Tbh I'm also going to plug r/povertyfinance. It's possible to start from the bottom. But it's hard and it takes a different set of decisions. Yyyuuuupppp. Not to mention the literal hundreds of thousands of rape kits they have in backlog but just don't send for testing. So even physical evidence is essentially meaningless.
