Over the past few months I've been working really hard to get socially calibrated. I've watched countless videos from Todd Valentine and others about approaching, healthy relationships, being charismatic, etc. and I've done a few approaches, but I still don't have the social life I want.

In addition to recognizing that I'm pretty young, I understand that I need to take more action if I want to see more results, but it can be demoralizing to be ghosted after a seemingly okay approach. I've tried to implement things like meditation and positive reaffirmations ("No one woman determines whether or not I'm good at game/I have good qualities regardless of whether or not others recognize them"/Identifying several qualities which prove that I am a high status-high value guy) but I still find myself upset at my seeming lack of progress.

What do I need to do to improve? Is this a mindset change? Should I stop focusing so much on getting women?
