A genuine willingness to do things for other people is a very admirable personal characteristic. People appreciate generosity. Just be sure to not let people take advantage of you for it. It's not just women that will do it to you.

Basically. Put your arm around her for a while or hold hands with fingers interlocked and then initiate the kiss when you feel the time is right after having looked at the scenic view for a while.

I've done this before and it went well and was fun. Go at a comfortable pace that allows the two of you to be playfully chatty and flirty. In these situations it's more about enjoying the scenery and getting to know the person you are with than trying to get to a certain destination. Take frequent stops to just look sit and rest, observe your surroundings, goof off, etc. Makeout sessions with dramatic scenery as the backdrop are quite pleasant and fun imo.

Do everything you possibly can to fill your head with positive thoughts on a daily basis. Tell yourself something enough times and eventually you'll start to believe it.

But today I thought: what if this is just an illusion? What if I have litterally been doing things wrong all this time? After all, I'm 24 years old. I'm not 15 or 18. After all, it could be argued that interpretation is not reality. Maybe those things are actually working against me, putting me in a pre-friendzone of some sort? I find it really hard to find solid ground in these matters. Do not dwell on such thoughts. They are not helping you. Many men are late bloomers and, quite frankly, 24 yr…

Your whole post tells me you don't believe you are an attractive person worth dating. You sound neither confident, nor comfortable with yourself. You are comparing yourself to other people and falsely assuming that you have to be like them in order to be an attractive male, which is a common pitfall. Social and dating success starts with focusing on the thoughts in your head. You must think well about yourself and see yourself as a viable dating option before any woman will. Make that your start…

When it comes to the topic of "having class" the phrase "SHOW, don't tell" is everything. You follow? Next time someone asks if you have swag, assume they're throwing you a bone to crack a joke.

After sifting through the author's own personal biases and large generalizations about society, I'd say there are some valid points being made.

I understand where you're coming from man. But keep in mind we men do just as many things that women can gripe over and get pissed off at. People are assholes. To be human means you're flawed, regardless of gender. That being said, there are plenty of girls out there who are worth your time. It's up to you to find them. Sifting through all the bullshit is a necessary part of this process, and that's not a bad thing. It will be worth it when you find the girls who for you are actually worth spend…

I'd love to learn how to carry myself properly -- when I stand, when I walk, when I sit. Confident, attractive body language in common scenarios. Build your self-esteem and confidence. There's no way you can give off an air of confidence if you don't feel comfortable with yourself inside out. Focus on that like crazy. There is a ton of solid advice out on the web that teaches how to go about that. As for getting down the actual body language and mannerisms, just observe other people's body langu…

Engage the group first. If they don't like you it's almost always game over, and the easiest way to make the rest of the group hate you is by neglecting to build rapport with them when you first approach. You need their approval as much as you need her's because when you bring someone else into your world, you directly and indirectly bring OP's entire social circle into your world as well.

If someone isn't in a healthy mental state, it will be hard for them to form and maintain relationships. That's not to say that someone who is currently like that will always be that way. Plenty of people overcome diseases like depression and such that drastically affect their own relationships. So yes, there is always hope for people who self-sabotages their relationships. But you can't guarantee that someone will someday overcome their demons either. All you can really do is wish them well and…

Introversion is not an adjective for being shy or socially anxious, nor is extroversion for being outgoing. You can painfully shy or super outgoing regardless of which category you fall under. Those terms refer to how you generally get and use energy during and outside of social interaction. It's an incorrect mindset to think that one is "good" and the other "bad". There are pros and cons to both, and you can become a very happy, social and outgoing person regardless of what category you fall un…

He doesn't have ownership over the women coming to his club, and he has no right to tell you to stay away from them. He simply doesn't want competition from you. That's his problem. If there's a girl you want to talk to, then fucking talk to her. Him getting all butthurt over you talking to girls at his club is his problem, not yours.

