Thanks for that! $100 is the same as $10,000, just scaled up, so it's a great place to start. Thank you!

Big reach but could I get some advice from you? Never invested before but my savings + emergency fund are decent and I've got a bit to play with. Where would you recommend I start my research?

He said he was selling products that he wasn't meant to as he had to "stay away from authority". He may have been selling soft drinks at high-school, yugioh cards or drugs. His clientele were other students it seems.

You should check out the personal finance subreddit. You need to minimize that debt ASAP and fix up your finances. Focus on improving yourself and move yourself up within the company or jump to another company that offers better compensation. Get the basics down and then focus on the details.

I found with meditation that even 10 minutes would be a struggle when I first started. I'd just get extremely irritable by minute 8. Breaking it up by starting at 5 minutes in the morning and 5 at night might make it a bit easier for someone who struggles with the 10 in one go. Everyone should be meditating though, it's life-changing.

This post reminds me of the MFCEO's podcast about killing it everyday. https://soundcloud.com/the-mfceo-project/kill-it-every-day For those who don't who he is, he calls himself the Motherfucking CEO - he's a CEO of 1st Phorm, a supplement company that built itself up over the years to be one of the best in the industry. He's brutally honest in what he says, and cuts to the point. He doesn't believe in fluff, and has a lot of redpill principles in what he discusses. That episode itself, he talks…

I find your comment interesting, and, very accurate. I think that the OP, whilst having good intentions, became a little too absorbed in the idea of 'alpha' being an asshole jock sort of character, and forgot that alpha can also be benevolent - the benevolent alpha. Just because one approves and supports others around him, doesn't make that individual lesser to the others. Alpha isn't always necessarily "being the best".

Honestly man it all comes down to trial and error and personal taste. If you google "homemade protein bars" or "homemade protein balls" (kind of like rumballs) you'll find heaps of recipes. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/diy-protein-bars-healthy-bars-in-5-easy-steps.html

In terms of quest bars and their price - there are guides online to make your own batches of protein brownies and stuff. They're not too bad, and you can make huge bunches of them.

"The Weeknd" is a musician like Frank Ocean, but you could say their music almost represents a polar opposite. With Frank you have songs like "Thinkin' Bout You", romantic of sorts - then you have The Weeknd's music with songs like "Wicked Games" and "Loft Music", which are more so sexual songs. I think /u/OmLaLa intended to make a point by using those two artists as a representation of betabux/alphafux.

I'm 5'7 (pushing it) and most girls I've been with have either been my height or taller, and they've always said from the start that they "don't date shorter guys." Yet every single one of them has gone somewhere. Actions, not words. But yes, I agree, shorter guys have to work harder but you could almost say it's more rewarding.

Hey man, I've had the same problem with bulking. I've found the best way to go about it is to count your calories for one week; work out where your weak spots and strong spots are in your diet and go from there. Don't overwhelm yourself with food because you'll get sick of it quick and you'll be back to point 0. Just start off by increasing breakfast by a few hundred calories, then lunch, dinner, your snacks - and get a routine.

I saw this firsthand happen at a University in my city. Supposedly a guy was walking around the university doing cold approaches, and a girl didn't take it very well and posted all over the StalkerSpace on how she was offended. He had some girls on his side and some against him - but a majority of them were calling him a creep.

/r/TheRedPill11/02/15 11:30 PM

I think the best way to go about it is to have fun in the outside and be serious on the inside. I cannot recall the correct law of power, but it goes along the lines of not showing others how much work you have put in. If you are serious all of the time (in front of your wife for example), she will see you working hard which may take her eye off of your results. You should try having more fun around her and others, and keep the focused version of yourself, to yourself.

It's amazing, sometimes I think I could just go using it by itself. At the moment I use cetaphil moisturiser, however, if it's a really hot day I'll use Nivea moisturiser (because cetaphil can get a little greasy). My face hasn't been this good since my pre-acne days.

For those of you 'skinny' guys who are lifting and lifting to no end - and still not noticing any gains: count your calories and work out your TDEE. Eat at 500+ on top of your TDEE and you will notice fast gains, I promise.

