The average person that believes feminism = gender equality will find we ALSO believe in gender equality, in this case the label doesn't matter. The ideas and the facts do. Those who adhere to social justice, who usually also identify as feminist, will be argued with and sometimes insulted. In neither case does gender matter. So women are totally welcome! Feminists are also welcome if they are open to discussion and/or changing their minds.

I think these days separating the price by gender is really out dated, since it's very common for men to have long/styled hair and for women to have shorter hair. I would prefer to see prices based on the work required, no matter the gender.

Well there's 2 arguments here For one in general I don't like the idea of HAVING to pay for something I don't morally approve of. Whatever that thing may be. Second, like others have said here, you're paying for stuff anyway either via taxes or insurance premiums. I don't really mind it going to birth control for whoever will use it. I think you're right. His views aren't nearly as extreme as some radical feminists I don't think 'be less bad than the other side' should be our goal though. Do we want to mirror feminism? We should be relaying our message and convincing others as effectively and honestly as possible. His views may be honest but I don't see them being helpful in convincing moderates and undecideds these days.

Assuming an actual gender bias in a situation like this: The problem is adjusting the scores wouldn't actually fix the issue. It'd just be a band aid to make it look like it's fixed. In this hypothetical the problem would be the biased attitudes of the students, which I would call a problem. The question would then be how do we help people move past a possibly flawed bias? Not "How do we pretend it doesn't actually exist"

After spending some time on the wiki I think you're right. There are a bunch of versions and different riders that have shown up over the years. The part that really struck me is that news sites are showing the gender neutral text which I would support and hiding they ACTUALLY gender specific text. My only advice, as silly as it sounds, is don't be a douchebag. Right now one of the biggest issues Men's Rights activists face is bad PR. People are constantly being told MRAs are hateful monsters. Whatever effort you put forth to help the cause please keep an open mind, be kind, and be informed. If that helps one person see past the stigma that has been built around MRAs it'll be a huge win on its own
