I'm a tall attractive dude, I get approached regularly. Most women approach men. Very attractive women do it more often and more brazenly. It's common to the point that I'll bait approaches from girls I'm into, by pretending I don't notice them. It's just rare that they actually go up and initiate the conversation. It's a combination of being scared of rejection, not wanting to look desperate, and I suspect both not wanting to give up social power and preserving it as a test to see if you're con…

Google book of yareally libgen for MM, also "sex god manual" I think is on there the RSD stuff mentioned is probably in torrents somewhere.

Bro these responses are hysterical. Cold approach is arguably the most valuable skill in terms of getting women that exists. It also requires thousands of approaches to get good. There are very few actual pickup artists around anymore. It's all naturals and bros with no game like it used to be. It's a hard road. If you want to brave it, start with the YaReally archive (super fun read, chill vibe, and important concepts), original Mystery Method (some out of date stuff for sure, but gives you man…

I actually know a lot about modern trauma theory. This is a bad fucking idea. You don't know how she's going to react here, and you can actually do damage. Doing trauma work is retraumatizing, so doing it correctly is a delicate process. As much as this could make her feel connected to you, it could also make her not want to see you again (because it's uncomfortable) or cause her to have flashbacks and dissociative reactions that can cause further damage unless you're using feelings of safety an…

American here. Thanks for this post I'll keep it in mind when I visit your funny island of freedom haters =P . Do you know if it's the same for Scotts or Irish?
/r/seduction03/02/20 05:15 AM

You say something positive mixed with something negative. e.g. "You're cute but you seem like mischief" "I want to marry you, just so I can divorce you" "I can't decide if I want to fall in love with you or run away from you." "I like your hair, it's adorably disheveled" "You're low key adorable" "Your eyes are the most stunning shade of blue, I need to get out of here before I fall in love." "I hate that I like you so much" You're welcome :)

Cool, yeah give it a shot. There's a lot of content out there about how to seed the pull/venue change correctly.
/r/seduction03/02/20 01:15 AM

Cool, breaking rapport tonality. The pitch of your voice should go down at the end, not up or flat. Flat is fine, but you definitely don't want to rise up like a question. Try some push-pulls, they're basically magic.
/r/seduction03/02/20 01:11 AM

Post field reports with the conversations. Are you telling them you find them attractive early on? Are you using push-pulls? How is your eye contact, proximity, and are you using BR tonality? Girls respond like that when you're not acting confidently.
/r/seduction03/02/20 01:01 AM

"--Oh! I have this other really chill place you need to see. Finish your drink real quick so we can go." Not field tested but seems reasonable.
/r/seduction03/02/20 12:55 AM

"You're a cool dude let's hang out at some point" then hand him your phone so he can throw in his digits. It's good to brainstorm together while you're there to find something to do. If he gives you a weird look "No homo, I mean, it's totally cool if you're homo, I'm not, but that's not the point here."

Interesting, I got a really hot girl's number on Friday when saying it. She suggested snap, I answered with that and "I'll take your number though" (said in a tone that assumed she was going to give it and she was winning, while pulling out my phone), and we exchanged numbers no questions. I've only ever had problems around it if the girl wasn't on enough anyway and she was just using as an excuse to put me in the thirst pool.

"How do you feel about coffee with handsome young men?" Then take her out for coffee my dude.

Hahaha Wait has this happened to you? You're overthinking it dude. Just think of something to do together and make the time.
/r/seduction02/02/20 12:26 PM

Memory is state dependent. It will take practice to connect all that skill to your sober self. Try a couple warm up approaches. Make small chat or flirt with some dudes or wags you're not interested in then go about your night.

Whenever I'm in a venue and a friend says "There are so many dudes in here." my immediate reaction is confusion. I don't see them. They're irrelevant.

Ideally you show you're romantically interested within the first 30 seconds of meeting them. It's easier to set the frame for a relationship than to change it.

I’m really lost at how you pick up girls while being genuine; while being your true, authentic self. Not sure you can, at least not effectively. It's never worked that way for me anyway. Girls seem to react best to ice cold manipulation. I'd be sweet and genuine if that's what worked. But it didn't, so I stopped.

I don't like holding hands usually, it just feels awkward. My go-to when I'm walking with a girl is to give her my arm (with my hand on my stomach).

Compliment him on something he's wearing. If he doesn't get the hint, bring up a topic from the lecture to make the conversation last longer. If you can find a way to tie in a tangent about your favorite author you get extra points. If he seems to like you but isn't closing, suggest a study group. is it silly to like someone so much without knowing them to begin with? Yes. But it can sometimes start a whirlwind.

/r/seduction02/02/20 11:11 AM

"oh, i don't ~do~ social media" You say this sarcastically. I unironically do this.
/r/seduction02/02/20 11:11 AM

It's irrelevant. Girls need time getting to know you before being into you. Initial interest is great and all, but it's eclipsed by how important the rest of the interaction is. Her initial interest is not at all necessary for her to like you. Girls' attraction doesn't work like ours does.

Gay males increase the fertility of primate tribes. What is good for the group is not necessarily good for the individual.
/r/seduction02/02/20 10:57 AM

Got any tips for befriending typical people? I have an easy time forging relationships with like-minded individuals (abnormally intelligent and/or countercultural, so academics, doctors, psychonauts, ravers, nerds etc.), but I have trouble making friends with normies. I can be polite and sweet, but that formality only goes so far.
/r/seduction02/02/20 10:46 AM

The problem with this advice, is that this is a girl who has so many options that she doesn't have time to give the random dude who chatted her up in a coffee shop a second thought. Let alone the dude she randomly gave her number to later that day. You don't have to be needy to be moving things along with her. The way you figure out if she doesn't suck is to talk to her on a date.
/r/seduction02/02/20 04:54 AM
1

How would you measure that? And once measured how would you change it? PUA is built around the idea that there are successful models of attraction and social interaction as pertains to sex. If you haven't read up on the issue, or defined the problem well enough, or tried in a systematic manner, you're jumping the gun when you appeal to some vague 'core' being broken.

Having a lot of lines stored in a memory palace helps me. I have around 70 lines stored for different situations at the moment. If you google around a little you can figure out how to make memory palaces. It's also important to develop the skill of being able to talk without filtering yourself at all. So dedicate some practice time to say whatever comes to mind when talking to girls. Like 40-100 approaches. Say whatever comes up, no matter how dumb.

I didn’t wanna talk for too long as it was just the first ever convo You should feel like time is on your side. The longer you talk to her the more she'll like you. It's just like if you get her number you should stay and chat for another 5 minutes. If y'all had the time, you could have made it a date right then and there. Ideally you're approaching at least 20 girls a week my dude. Well done man, approach more, and don't get caught up on this girl when it probably doesn't work out (sorry just b…

Interesting, my first one I felt shivers all over. She was way more experienced than I was and she taught me how. The best way to practice is to find someone who is better. Just mimic what they do, and learn by feel.

getting laid is not my goal It is mine, because it's fun as fuck. Literally. All the other social consequences are great too obviously. Getting rejected 99% of the time, that has to be hard... It is at first. After awhile you don't feel it any more, and you revel in how awesome you are for having the willpower to push past massive mental barriers in order to create good times for you and others.