I used to have horrible skin on my face, acne, scarred etc. Now it's clear and I actually get people saying to me 'damn man, your face is clear'. I currently use (in this order): African Black Soap (has helped even the tone of my skin) Stridex in the red box (removed 90% of my acne, would recommend 10x over) 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide (clears up the other 10% of acne) A generic toner. Eye cream to remove those bags And then finally I moisturise to keep my skin fresh. I've never loved my face as much …

I feel that individuals blur the line between being 'assertive' and being an 'asshole'. A man who holds frame is assertive, a man who is confident in himself or "so secure in himself that [he is] never fazed" is assertive. However, this can be interpreted as being an asshole by others. The girl didn't fall for an asshole, she fell for an assertive individual whom could be seen as an asshole - depending who's view he goes against.

I was actually thinking about this today. I work at the cinemas and guests come up to order their food from the Candy Bar. Often I will see men that walking up with their partners, they carry themselves well and look quite confident. In a way I admire them. However, when they come up and have no idea what to order, or can't remember their film name etc. it makes me lose respect for them in that moment.

Adding to this, I feel if you put it in a perspective of a 'redpill man' (e.g. "following logic and being in control") then this is very much redpill. You can still love, but you must understand that control is needed for it not to become chaotic.

Thank you for pointing out the acts of disrespect, cheating and almost idiocy in this post. You should never cheat on your girl, if it gets to that point just next her. Obviously you shouldn't be in a monogamous relationship. Also, why are you trying to pick up chicks around your girl - I mean socializing with them and improving your own skills is good - but to go that far isn't cool, and more petty than anything. There's a good poem for this by Peter Dale Wimbrow Sr. I actually have it on my wall and I read it most nights before bed: When you get what you want in your struggle for self And the world makes you king for a day Just go to the mirror and look at yourself And see what that man has to say. For it isn’t your father, or mother, or wife Whose judgment upon you must pass The fellow whose verdict counts most in your life Is the one staring back from the glass. He’s the fellow to please – never mind …

There's a guy in one of my classes at Uni who says a lot of jokes but never laughs, he comes off as the angriest motherfucker.

That was interesting, but I'm unsure on how to have a balance between Max and Kay? I don't want to be a crazy nice guy, nor do I want to be an absolute cunt like Kay.

You have a really skewed view on how to 'get big'. You only need to work out for 1 hour, about 5 days a week and just keep track of your diet. The diet isn't usually anything fancy it's just a lot of high calorie foods. It takes effort to reach the desired goal but it isn't as extreme as you're stating it to be.

I'd agree with you but Zac Efron is 5'7

I feel like being 'alpha' is having a fair balance of dominant and submissive traits. Good comment.

Off-topic but you might be able to help me with this; A girl called me a while back and eventually we got to the point in conversation where she asked 'when are we seeing each other?'. I can't remember my reply but it was something along the lines of me being busy etc. What do you think would have been a good answer to the question?

That was a really nice analysis, it's helped me realise a few things about presenting myself in general. Thanks brother.

I've stuffed up so many times because I've over analysed and thought the girl was giving off bad vibes, which she may have been but it was only for a second, but, I completely took it out of proportion and stuffed everything up.

That Santa analogy has opened my eyes. I was really struggling with redpill tonight and so tempted to go back to my bluepill ways because ignorance is easy, but I think I'll stick with redpill. As you said, the girls you're not with anymore are happier that they knew you: tonight I girl told me she hates me for being [redpill] , but she's angry because she can't find a guy who is [redpill].

Seeing you in that dress makes my dick so hard. (we have been texting for a while so it didn't come off creepy whereas saying that first off on tinder probably wouldn't yield the same results.)

In a weird way dude, this inspired me. I'm 5'7" and it seems everyone around me is so much taller, and being a pretty shy kinda guy it makes it a bit harder. However, I have been telling myself to speak up and be more confident. I think once you accept your height for what it is and go past that barrier you start to notice differences.
