You want someone who said they would file a false protective order if you don’t leave the house? Like do you hear yourself?

Why are you not going for 50/50 custody? Your child deserves their father half of the time.

You can file the motion for yourself if you both don’t have lawyers. It’ll take some time learning about it all but it’s doable and less cost effective. As long as you can prove you’re Schedule currently then you’re all set.

I make 42 k a year and pay 1050 a month. She refuses to get a better job/ work more and put her income at 300 a month. Shits unfair.

That’s all well and good now but things change. I’m sure at some point she will change her mind. This is coming from experience. My ex and I have a 4 year old and we split last April, everything was fine we agreed on everything including 50/50 and agreed he’d be going to school in my district. Well come to find out in nov she couldn’t make it as a police officer so now she wants him full time and everything we agreed on, mind you no court order she is against. So naturally she filed for full cus…

I wouldn’t recommend moving out of the martial home. That’s a for sure way to lose the custody battle. If she wants the separation, have her move out.

I’m in Maryland but she’s only had a min wage job working short hours since he was born. She’s never wanted to better herself since I was giving her money and providing for our son. She has her bf(sugar daddy) now paying for her so she doesn’t have to work. Of course I can’t say any of that in court though.

I know the purpose of it, but I’m paying for her to spend tine with him pretty much. I’d rather just get more custody if that’s case. She didn’t even want him as she just passes him off to her family during her time. She sees it as free money, I even have a text stating, “ I’ll get your money in court and not have to work, you’ll support me while my family watches our son.” It didn’t change the situation though.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