The core reason why cold approach works, is that you can be anyone you want to be on the approach. You can change your social persona over time. Being in a place with a smaller population removes that advantage.

chances are she's already done the mental gymnastics and still decided no. In practice it turns out to be an ongoing process. So move on, you'll thank yourself. No, persistence is extremely important. I can hardly count how many opportunities I left on the table because of not persisting. I always leave when a girl asks me too or walks away, or it's just obviously not going anywhere, but there are plenty of soft-rejections that turn out to be tests. /r/seduction31/01/20 09:04 PM

Why are all the dudes so negative on this thread, if two people want to get down as consenting adults why care? Girls mostly don't care, and some find it hot. If she's not into you, you'll hear her sometimes backwards rationalize that it's because of your age. As you get more experience, you'll notice girls backwards rationalizing attraction to random characteristics, don't worry about it. Hotter younger girls are easier if you're on your game. They're less jaded, more sexually open, and more do…

It's called the strawberry fields routine. If you crtl-F for 'cube' through my comments I have one pointing to a post by a hypnotist on how these routines work. They're cold reading techniques, so basically it's bullshit. They're still chick crack though.

"You're cute but you look like trouble." "You seem like you wouldn't be boring", find something about her look come up with a justification then exadgerate it e.g. I saw a girl yesterday who had a black victoria secret jacket on with a "Pink" lettering, I told her that I wondered when Victoria Secret started hiring colorblind designers. introduce yourself, "You have such nice... timing, you're lucky I came here today." "You seem interesting, though a little strange."

Yeah pretty much, there's /r/fpua . The problem is that women and men have very different value propositions and drives from a mating perspective. The difference in attractive qualities between men and women are what drives the effectiveness of male pick up.

Cold approaching is what you SHOULD do if OLD sucks for you. You have so much more potential avenues for communication when you're in person. I would never in a lifetime be able to bed the girls I have in person, online. Looks are a small piece of the puzzle on cold approach.

“What you say doesn’t matter.” Is half true. You can use your words to frame the conversation in such a way that she feels the need to chase you. You can also outframe shit-tests, and cause her to be attracted with your words. The reason why “what you say doesn’t matter” is that you *can* pick up with only your subcommunications, but you’re leaving a lot of efficiency on the table and it requires you to be in the mood in the moment. Good verbals are hard to deliver smoothy at first, but they get…

They put you in boyfriend mode. Girls make you wait for sex when they think they can land you for an LTR or as an orbiter. It's their biggest bargaining chip if they know they don't have to compete with other girls, or you could lose respect for them. If you put off high value/player vibes they'll be dtf quickly.

No one else here is giving you the golden formula, here it is: you say something good about her, then you say something bad about her. Or you say something that is both. The way to practice this is to describe anything with "Fortunately ... Unfortunately ..." Fontunately you're kind of cute, unfortunately you're a bit of a weirdo. Fortunately your fashion sense is solid, unfortunately you don't seem to care enough to get the details right etc. You can do this exercise about anything, any object,…

Dressing well isn't even expensive. Go to a thrift store in a rich area. It's absurd the kind of steals you can get e.g. like new $600 coats for $15. Every time I go out I get at least one person telling me I look swaggy and I've paid $500 tops for an entire wardrobe. Get beautiful clothes for silly prices and then tailor them. Boom, you look like a celebrity.

Nah, hot girls will screen by being blaze unless your open was amazing. You can recover from a bad open with good game, but obviously if the girl asks you to leave or walks away you should call it. I recommend you try it and see what happens. What you'll learn, is that people don't care that much. Think about how much you remember about random individuals in environments that you spend time in? That's how much they think about you too. You are not a unique snowflake, very few people really care, no one will remember or care what happened after 15 minutes. Wow, so I believe you. To be clear I don’t think girls sleeping with me quickly is a weakness. I see it as evidence of their excellent taste in men. I also admire girls who are more introspective about their sexuality, exploratory, have high sex drives, and have experience. You shouldn't go over 20 minutes tops based on what science I've read, otherwise you can become neurotic or emotionally muted. Owen Cook is wild to watch in person. I used to have a friend who would pull 7+ almost every night. He was super gregarious but had a lot of tech. I've done a few thousand approaches but only had 14 lays, 11 were 8/9's . I've had about 2 years combined experience. My lay count is so low because my standards are too high, I started out insanely awkward, and I don't think …

You've never had a kiss man, you have no idea what women are like in general. You self hypnotized yourself into infatuation with this girl. Having close intimate relations with a few girls does something interesting to your psychology. Hit those tinder wags up and have a good time.
/r/seduction28/01/20 12:27 AM

That was rough, sorry y'all had to go through that. Kill that part of yourself that wants to date her. Trying again is the last thing you should do. Meeting lots of other women will make it easy. Having a girlfriend isn't worth losing a friend that close. Friends matter far more due to their loyalty.

I see your point and I get it as I used to think that way but you’d be surprised. They do I'm going with /u/WIA20XX on this one. Think about what that would require for her to always signal. a) making the decision on your looks/attire alone, which we know we can easily out-game b) always noticing all the men in the environment, when she has so much abundance it's absurd. If a girl strikes your fancy the answer is to approach or engineer her approaching you.

Yup yup. I've been writing more reports lately. I wrote 80k words for my first 2 years of game. I literally wrote a book's worth. I went full chode over the course of 7 years. It was re-reading those reports that made me remember what was possible. The fact that I was capable of the shenanigans I was pulling back was completely out of my model of reality a couple months ago.

Nah man but I might be in the next year, if so I'll hit you up. i kinda think the technical stuff is a waste of time because it comes out naturally just by being more attractive Yeah it's cool how one naturally emulates a lot of the tactics in state. I think a lot of them were reverse engineered from girls and naturals. My understanding is that for the more natural school, it's about de-social conditioning yourself, so those tactics are mostly instinct. Though if you think about it, if you use t…

Yeah it works. It works better on the most attractive girls too. I think it's because hotter girls are more social value sensitive. It's just really hard to master, think over a thousand approaches. Most of the guys on this sub think it's bullshit, and most of the guys on this sub don't go out. This stuff is powerful, it just takes time. You won't have 3 or 4 10's in your rotation. I can see being able to quickly put 3-4 8's and 9's in your rotation within 3 years. Probably more like a year for …
/r/seduction27/01/20 10:41 PM

It's the technical school of game. So MM, ToddV, JMULV, Saul Tee, David D etc. Instead of relying only on subcoms for buying temperature spiking, you use verbals (cocky frame + push-pull/cold read/disqualifiers/negs/roleplays). State-game also benefits from a comfort/investment stage too, it brings down flaking.
/r/seduction27/01/20 10:21 PM

Cheers :) . Yeah, that's one way to do it. I've done it that way and it's super fun. I'm trying going stateless and more verbal now, we'll see what happens.

So that’s what almost every woman will say. Dig into most attractive womens’ past (I’ve not tried this with less attractive girls) you’ll hear about at least 1 or 2 dudes who she broke the rules with. She’ll have excuses why it didn’t count too. Girls, when they come home with you quickly say “I’ve never done this before “ or “I never do this” like clockwork. So I've had girls quit on me after an orgasm before, who for various reasons didn't see again so I couldn't try to get past it. The way I worked through it with other girls is to go REALLY slow after she orgasms, but don't stop and you bring her down while still going. After a few sessions, going slow while being sensitive like that gets easier for her. She just has to be wiling to work through the initial phase with you, then it's increasingly awesome from there on out.

