I have felt the same way for a long, long time. There are subreddits for people who share the same views (sanctionedsuicide, antinatalism, misanthropy) - but beware, altought it's nice to feel at home with people who feel the same, it can be very toxic. I am not older or more experienced than you. But here is the thing; it could be imbalance - meds can help you feel normal. It could be deep rottet childhood trauma (that's my case) - sfhelp.org helped me to reveal it but I'm still working on it. …

The same thing happened to me a few times. No reasons, just the typical; "It's not you, it's me." I'm beginning to belive, that we attract partners that we think we deserve. Relationships, that will act-out our childhood traumas so we can relive them, griveve, and move past them. There is a lot of information on the internet about "inner child" and relationship dynamics that steem from our childhood or current unmeet needs. Unmeet needs are not always positive. I have no idea how to move past th…

Hey! Yes, I do longer ocassionally, but I never put a timeline on it. Usually 3-7 days. What is your BMI and how lean are you? The lower your weight, the harder it is to fast. Maybe you should check r/fasting :D

Is this some kind of BDSM thing? Idk, as long as it makes both of you happy, there is nothing wrong with it. BUT you have to be very very carefull. Don't lose yourself and your interest. You can be his "slave". But keep yourself educated, in shape and have a hobby. You'll deteriorate if you don't push yourself in some other pursuits than beeing a perfect spouse.

It's when you don't eat anything. Just drink water. I KNOW it goes against everything that modern society is teaching us about eating (numerous small meals per day and starvation mode if you dont eat for a few days etc.) - but it has a SOLID biochemical basis. Look up "Dr. Jason Fung" on YouTube if you are interesting in the theory behind it. He's a kidney specialists who regularly fasts his overweight patients to get them off of diabetes (type 2) meds and lose the weight. My personal experience…

The most important thing is your diet. I myself practice intermitted fasting with an occasional extended water fast (2-5 days). I belive it helps with hunger regulating and other hormoney; I have no problem staying thin evem though I grew up overweigh. You can also start counting calories - downolad myfitness pal and eat no more than 1600 per day when you atempt to lose weight. Weight EVERYTHING. Yes, even 2 crackers count. The most people are overweight due to snacking on tiny stuff theough the…

Thank you for your on-topic remark. You seem so calm, kind and collected. I mentioned my gendet because it's relevant to the context of thr discussion; food affects hormonal levels of each gender differentely and health consequences would be different. I can't get paranoid about beeing more feminine due to food, but I can get paranoid because boob size increased (yeah, it's not always great) with dietery changes and I already had to get a biopsy in the past.

They put flouride in our drinking water here (Slovenia) - we have very good water here and everyone drinks tap water. Idk about all that high levels of flouride. Tooth decay has gone down significantly, but I have toothpaste with flouride in it - and I spit that shit out. Should I buy bottled water? Oh wait, BPA's... You youst can't win -.-' It's insane what diet does to our looks too. I have some periods (during exams) when I slip and eat a bit of junk and I look much worse. (yeah, anecdotal ev…

This, x 1000!! I am a woman, but excess estrogen (and lack of testosterone) is dangerous for us too (breast cancer, other hormonal cancers). I recently did a seminar on feminization of certain animals. One study that I read really fucked me up; pesticide artezine turns male frogs into females; https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2842049/ We live in a polluted enviorment. I wouldn't get paranoid, but it is so so so fucking important to try to eat as healthy and as organically as possible…

Minimalism is the way to go; having the black-to-white colour scheme always looks classy and doesn't require as much of a carefull planning as other schemes to. Also; plants. Green, leavfy plants and orchids can make any place look more warm and welcomy.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