I'm going to work a lot on inner game. I've got a long term plan worked out for tackling this. I've done a good job in the last couple years with improving my fitness, personal style and even just social skills in general. Working on what's going on inside my head is the next piece of the puzzle I need to place.

I found The Art of Seduction to be an interesting read. I wouldn't call it a "how-to" title though. It's largely an analytic and objective discussion of what seduction actually is, but still very engaging.

Just because she talks to some other attractive guy for a tiny bit doesn't mean it's a red flag for anything. It would be a different story if she had exchanged numbers with him or something, but that didn't happen. From my perspective it just sounds like she had a polite conversation with the waiter, which is not an unreasonable thing to do. I work at a resort and politely chat up the guests all the time in order to make the day go by faster. Even if she found him attractive it's irrelevant, be…

Start by being courageous enough to put yourself out there and join some clubs. The more engaged you are with things on a regular basis, the more likely you are to be invited to stuff. Meet people. Talk to them. Ask them questions and figure out who you have mutual interests with so that you know who you can relate to. Work simultaneously on finding your closest friends while becoming friends with people across the board. I started doing all this about a year ago and my quality of life has incre…

Like Mr. Wayne said, most people suck at it, and it's really easy for something you say to be misinterpreted and make things awkward It's also common for guys to get overly emotionally attached to talking to a specific girl via text(this happened to me once or twice), and inevitably if you aren't careful you start acting out in ways via(without realizing it I might add) that makes start looking really needy. You know you are texting her waaayyy to much when you start getting bent out of shape be…

Just keep the texting to a serious minimum. Long text conversations are a no-no, that's where a lot of guys including myself have fucked up. But an occasional witty or funny text once or twice a week that elicits a laugh isn't going to make a difference.

Amazing relationships have a tendency to feel effortless. The result is that you become oblivious to how much hard work you are actually putting into making that relationship awesome, especially when the relationship is relatively new.

I dated a girl for 3 years who was like this. A few thoughts based on personal experience. Just keep building rapport. Build rapport like crazy. Build rapport until she becomes the chatter box that she probably is around her family and closest friends. Continue showing your interest with tiny playful kino things and testing the waters every now and then like you are doing. Just calibrate yourself with her. I remember with my ex that in the beginning it was a lot more effective to playfully use t…

I had a fwb relationship for a while with a woman who made the first move and took a lot of initiative in pushing things forward. And there have been other times in a bar here and there where I get a cold approach from a woman. Depending on who it is it can be a fun or not fun experience when it happens, but I don't ever count on it or hope for it to happen. Being a man who takes the initiative to approach is more important.

I agree with this. She's gonna have male friends that she's maybe close with but are firmly in the friendzone. Flex your social skills and get to know him. He probably already knows deep down that he doesn't have a chance with her anymore if he ever did before, otherwise he would be dating her right now and not you.

Tell me, what's your inner game like? What does the dialogue inside your head sound like? How high are your levels of confidence and self-esteem, self-worth and so on? Is it possible you might need to place more focus on addressing what does(or doesn't) go on inside your head? Just throwing it out there because many guys including myself find that working intensively on inner game somehow sets something in motion that lets everything else fall into place over time. It is crazy how much the subco…

I won't argue that time is a valuable thing, but jeez dude, have some fucking patience. Stop focusing so much on desired outcomes and simply enjoy yourself.

Be bold and ask her something that would essentially be an invitation for starting a small conversation. It's gonna feel awkward at first, but hey, but that's usually how it is when you start a conversation with someone you don't really know. If she's interested in getting to know you she'll engage you in whatever conversation you try to start, if not, then she won't. Just think of something to say and go for it.

I think this is a fun idea, but you shouldn't get so butthurt if other people think it sucks. Who cares if other guys on here think it sounds creepy or lame. If it works for you, then that's really all that matters, right?

I'd guess you're thinking too much about wanting to bed her and putting too much pressure to not fuck that up. Stop thinking in those terms. Go out to have a good time with people, not to just pick up chicks. Take women off the pedestal and just talk because you feel like talking to people.