Nah, sober. I can't tell you how many times we came it was such a blur. With her, her arousal was very tied to mine so we typically came together. If I had to guess around 5 times, she might have had a few more. I actually like orgasms a lot less than long sex sessions. When you go for long sessions, IME you can go a little over 45 minutes if you condition the girl to have rolling orgasms but she'll get overstimulated and dry at that point. I was 23 and she was 22.
/r/seduction27/01/20 10:35 AM

? Dude I've fucked for at least 3 hours nonstop before, you just slow down for a bit then pick up speed again. One time I went on a marathon with my then girlfriend for about 36 hours, we drifted in and out of consciousness, took a shower or two while we fucked. I think we had like two 30 minute breaks for snacks. We both had ridiculous sex drives.

Change the question into a statement. What's your name? Tell me your name What time is it? Tell me the time. Do you like broccoli? I bet you like broccoli. Broccoli is good. Here's your ray of hope: FDS is basically a fuckboi manual. They describe the behavior in men that made them hot before their FDS 'revelations'. FDS chicks aren't the girls you want. They're jaded and aging. The pre-FDS girls, that is to say the vast majority of the female population, are the healthy population of girls you want. Flip your perspective on its head, look for the opportunity.
/r/seduction27/01/20 08:16 AM

Have him masturbate a lot so he progresses to needing more and more stimulation to finish. At least once a day, I used to do 1-3/day. I'm pretty sure that's how I got to the point where I can last hours if necessary. Is this the healthiest way to do it? Probably not. But it works.
/r/seduction27/01/20 08:05 AM

This is happening to you for the same reason why looks aren't all that important: you aren't carrying yourself in a confident fashion. There are a bunch of body language cues we give off as men that girls pick up on. They're hard to fake.

Dude if you think 3% is low what are you smoking? Like that's 3% of really hot girls. You only have to approach 33 girls to lay a stunner. Also, it shakes out to be closer to 10% at advanced. 10 girls. So it becomes ridiculously easy.

I understand that, "cold approach: a situation where you approach a stranger in person with no existing premise for the conversation" and "a emotionally uncomfortable, or frigid, or awkward conversation caused by unfamiliarity or antagonism" are two different ideas. In pickup we always use the word cold to denote the first idea. That's why I say you're equivocating on the words 'cold' and 'warm'. So if you want to argue on definitions, I prefer the former because it's typical parlance for pickup…

they're usually warm and friendly off the bat on the date. You're equivocating on the word warm. A "warm approach" is when you have an introduction through mutual connection, a "cold approach" is a total stranger. The start of the date isn't the beginning of the interaction for a "cold approach", the open is.

extent* Practicing on your targets is a bad idea. So if there aren't a lot to choose from that's a good idea. Talking to people in a non-sexual context is in many ways a different skill. There are also a lot of extraneous variables in conversation with people who aren't attractive girls. There are quirks to conversations with attractive girls that you won't find elsewhere. You hold your frame naturally when you’re confident Of course you do, but how do you get there? Seriously, give me concrete steps. Inner confidence doesn't have to be this nebulous concept. Even getting a confident frame is technical, you selectively interpret reference experiences. Positive psychology, see Martin Seligman, tells us that being happy and confident are delusional. Nope. The reason why we break these phenomena down from the overarching idea "confidence", is a similar reason to why the advice "Just be yourself" and "Have confidence" is useless. Without technical understanding it is hard to construct practical solutions. You don't hand a someone with only a rudimentary understanding of arithmetic a polynomial and say "Just find the inflection points bro", you teach them calculus. Social dynamics aren't any different, as demonstrated by the fields of social a…

Unfortunately early in my pickup career I creeped girls out. These days I've gained enough skill that it basically never happens. Newbs and autists creep girls out, it's an unfortunate reality of pickup. It's amazing how much unorthodox behavior you can smooth over with the right demeanor. So my intuition says it'll be fine. You want to go into these interactions with the attitude that she would be incredibly lucky to have you. Like she's getting the opportunity of a lifetime. That's how you should be acting if you want to get attraction with …
/r/seduction22/01/20 12:01 PM

Okay cool, just had to check. When did she stop being receptive? One thing that might be happening is delivery. It sounds like you were dropping lines then waiting for reactions. Ideally you throw in attraction/premise lines more subtly, while talking about something else. Give her a fraction of a second to respond and qualify, if she doesn't bite then you keep going. If you do it where it's obvious you're looking for a reaction, then it likely won't land. They should be delivered like they're a…

Failure is a useful teacher but if you're getting blown out all the time because of the way you present yourself or awkwardness/insecurity, you don't learn what works. The core of the scientific method is falsification and repeatability. You cannot learn game without tons of failure, just like any other skill. Not having all those blowouts means you can't falsify. I'm not sure if it's a good go-to strategy for getting a girl interested. Take the principle, leave the 'girlfriend' line. Girls chase guys who have a lot of girls after them. It's called pre-selection which is a special case of social proof. Most of game is meant to imply pre-selection.

IME this works best with almost all of the hottest girls in their early 20's. Less attractive girls tend to react less well to the behavior. You basically have to soften it based on the girl's self-perceived attractiveness.

"I dont think we should have sex night". I'm bedazzled of this how people can shoot such a straight lie that is completely the opposite of their thinking and go on feel good about themselves. The reason why it's fine, is that the girl already wants to have sex with you. She just a) has to feel comfortable you aren't going to be pushy (or worse) and b) wants plausible deniability so she doesn't feel like a slut. The problem is, that habit will turn sets around for you sometimes. In this set, green girl did not like him, middle girl could have gone either way, and right girl was shit-testy so he had a shot. I’ve had situations where the mother hen asked me to leave multiple times, but the girl I was into was loving me. That tendency sometimes ends up in sets like this, but it’s still the better move percentage wise. It's up to you where to draw the line.
/r/seduction20/01/20 11:38 PM

Are you for real? No shit DQ'ing is a terrible idea without the girl already being into you. It's a mid-game tactic for when you want to hook for further escalation. That's why he mentions multiple times its relevance to escalation. is that they only 'work' when she is attracted to you. Nope. Attraction techniques spark or deepen attraction by enforcing attractive frames and/or getting her horny. Attractive frames are ones that imply social proof and preselection from other girls. All of the above. The problem with social circles/clubs is that you don't have volume. The positive is that it's baby-town frolics if you have even basic game. It depends on where you're at in the skillset. I wouldn't do a lot of cold approach on campus as a newbie, if you can't consistently make recoveries and leave on a high note you might run into trouble. I used to think that, and there's some truth to it. Be unapologetic about who you are and assume she's the one who should be chasing your approval. Nah, he's right. The way you communicate that you're worth chasing is to show it's hard to win you over (because implicitly you have a lot of other girls who are hotter than her competing for your attention). Time and experience. This is the reason why most dudes give up man, you gotta power through this phase. The upside: this is the reason why most dudes give up. Nope, social proof for a guy is a matter of having a high degree of social acceptance. If a dude who is ridiculously handsome wants you as his friend, it only says good things about you. Simultaneously, your success shouldn't be determined by her reaction, but by your actions. Understand their opinion is irrelevant. If they criticize you, don't emotionally react, just be polite and change the subject. This both stops you from feeling emotionally effected, and communicates that their opinion is entirely irrelevant to you. Politeness is the ultimate power move in many situations, because it shows someone's actions aren't even worth thinking about.

