they get emotional, you're both going through hell, no need to react and attack and make life harder for either of you. Be kind to your classmates, even the difficult ones, you don't always know which ones are struggling psychologically. I would highly advise NOT fucking around with coworkers once you get to c…

Passion is attraction, all emotion (positive or negative) will make her go wild for you. Do this when you want to attract them early on. Being their rock / stoic is how you calm the emotional storm. This is a reward for good behavior in someone that has at least some value in your life. You help them by simply being the calming force (not by trying to fix their problems). As with many dualities on this sub, both are true just in different amounts depending on the situation.

I lived in a fraternity house for 4 years while premed. Currently a resident. Listen man, here is one small tip. When you go to campus for your first class, just stay on campus. Whenever you have an hour or two or three between lectures, go to the library and get your work done. If you use that time instead of going back to the house and watching TV, you will be in a better place. Relationships are transactional. If a husband is already giving away everything for free, she doesn't need to put out. When he withdraws, now she is willing to pay in order to receive what he has to give. Could this be the opposite scenario? The slut is willing to give away sex for free because there is nothing to gain beyond ONS. The moment she realizes there is something to gain, she doesn't want to waste her value and will try to see what it's worth. The theory is the same in both situations.…

The key is to center your life on who you want to become, not how you are related to other people or ideas. All that matters is your mission (and your family if you were blessed with a good one). Take a long hard look at yourself, who do you want to be? How do you get there? What small steps can you start with tomorrow morning? After that, you need to shift how you view others. To doubt yourself is human. You don't need to tune out the doubt, just to learn when it's offering valid objective insights and not subjective emotional perspectives. I have two approaches. The first is alone time (I prefer hiking or music). The second is to practice with people who have not earned the right to influence what I think of myself. U/NeoreactionSafe has a great way of putting it... Men desire freedom, women desire access.

I work in medicine and practice intermittent fasting as a form of caloric control. Yes it has quite a few health benefits. Yet what you need to understand is the difference in mentality. We may restrict our diet in a healthy way to achieve our fitness goals. Anorexic patients do so far beyond this point... In fact to diagnose them they must have a BMI less than 18 AND they must have an intense fear of gaining weight or becoming fat even though they are currently underweight. It's the body dysmor…

While this is very true, anorexia kills much faster than obesity. Like all of medicine, the emergencies always get more attention. If you knew how many times an emergency medicine physician does a work up for a heart attack just because somebody says their chest hurts.... Or PEs....
/r/TheRedPill08/04/16 07:47 PM

I second this. I've known two girls personally that struggled with anorexia when they were younger. Both were about control. One went down the rabbit hole when her parents divorced and she told us that felt like the only thing she could control. The otherhad emotional issues that she couldn't control (much better years later with a great therapist).

I agree and run into the same paradox with almost all the women I have met. The answer is simple... Walk away from the women that lose your attention, fuck the attractive ones that let you, and if you rarely find one who is interesting enough that she is worth your time without sex up front then enjoy yourself and see what happens

I disagree. You can use this to disarm them. It makes the hamster spin at light speed but I've gotten laid from a similar PowerTalk move
/r/TheRedPill06/04/16 08:27 PM

This is key. I used something similar recently and got laid two hours later. The interesting point is how you are essentially re-wiring them into ignoring their long term value (by appearing less slutty and worthy of commitment) in favor of their short term value (by sleeping with you) if they want to keep you around. It's actually perfect manipulative powertalk

Look at Cristiano Ronaldo. He got the son he always wanted, no mother in sight, and he dates the supermodel Irina Shayk. Patriarchy 2.0 will never exist, but high value men always have the option of refusing to play the matriarchy game (except for excessive taxation of course).

yeah i can't argue with that. definitely a solid strategy. there was something there that night tho, I knew she wouldn't come back to my place if I pushed for it. She was too hyper-aware of the little games. whoa that's an interesting perspective. i think you are on to something here. the crazy part is ASD DOES make a girl more attractive to me. I never date and fall in love with a girl that doesn't make me a wait a considerable amount of time. I guess the current state of affairs explains why I rarely reach that level. But it is an intriguing idea that I can re-frame it so that she's now concerned about making herself more attractive in the short term at the cost of long term value. kinda fucked up…

first dates are always hit-or-miss man. She has reasons behind her actions, all you can control is how you respond to them. I wasn't there so I can't ever know the context exactly, but I think you handled it well. If I was in your shoes, I would ignore her for a couple days then set up non-alcoholic plans for the weekend. It's a shame... I feel I was blessed where I studied in that I was rarely force fed dogma, was allowed to voice my opinions, and encouraged to come to my own conclusions. Yeah I definitely agree that those full blown fantasies are difficult but that's not necessarily what I'm after. I'm fine with fulfilling that role if that's what she wants but to me it's more about balancing a dominant and aggressive side sexually once I've achieved a level of trust with her. I'm finding that no matter how innocent the girl is, the two barriers in order are (1) my comfort/confidence with taking control at that deep of a level and (2) that she trusts me enough. I think the key line in that whole story is her admission that she wasn't experienced and had never been in an LTR. I know people on the Internet are going to keep arguing the point of "always be closing" but I'm more of a fan of "always be growing". This sounds like a shy girl that was open to talking to a stranger but even that was a stretch for her. The app HeadSpace has done wonders for me. By tracking your day-to-day commitment it encourages you to make it a habit. It has guided and unguided meditations, and the techniques are really quite practical (the Focus pack is my favorite thus far). From personal experience, meditation really starts to get powerful once you string together at least thirty 10min sessions. I am not paid by them or anybody else for this comment. I will check out the book tho, thanks for the tip
