Overall I’m having a hard time managing time. Between expanding my business, working out (hobbies), maintaining a social life, eating healthy, and time to relax.

I feel like I don’t have enough time for everything and not enough energy overall to pursue all my exercise routines.

I’ve been surfing for 5 years now and it’s one of my favorite things. Unluckily i live in a spot that doesn’t get waves that often. Florida so it’s on and off.

I took up BJJ a month ago. I love it. I was invited to this gym from a friend. I’ve made a lot of friends so far and really like going and picked up on it really well. This is my main priority currently, I train 3-4x a week for 2 hours a day. I’m looking to also add 2 more days to pick up No Gi and MMA. But hesitant because of the issues I’m stating now.

Since I’ve started BJJ I’ve taken a break from lifting. I was doing 3x/ week on a bro routine (basically chest/tri, back/bi, and shoulder/legs).

I’ve lost weight to BJJ which isn’t a bad thing because I’m losing the rest of my belly fat so my abs are showing up. I’m 5’10” 165lbs about.

How can I handle doing all this physical activity? Am I aiming to do too much? Have some of you dropped lifting? I have a lot of muscle from lifting the past years on and off, but gaining weight is hard for me as I stick to a cleanish diet.

Any advice from some of you guys? I’m also injured from BJJ little things which doesn’t help.