/r/seduction19/01/20 02:45 PM

Todd talks at length about 'premise', you should look for videos of his on that. Ideally you want to use teases that point to a frame that if true, would lead to sex. The tease is a means to an end, and that end is to install a frame for the interaction. For example: "You're stunning, but I feel like I should wake up and run away." The line implies that she's seducing you and you are trying to resist her, and she needs to convince you to stay. "I think you're cute but I'm not too sure about you …

In my experience if the girl is attracted to you, she reframes it to "Oh he's so self-confident he can go out alone." That might not work as well with the friends though. But yeah totally, if you can engineer a situation where she makes the decision to talk to you it gives you a head start. Any time you can make it seem like she's gaming you, do so. Any time you can make it look like you're trying less, do so. The point of game is to not look like you're gaming.
/r/seduction15/01/20 09:54 PM

Re-frame it as being a positive. Like 'it makes me seem more attainable'.
/r/seduction15/01/20 09:42 PM

There are two kinds of silences. You locking up from intimidation, or a conversational vacuum. The former is a symptom of the deeper issue that you're more invested than she is, or that you think she's above you. The later is a way to make the girl chase when she's invested enough.

I would bet these guys played 'sweety game' (obviously they don't see it as game). You can land a girl by being super sweet to her, with just enough challenging. She's not going to fully respect you though, and you won't get her all in the bedroom. You can't really run sweety game off of cold approach, you need to build rapport over time. I landed a 9 this way once, but having been the below category in previous relationships, it was glaringly obvious to me how she was treating me differently th…

I have the opposite problem. I have about 1/10th the lays I would have if I just pulled girls whenever they tried to pull me no matter what they looked like. The upside of your situation is that you have tons of practice pulling and escalating physically. The downside is the entitlement, which can be fixed with positive self talk, writing, and focusing on positive reference experiences. I have an easier time feeling entitled to hotties, but less experience for pulling them. My attraction game is…

So since it feels like no one here has picked them up, this is how 8+ are different: tldr; they're mostly just less forgiving early on. When your subcoms are solid they are sweet from square one, and basically stay that way unless you fuck up. If you're timid, girls like this will be angelic, but see you as a puppy dog. I mostly agree with what you're saying here. There's this common refrain that learning PUA is more a process of unlearning than it is learning. It's a lot more than fear you need to unlearn though. Eh, the model is too simplistic. Whether a girl will cheat when she's attracted is roughly a battle between two different clusters of the brain. I had a girl verbalize it once. She told me when I first met her that she had a boyfriend. After a minute or so I had her sitting on my lap, giving me bambi eyes, she then goes "Okay I need to go before I fall any more in love." Then she jogs off. She was deeply attracted, but her neocortex told her that she should be a better person, and that self cont…

You’re right that the pickup gurus will tell you that there’s a reframe to get around this ->”It’s fun to get rejected” It's more nuanced than that. You want to focus on the positive parts of the approach (even if the approach objectively sucked), and focus on what was funny about the approach, and be psyched that you had the balls to do it. This has three main effects. It makes it such that you don't feel worse when a girl revokes positive stimulus. It reverses the approach from hurting, to mak…

You being an asshole drove girls to want to be favorable in your eyes. They wanted to be the girl who could soften you. You can accomplish the same thing, just by requiring them to impress you before you show them praise and affection.

That's why there's the concept of 'theory junkie' man. This is what it does to you. The reason why, is that one of the most important parts of game is to be in the moment. That's not woo-woo bs, it's because it effects your reaction time and subcommunications. This is why in the past, there was such an intense focus on 'field is king' and 'approach more girls'. As a newbie? Yeah kinda, 21 bare minimum. That's enough to maintain AA resistance and slowly learn, but not enough to learn at a reasonable pace. There are so many random factors that it looks like total noise early on. You need a lot of references to make sense of it. EDIT: This shouldn't even be controversial on a pickup forum JFC.

I've done well over 3 thousands approaches at this point. Times I legitimately freaked a girl out: 1. (if you hug a girl, do it slowly so you know she's down) Times I've been yelled at: ~20. Of those times, I wasn't even being a dick. I think in all of them it was because I was learning to be confident and not quite getting it yet. No, that's beginner/intermediate game. Stage 1 of attracting hotties is being able to flow without thinking ahead. Also being able to be comfortable with rejection is a fairly early skill. It requires re-framing rejection immediately after you leave set. Advanced game is honed calibration, and understanding edge cases and internalizing theory into unconscious competence. Advanced game results increase in your consistency.

I'm just adding onto /u/grrinchas . He's right, but I'm highlighting the other side of the story. Say. Anything. I don't care if it's "herp derp". The real key is to feel like what you have to say is valuable. "Anything I say is fascinating simply because it comes from me." Lower the bar for how good your conversation has to be. Don't filter yourself, the act of filtering puts the girl on a pedestal and she can feel it. Sounds strange? Cool, that's game: counter-intuitive. Try it first before kn…

State-Based game centers around having control of your own emotions. You internalize beliefs and develop habits to pump your state, and project it onto others. It's hard to learn, but not impossible. Dungeons and Dragons analogy: If Technical players are Wizards, State players are Sorcerers. Your better States become more effective, and your baseline becomes more attractive over time. The cool thing about State game is that you naturally emulate a lot of Technical game (because technical game is…

But when you took coaching with Tyler, did you get laid? Nah, there was a girl who wanted me to take her home if I said I'd be her boyfriend. The approach was actually tons of fun. Julien noticed a random guy doing poorly with a girl so he told me to calmly push the dude out of the way and introduce myself. In the end I wasn't that into her, she was about a 7. I had a couple near misses with hotter girls too. I got laid at a concert a week later using their teachings though. Then at college anot…

Meh, I think their old stuff is still state of the art for State-Based game. They do have shady practices of using overly complex jargon to preserve IP and take advantage of maladjusted dudes. Their new direction is worse than ever. I still respect Tyler for all the advancements he made in theory and making some legit products. I took a bootcamp with him. I don't regret it, it showed me what was possible.

You need some solid theory to work off of. A) If you want to do State-Based game (my favorite), find a download of the "Hotseat at Home". But don't seek out RSD's new stuff, everything you'll need is in there, and their new stuff is useless. B) If you want to do technical game, buy/download Todd Valentine's "The System". Those are state of the art theory, the key is to do the exercises. Only use one of them, don't buy/download both or it'll confuse you as a newbie.

Don't wait for IoI's, you don't need eye contact at first. My favorite way to approach is actually tapping on the shoulder from her side, in the rare event that a hot girl is approachable from the front I'll do that. When approaching on the dance floor you don't have to match the energy, only the intensity. Then if you're not into dancing, after under a minute you lead her to another part of the bar. You don't have to be dancing to approach on the dance floor, you set the frame/rhythm of the int…

You don't want to move on as a tactic to get her. You have to actually do it for yourself, and to kill it with other girls. If you do it as a tactic, even when she comes back, you'll be in a headspace that will repel her. Rather, if you're too focused on other girls to care much and your game has progressed, it'll be easy to get her. Also, there are MUCH better girls out there dude. In the very unlikely event that you do get her now, she'll walk all over you.
/r/seduction05/01/20 07:50 AM

You have to stop putting on a persona. You're trying too hard. That doesn't mean be a wallflower, it means don't put on a song and dance to impress others. Whatever you're doing that amuses, do it for yourself and let others enjoy that feeling off of you or let your jokes be incidentally funny to them.
/r/seduction05/01/20 07:44 AM

