To answer your question, my opinion: Compete in a combat sport. Learn to play an instrument, or DJ/produce. Learn a language. Rock climbing/mtn biking/snow sports. Activities that will get you outdoors. Hunting/fishing. Dance, whatever fits your taste in music. Automotive repair/detailing. Get a dog and teach it advanced tricks. Ironmans/ultramarathons. If you were good at a sport, become a coach. And always lift. EDIT formatting

Don't think about it so much, just a club slut.

Basically my program is: Monday: OHP & Deadlift 5/3/1. Will do squats, weighted chins, and weighted dips as well. Wednesday: Explosive work. Box squats, cleans, push press. Working sets of 3 around 60% 3rm. Move weight fast as possible. Friday: Squat & Bench 5/3/1. Will do romanian deadlifts, DB OHP, weighted pull ups. Honestly do whatever you feel like after the 5/3/1 sets. Just don't go crazy on assistance work.

I train 5-6 days per week. About 2-3 hours a session. Currently doing a 3 day 5/3/1 lifting routine that I do MWF early morning. Days I don't lift I'll jog and do some light work on the gymnast rings. This works well for me. However, if I wanted to go lift 6 days a week I would definitely dial the BJJ back to only 2-3x. It's a balancing act. Or just do steroids.

Yes, as a matter of fact I have gained 20+ lbs in the last 2 years since starting BJJ, used to be 170 now I hover around 190-195 at 5'11. Grappling skill and powerlifting numbers are both at an all time high. You do need to focus on one at a time though. Trying to add 5 lbs a week to your compounds + accessories while training BJJ more than 6 hours a week can lead to some serious recovery issues. Best of luck

Drop the bro lifting routine. Do 2-3 days full body instead, focus entirely on compounds + bodyweight accessories. 5/3/1 is great for combat athletes, the slower progression is key for long term progress and avoiding burnout. I've struggled with similar issues, and have come to prioritize BJJ over my lifting and track work. It has done wonders for my confidence, chilled me out, and provides me with a tight knit friend circle. But never stop lifting!

That sums it up perfectly to be honest. I've got work to do.

I guess I interpreted it as her testing our exclusivity, live and learn.

Why would she get me banned from snapchat though? Because of her emotions? She's been chill before this.

Yes, I know it was shit test, and we are both fucking other people. I'm mainly confused as to why she got me banned off snap.

Don't ask, don't tell. And yeah, I over invested.

I agree, thinking about fucking her now kinda makes me feel sick.

Because she has been behaving very good before this vacation. And I am over invested I guess.

Yeah she probably fucked some guy. Whatever. But her question was a shitty way of seeing whether or not we are exclusive, which we aren't.

She's not my girlfriend. I fuck other girls, I was irritated that she explicitly brought it up. And no, I don't want a relationship. I was calling her out on a shitty manipulation tactic. Nudes were a definite mistake tho, smh.

Guess that settles it.

Right, I guess the real question is whether to keep it as a hobby or just drop it all for lifting. Have you had much success balancing lifting + fighting?

Appreciate the advice. Don't think work rumors will be a problem. Did everything end up good in your situation?

Specifically? We hardly interact at work and no one has a clue.

Exchange sexual favors, we both cum most times. She says "not yet" for penetration and has nuts ASD/LMR. FWB is the better word I was just a little drunk.

By "sensually dance" I mean this drunk bitch was grinding from guy to guy, she comes over to me and I had to keep her from taking my clothes off om the dance floor. Basically had no intentions on her whatsoever, simply bad timing.

Abundance mentality is a means of not putting all of your eggs into one basket. If these guys are diving straight into exclusive relationships, then they do not have an abundance mentality. Read sidebar and The Rational Male by Rollo Tomassi.

Read above. He said it is minimal effort, and only does it with 20ish people, dunno why you suggested "hundreds". Try removing that stick from your butt

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
