I never directly considered the curiosity mindset. But lately I've noticed that as I'm talking to more girls, I'm entering interactions with the thought "I wonder what she's like," a lot more than "I hope she likes me." Do you find that abundance helps foster that "healthy indifferent" outlook you have? Is there anything else you do to develop that mindset, like meditation or practicing Stoicism?

Thank you for the detailed break down. I'm guilty of looking at people like Todd as titans in the field and forgetting they started off as beginners like me. Follow up question, would you say that going into an interaction with the attitude/mind set of "I want to make her my girlfriend," is an unhealthy one?

I'd say about 1 a week. I think one of my problems is making excuses for as to why I don't act.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