I don't have one I don't need an exact number, I just need a ballpark. <5? <10? <50? <100 ? I'm not trying to shame you for a bad success rate. I'd never do that. I'm trying to figure out the soundness of a theory. Because my intuition about asking is that it makes girls feel safer with you, but it also makes them feel like you're only a certain level of attractiveness. I'd bet it's a leveling behavior. It caps your value at a certain level. So it should work well with <=7's but for the 8/9/10's…

Sick, thanks I'll check it out. I have no idea who f*cked up the definition of it, but it's sure not useful. A frustrating amount of that has happened in the community, I'm hoping we can re-standardize in the near future. Gonna nit-pick on the rejection thing. I actually gain state from rejections. The increased resistance to social pressure decreases AA, increases resistance to shit-tests, and increases my outcome independence, and lowers my reactivity.
/r/seduction05/01/20 05:08 AM

Wrong, it communicates you don't 'just get it'. That you aren't experienced enough to read her. You also force her to rationalize why she said no to you, thus making future escalations harder. But if you insist on doing this, it's infinitely better than the other extreme. Just as in other escalation, keep in mind that if she says no it's critically important that you do not feel bad at all. Do not even allow yourself the slightest emotional flinch. Keep the conversation flowing like nothing happ…

Going in for a kiss before she is ready (and getting denied) can be a deal killer for a new relationship No no no no no. I'm surprised no one has corrected this yet because it's so key: A failed escalation will barely hurt your case, or it will likely help your case IF AND ONLY IF you're chill about the rejection. You should not feel even an iota of disappointment or state drop. If you were talking when you tried the escalation keep talking like nothing happened. If it's not a big deal to you, i…

I like Todd's formula: "Is she moving the interaction forward or backward?" Girls will rescind all IoI's in order to see if your state will drop sometimes. The lesson that you're talking about is that you shouldn't tie your state to IoI's. That's true. Learn to read IOIs as good as you can Sure, the problem is that when you're new you're going to be bad at it, and going to throw away a bunch of opportunities. He's right though, I know because it jives with my field experience. I believe all the 'looks matter more than game' chodes don't have the courage to try it. Since it only takes a couple hundred approaches or being in State ONE TIME to get your mind blown and recognize that this stuff works.

Cool, learning game is like trying to catch someone riding a bike. The first time you try can keep up for a block then he gets away, eventually you can for 3 blocks, then you can almost touch the bike, then you can knock the dude off the bike and ride away. Girls have very little clue what they respond to. I could compliment a girl on her eyes and get a quick rejection, or I can get her lighting up like a Christmas tree. All the other stuff I'm doing is what makes the difference.
/r/seduction04/01/20 01:21 AM

It doesn't really matter that much. What matters is the tone behind it. It's one of those things that makes a 1% difference, but if you have fun with it that's much more important.
/r/seduction04/01/20 01:20 AM

The POOaaah lingo for this is Outcome Independence. My favorite definition of it is when you won't feel any worse if the girl leaves or rejects you. You also gave her room to chase since you weren't chasing her attention. Also, since your attractive buddy had been hitting on her and he failed, she might have been a bit sexually frustrated, making your work easier. It also sounds like you were in the moment. These are all important components of game.

I think direct/indirect is largely stylistic. What isn't though, is the idea that you are the prize. If the girl thinks that she can lose you by saying/doing something goofy, you're in a good place. If by direct you mean "I'm already sold on you because you're hot" then no, direct is bad game. If you're direct, the girl should still feel like you can go call up another chick, or pick up another girl from the bar. But average girls will think you're making fun of them or know that they aren't good enough so they reject you for an ego boost. By getting a lot of rejections you become less reactive, hot girls can see/feel that and they respond well. Last night I was in this venue that is typically pretty hostile to me, …

People seem to post them less now, but that's because the pattern here was getting boring and posting 'specifics' of field reports on this sub seemed to lead too a weird hindsight/confirmation bias. No, it’s because the majority of the posters aren’t going out. If a poster writes an Field Report using direct game and gets laid, everyone congratulates the poster on their direct game and sings it's praises. But if he fails to get laid, instead people now reply saying that one shouldn't go direct (…

They don't disagree really, they just use different styles. Both styles work, and aren't totally exclusive to each other. State-Based(natural game) is also what I use, but even the purest State game needs some technicals (like pull strategies). One really interesting thing about State-Based game, is that you develop instincts over time that give you reflexes that conform to technical theory. Guys don't have as many reference experiences so they're going to have strange reactions. Girls also learn to be very nice because otherwise they get fucked up responses. If you want to see this in action, hang out with a couple girls at the end of night when the club closes on the sidewalk outside the club. This is the point when AFC's have the most 'courage' to approach. When they get rejected, some dudes get MEAN like little bitches when they get rejected. It's a great lesson in empathy for g…

Your friend's good looks could have carried him. At the same time, I could do almost all of that to my body language and still have a very solid set. The eye contact would be the killer. The black part (pupil) gets wide for a bunch of different reasons normally. One of the reasons is because of arousal, which is when our sympathetic nervous system is more active than our parasympathetic nervous system. So for some reason, it seems like dudes who approach a lot get aroused (not sexually) easily when talking to girls. Like the act of approaching a lot conditions the response in us. Cool stuff.

Cold approach game is the most effective way to get girls. There isn't a comparable substitute. The way girls treat you when you win them over by being nice, rather than being a boss, is like night and day. The guys who win girls over from being nice almost live in a different reality. After living both ways, I'd sooner off myself than live in the other reality. I don't really have an alternative to getting good at game.

Hit up his stuff on YouTube and try it out for like 6 months and see what gels for you. So the idea here isn’t that you’re changing yourself, it’s that you’re working toward embracing and enhancing a side of yourself that you may not be used to displaying except when you’re around close friends (like there’s no social judgement …

No 22 is not too late, and 30 approaches is a super low approach count for 3.5 months. But that doesn’t mean the bulk of them should be on campus. When you get better, the number of girls who like you increases dramatically. It’s a slog at first though. If cold approach isn’t your thing, try finding like-minded friends and go to parties. I mean you should be doing this anyway, but it should be a major priority.

You can get insanely complicated or simple with the answer. Here's the most bang for your buck: start approaching girls in the club. Actually go and talk to them. If you don't want to dance with them, lead them off the dance floor. Or go approach them in other parts of the club. You need to get used to being the person who sets the rhythm of social interaction. You'll get a lot of rejections at your current level. Be happy you did it, and keep going.

You have plenty of opportunity to get her to invest in person. Adding in the randomness of her remembering to text you for a single piece of investment is the low percentage move. > man signals to woman that he is interested by approaching, man signals interest to woman by asking her number, woman signals interest to man again by texting her. The problem with that model is that it assumes former two are of equal weight for solidifying the interaction to the later. You have immensely more control…

I'm glad that worked out for you. IME I've lost a few girls who were super into me when I gave them my number. In most cases, it's the low-percentage move, and as a guy it's better to stay on the leading side of the interaction. I don't want her contacting me on her terms, I want to be setting the rhythm. Whether or not she's excited to give me her number is also a screening tactic, if she's hesitant I know she's not into me enough for it to be worth my time. There was one exception to that rule…

All of that feels a little off the mark. I mean, as a general conversationalist it's great advice (and I like B), but everything Piper is talking about here is very value-heavy. Almost cartoonishly so. My best guess is that allowing her to interview you is a subtle form of qualifying yourself. I mean, are you in your twenties and extremely hot? Because that's the point of this kind of advice. It isn't aimed at girls of average looks or who are a little older and looking for stability. It actively repels those women.
/r/seduction12/12/19 08:17 AM

The behavior he's talking about is meant for girls who are the most sought after. Manipulation has nothing to do with it, his cards are on the table. Most likely you would be intimidated if you met him though.

So my guess is that Piper isn't going after girls who aren't top tier. 'player vibe' is an archetype that's reflected in all high status males to some degree. Piper is trying to distill it so players can emulate/embody it in its purest form. A girl who's well sought after doesn't fuck with dudes who aren't reflecting a 'player vibe' to some degree, but she also wants to feel like the guy is attainable. Girls who aren't as sought after will immediately be too intimidated by you though.

/r/seduction12/12/19 05:20 AM

You're confusing congruence, confidence, and clarity of intent in a hodgepodge of each. They're distinct concepts with very specific outcomes and causes. I have a post in the works that will give more clarity. Big blowouts ARE caused by a specific kind of incongruence, but not how you describe it here.
/r/seduction12/12/19 05:17 AM

If that's the way you're thinking about lines, then yeah of course it's not going to work. They aren't magic, they're signposts to frames. If you say the line while nervous and feeling a need for a reaction, it's going to backfire because it's obvious you're putting on a front or it's creepy because it doesn't match the rest of your personality. If you feel like she should be chasing you, and you're confident, then it's powerful. Lines are force-multipliers of the fundamentals.

There's a paradox here. Some girls would have been interested, had your initial approach not sucked. Like I could make an FR where I purposefully spent a night going in incongruent, then turn a few girls around by turning on the charm. So does that mean my game made a girl attracted, or does it mean if I was putting on a front or feeling insecure I would lose a girl who was receptive? That's a matter of perspective. I would argue that since as a newbie I couldn't maintain all the attractive beha…

You can address the group then say something that shows you're interested in the girl. Or you can go straight for the girl, then immediately introduce yourself to the group. Isolate the girl as soon as you can, perhaps ask permission from the group, but your number 1 priority with groups is to make sure they approve of you. Do not ignore them, or they will ruin you. If they're walking, they have more inertia than a single girl walking. So planting your feet and assuming they'll stop won't work a…

Go to nightclubs. Be louder. Dance. That's solid. I got off the train after that, not that the following wouldn't help. Just not my bag. The too loud for talking thing, you need to learn to project your voice. Take a voice lesson or RSD's Resonator program. USE EARPLUGS if you're going to be in this for awhile Honestly, it sounds like y'all would be better off just lowering your standards and meeting girls at house parties. It has nothing to do with gatekeeping and everything to do with practicality. If you decided to pick up tennis, would you expect to be competent after reading theory behind the strokes and practicing a few backhands? No. Why would social influence, a skill of much greater complexity, be any different? Can you get laid with ten approaches? Totally, but it's dependent on natural charisma, money, status, looks, the attractiveness of the girl, dumb luck etc. Having your game improve appreciably over…
/r/seduction10/12/19 05:41 PM

Usually it takes thousands of approaches to get good yeah. If you're a really good looking dude or naturally charismatic then you don't need to develop your game much. It's less about getting exposure to lots of girls than it is about practice. There is a lot of nuance to game, some of the skills can only be gained through exposure, and since the necessary reaction time is so short, you need to work on one skill at a time. So if you want to learn game, it takes around 3+ approaches per day and a…

It kinda sucks relying on your emotional state to game well. I think you could start with either. Yo, nights like this just happen sometimes, usually when you're rusty and haven't approached in the past few days. IME it's because I'm not feeling 'grounded' enough. Approaching with less time in between sets, laughing at the bad ones, and using laser eye contact with an authoritative tone tends to turn this around for me.
/r/seduction09/12/19 05:53 PM

Nah. What actually happens is this : 1) You do a weak approach, say you don't feel confident or you don't commit to the approach. If she's extremely hot, she'll usually look at you unamused or give you a back turn. If you're able to turn an unamused look around by running your mouth and putting yourself into a groove, great, but backturns are basically impossible because if you don't have her attention you aren't gaming. 2) You feel solid and fully commit to the approach. Typically hot girls wil…

With AMOGs, the key is where the attention is. Whoever is getting attention is the higher value person. Don't give them your attention any more than is necessary to not be an asshole. At the same time, put your attention on the people in the group who are accepting of your frames, and the girl, as much as possible. You want your frames for the interaction to be paid attention to and believed. The more you are doing, the less that is being done to you.

I've just seen this pattern many times, and each time I took a mental note of it, but couldn't fully explain it. I tried to say "it's to make her more attractive by making him jealous" but that doesn't quite make sense. A girl having a boyfriend is disqualifying in a way that a guy having a girlfriend isn't, because a K-selector sharing her sexuality is different than an R-selector sharing his.

But if he hits it off with that girl, the enjoyment they both gain is worth more than the <1 minute discomfort of the other girls. If he continues at it, almost all of the girls will enjoy his approach as well, even if they aren't down. 14/15 girls have fun when I approach them today. 3/10 girls had fun when I approached them when I started. No, what I'm saying is that the woman's emotional intensity, in the context of dating, IS more important than the logical content. It's objectively more important. The worst reaction you can get from a girl is indifference. Strong negative or positive means that you are important and compelling. The main reason why that worked was because he got a strong emotional reaction. That's how he knew. He's got better beliefs, but he's also looking for different queues. He's looking at the emotions, not the logical content.

They're all saying they're unwilling to wait and that's because they all want to get their dick wet as soon as possible. Half true. Even if I was looking to make the girl my girlfriend, if she wasn't dtf by the 2nd, maybe 3rd date I'd assume she wasn't attracted to me enough, and I wasn't in her head enough. oh and every guy in this thread is the kind of guy you probably don't want. True.

I'd drop a girl like this pretty fast. I've wasted enough time on girls who weren't enamored with me. A younger and dumber me would have kept at it for the thirst, but the juice was never worth the squeeze. By contrast, girls that can barely help themselves are awesome.

Honestly it sounds like cold approach isn't a good fit for the environment you are in. You need busy public places like bars, parks, and stores to be able to cold approach. Populated bars, clubs, and concerts are necessary to get in the required volume to learn at all. So my best answer, is if you want to learn this, you gotta leave your environment. If it's not that worth it to you, then get some mentors in the society you live in, and expand your social circle.
/r/seduction25/11/19 10:10 PM

You say whatever is on your mind. If it's "I don't know what to say" that's what you say. Remove the filter, don't think ahead. I like to start with "Good Morning" at odd hours of the day, or just a normal introduction.

It really just depends if you can pull it off. When I go out alone I make peoples' nights better so it's chill. I make them laugh, tell good stories, mellow the vibe out. I don't like lying so I'm straight with the fact that I came out alone, and typically girls are impressed. Most of my friends are intellectual types who would rather party in different environments. With drinking it's the same thing. Just don't make it weird. Also the more empathetic you are, the easier it is to get contact hig…

Gaming sober is a skill. Memory is state dependent, so all the skills that you gained while drunk will be a bit harder to access when you're sober and vice versa. If you want to learn to game sober, I totally recommend it. You don't get drained by the end of the night, you don't have to go to the restroom so often, your decision making is so much better, you'll age much slower, no hangover, you have impulse control when you need it so you don't say stupid shit you can't recover from. Most of the time I go out alone. Usually girls don't ask, either because they're focused on trying to impress me, or they get it: "This guy is on the prowl, he's a player." The few times girls do ask, I tell them "It's just me tonight", their response is usually "Oh that's so cool!" I don't have it happen these days, but back when my approach was weaker I'd get sour faces or "that's weird/creepy." Girls' responses to you are completely dependent on how they feel about you, and how well you maint…

I can only remember a few bad ones out of thousands. I think the first memory of a seriously bad reaction was a couple hundred approaches in. I went up to this really hot girl and her friend, barely get a word out, and she goes "I DON'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU!" in a full throated yell. In game, there's this feeling called State, Sweet Spot, Zone, or Nimbus. If you flirt with enough girls in quick succession, and you've been going out a lot, you start feeling it. It's this combination of euphoria and insane confidence. It sounds like you're creeping girls out. That's fixable. Are you doing basic grooming? Hygiene + wearing decent clothes? You don't even have to dress fancy, just be clean at least. Skip the touching for awhile. Work on just having a normal pleasant conversation with people. Then with girls. Then work on your attraction phase until girls will sometimes touch you, then learn when you can touch them. You never want to get to the point where a girl freaks out.
/r/seduction19/11/19 04:02 AM
2

That makes sense. I asked the great Oracle(google) and it came up with a quora answer that posited that attractive girls are used to being showered with affection and average girls aren't so much. So when you and I rock up, and we're not attached to the outcome, hot girls will find it different and chase, and average girls will feel unappreciated.

That's a cool position to be in. I've lost count of the times that a girl has been dragged away while she kept staring back at me wistfully and smiling. Or where I saw her later staring at me across the room. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that average girls don't like me but hot ones do, so the friends make a snap judgement. Also, I used to have terrible situational awareness so I'd get blindsided by the friends and not quickly introduce myself. The fear of being seen as slutty is r…

Weird, I can't find the article that said he was harassing and stalking one of the girls. It could be a false memory. He didn't deserve to be jailed if that's the case. If what the girls are saying is true he was making a series of really stupid errors and terrible at reading comfort, which is like half of pickup. He's also brown, so that couldn't have helped his case unfortunately.
/r/MGTOW18/11/19 10:23 PM

Closest I've gotten is opening with "I love you." completely seriously. I slept with one girl(8) 10 minutes later. I also did this to one of the hottest girls I've ever seen and she was enamored, I tried pulling her home but the orbiter she was with started getting violent with me so I bounced. I hadn't learned how to make dudes back down with eye contact yet. Both times I was in the zone.

This is gonna sound woo, but it isn't, just give it a shot. Don't think ahead in set, stay present to the moment and let whatever comes to mind flow out your mouth. Try to imagine/feel that you are one with everyone in the bar and you're all there to help each other have a good time. When you get blown out "who the fuck would have the balls to do that approach?" "the approach was 1000/10", find something funny about it. Then immediately hit up the next girl. You gotta take your ego out of it and…

Ideally you want to escalate when she's feeling an intense emotion(i.e. spike)(e.g. laughing), and while you're talking. You could just repeat phrases like "2 seconds","it's just a dream","no one is looking","adventure!" over and over, or you can just run your mouth. The idea is to make sure she isn't thinking too hard about it and going with how it feels. Feeling mindful or present to the moment makes it easier to feel certain when you make a move.
/r/seduction18/11/19 02:14 AM

If she really wants to go to your place, I can assure you that no friends will stop her. Nope, most of my pull aways were because the friends saw me escalate too quickly and assumed she was uncomfortable without looking at her body language, or wanted to protect her from being slutty, or the ugly one was jealous of the attention. Most girls won't stand up to their friends in this case for fear of looking slutty. As a rule, don't escalate or try to pull in front of the friends.
/r/seduction18/11/19 02:04 AM

You need to react quickly when the friend comes, and introduce yourself. You should be asking "who are you here with" quickly because it gives you tons of important information, also so you can say hi to the friends if they're standing nearby. I've had people recommend saying "are you going to let your friends push you around like that" if they still try to pull away, but an introduction is working fine for me. Are you trying to pull her on an emotional spike? Are you staying present and feeling…

Holy shit dude I'm sorry it hit you so hard. The key to fixing this is not to judge yourself poorly for an approach, no matter how awkward. /r/seduction18/11/19 01:49 AM
2

I like your advice here. The rest of this is stylistic: I like louder bars, because they're more forgiving of blowouts, I know how to project, and what the girl is saying isn't of much importance until they're ready to be moved to a quieter part of the bar. I also have high quality earplugs so I can hear speech better than without them. I don't really care if I get approach invitations or not, I just fly by the seat of my pants and improvise. The unpredictability is entertaining to me. My opener…
/r/seduction17/11/19 11:34 PM

This is kinda advanced. I know I would be hard pressed to pull this off without a warmup, scanning tends to bite me in the ass because I make excuses, and it'll take at least 3 approaches before I find a honey who is both down and cute enough. Most of the dudes on here can barely make an approach, so buyer beware this is a bad habit because it avoids a warmup and discourages approaching all.

Tyler is doing some pretty intense inner game stuff to get them cool with it. He's strongly influencing their emotions with his emotional state. After practicing some of his techniques I can say pretty confidently that they're having fun. You'll see they'll be interested in continuing the interaction. You end up coming up with some really fantastic jokes too. I typically do it in my car on commutes while listening to music. /r/seduction16/11/19 05:07 PM

Eh, it's not about being their entertainment, it's about being yours. That's how it isn't dancing monkey, you aren't doing it trying to impress, but to express. The idea to talk off the dome about what amuses you and not to filter yourself. RSD Ryan used to practice gaming on a wall.
/r/seduction16/11/19 04:38 PM

My favorite way to do it is by using a the 90-10 rule with authoritative and emotional vocal tone. You do 90% of the talking until the hook. If she's standing there and not dismissing you, she's still giving you a shot. Tell stories or jokes that entertain yourself. Get warmed up by immediately opening the next girl after your set ends. Both state and gaming like this will hook girls.

She makes up her mind the second she lays eyes on you Oh for sure that happens. Hey, great for them. Girls like this give you a look right off the open. But it's different when you walk up, she's bland or uninterested, you run your attraction phase then she's fascinated by you. You see her facial expressions and tonity change. You'll also hear her say things like "I wasn't initially interested... ". Or your practice will keep you from losing the first type of girl with silly errors.
/r/seduction16/11/19 03:49 PM

But the general approach of telling newbs to consider an interaction awesome "no matter what," is a problematic idea to push to newbs because a lot of dudes are unintentionally sexually harassing women when they approach, as their main focus is on overcoming their own fears, not on paying attention to the person they're interacting with. This is why I said "Absolutely BEAT INTO GUYS' HEADS the critical nature of consent, and to develop a crystal clear sense of how comfortable a girl is at every …

I don't use lines, but I use an authoritative or emotional tone in my voice, and strong eye contact. I should use push-pull, usually I do that naturally when I'm feeling solid. That's the part that's core. However the intellectual tech is stuff like fashion, and modern social connections, and use of digital technology(idiosyncrasies of text and phone game), warmup theory, and theory behind becoming confident through reference experiences etc.

Eh, bullshit. While all that is core, there is some real intellectual tech that corresponds to the complex nature of the society we live in. As well as gaining a metaunderstanding of game in order to develop it.

Except that a newbie can't start with good game. Learning game is awkward as fuck for almost everyone. So telling a newbie not to approach with bad game is putting them in a catch 22. It's worse than that though, because blowouts are a blessing because they make you icy(unreactive) when you laugh at the social pressure. One of the critical ways to develop natural game is to delusionally tell yourself that an approach was awesome no matter what happened. That doesn't mean don't look for where you…

If you want the best way to initiate, it's triangular gazing: look at one eye, then the other, then the mouth, rinse repeat. As far as actually kissing goes, keep your mouth loose, close your eyes, and mimic her kisses first, start with little to no tongue and then make little changes to figure out what you like. There, you're now better at kissing than 90%+ of people.

what would you have said to continue the convo? So counter-intuitively, your question is wrong. The way to have a flowing conversation with a girl is to not care if she thinks what you're saying is good enough. You want to let whatever comes to mind flow out of your mouth, and laugh about it if it gets you blown out. See how the entire mindset is different? what did you think of my opening line? /r/seduction12/11/19 09:01 PM

Bruh, you gotta approach. If you aren't approaching you aren't learning game. Approaching has given me dozen of makeouts with cute girls and around 9 lays with stunners. Not approaching and just playing the long game while I had my life together got me a relationship where I wasn't respected. That's the nature of attraction. Getting your life together is fulfilling and gets you relationships, it doesn't get you girls who are enamored with you.

From being too scared to approach a girl by herself at a bar who is wearing a fuck me dress, to rocking up on the hottest girl in the bar surrounded by cool dudes. The way you do it is by progressive desensitization and hundreds of approaches. Waiting for signals would take you forever to approach enough to extinguish the fear.

The best example I know of is going out alone. If your approach is weak or half-stepping and you tell her you're alone, you'll frequently hear 'creepy' 'weird' or get a sour face. If your approach is solid you'll frequently hear 'Oh how brave!' 'That's awesome!'.

Learn basic game, find a method that resonates with you and use it. The way quick makeouts typically work is you're in a sexual and confident mood, you are giving her deep eye contact from the open, and you triangular gaze: look at one eye, then the other, then her mouth, repeat until she's looking receptive. If you are good at reading her, then go in while noticing if she's receptive. If you aren't or want to, ask her if you can kiss her. If your game is even somewhat tight, you can get a coupl…

First and foremost, see a therapist. Pickup will still be here when you are ready. I would ask them to have you focus on your anxiety, see where it stems from. It sounds like you're attractive enough that you won't get much out of pickup. Pickup is a demanding hobby, if you'd be happy with just hooking up with the girls who are making advances now, don't bother.

I have 3k+ approaches under my belt, former hard case, and my pickup education is mostly from RSD. Richard Hitchens(F) got some flak some years ago. He said that women don't need to be funny, the exceptions are lesbians. That laughing is an act of submission, the head is thrown back, mouth open, open body language. He said that only men need to be funny to spread their genes.

For better or worse, men have a LOT more leeway on looks than girls, because we can arouse with game about as well as Adonis can. Think about world leaders, you think Trump or Clinton don't have their pick if they wanted it? Now think about Hillary or Merkel, can you say the same?

This is one thing I think about. You put yourself into a dominant and sexual role in the girl's mind early on, but if you try to transition to a more supportive role you can start to lose some of the dominance that makes her sexually attracted to you. There is probably a way to transition slowly and strike a balance, I'm curious what people have discovered. I've been in a sexual relationship on the NG and Alpha side in different times in my life. I much prefer the later, the sex is better, the g…

Advice like this is so common and famously bad it actually has a name: "ball is in your court method". You're asking the girl to take the dominant role in the interaction. You're asking her to lead you to sex. Sometimes she's into you enough, and masculine enough to do it. Hey that's great, whatever floats your proverbial boat, but most girls aren't going to go for this. Just like most aren't going to be approaching you even if they're obsessing about you.

The Hotseat at Home is the best material I've ever seen, and I've looked at way too much theory. They're not selling it now, so however you can get your hands on it I wouldn't be too guilty. Just be sure to do the exercises. You're doing MM, so going into state management and natural game might be a jump, but with some effort it should synergize with what you're doing.

Huh, and here I just saw a kickass approach dude. You went with the adventure which is awesome, and froze because you didn't have a game plan. That's normal and fixable. That enthusiastic energy you had while dancing? You can channel the same energy into any conversational topic, no matter how boring or random. Just divorce the emotion from the content. Badass approaches dude. 1000/10. Noise attenuating earplugs, especially custom ones, make hearing speech in the club easier. Woooooooo! Well done! Keep going my dude. If you fit in a few of these a day you'll be flying in no time. The Hotseat At Home, or Todd Valentine's YouTube video on AA are both good. Once you get in the habit of doing it every day, you can put yourself into some crazy high social pressure situations without flinching after a month or two. For example: rocking up on the hottest girl in the bar with 5 jacked dudes surrounding her. That becomes routine.

Every approach is 1000/10 no matter what happens. Find something funny about it, and ask yourself "who the fuck would have the balls to do that?". If you can get a girl to say she's into you, she's invested and you're gonna cut down on flakes. Yeah, you obviously don't want to do it in a validation seeking way. Not sure about the pants line, getting her to say she's not trying to seduce you is not ideal. Not terrible either, just meh. Prize frame is always solid though.

There is an analogue to shit-tests for guys: screens. You have some requirements for girls, and you get her to attempt to convince you that she meets the requirements.
/r/seduction11/11/19 08:50 PM

I don't think knowing what you want matters much. You meet girls you have chemistry with, and that tends to happen with girls who have complimentary personality traits and physical features you like. It's hard to know what you like, or what exists, before playing the field a lot. Just keep approaching, you learn about women, humans, and yourself through the interactions.

I wouldn't be antagonistic with my response, I wouldn't make it seem like you've been caught either. You're red blooded male, guys approach girls, that's normal. Any girl who tries to make you believe otherwise, isn't into you, and is falling for the human cognitive bias of assuming her preferences are the same as other girl's. Concerts are the under 21 year old's bread and butter for practice, big college parties can be good too but they're rarer. House parties are where it's at for getting laid. I have some theories but I just started going out again recently so I forget the details. Hotter girls see a dude with game and think they're in your league so they respond well, guys with tight game are rare so it's exciting. Middle of the road girls see a dude way too cool for them and reject you for an ego boost. You're more engaged with the hotter girls, so she feels that, and your verbals are more on point. The middle girls feel that your heart isn't in it. Ugly girls are just happy they're…

What are you trying to accomplish by saying this? I bet guys approach you all the time. This says nothing about the dynamic between you and her, it's useless. I'm sure you say that every guy. What are you trying to accomplish here? Get her to invest by saying you're special? That's a solid idea, but there are probably better ways to do it that can't be misconstrued as insecure.

Yeah you're doing it wrong. You're getting boyfriend excuses because your approach is weak. Large mixed sets are an opportunity to shine, not feel intimidated. Also, game works best on the hottest women. I don't know why, it just does, so if you aren't rockin up on stunners you're doing it wrong. Approach a lot, find some theory with a solid progression framework(I like hotseat at home) , and always tell yourself your approach was awesome no matter what happens.

Yup, the way you fix this is to give yourself more opportunities and make the focus on the development of your game and your own happiness, not any particular girl. Take the best shot you can, be happy with yourself no matter what happens: "who the fuck would have the balls to do that? , 1000/10" , find something funny about it.
