They are giant d-bags, but mens razors isn't the salvation of their profits. They need women to buy overpriced pink shit razors because men are moving to dollar shave club and similar, realizing razors are a commodity and shoild be priced as such. I haven't used anything but a straight razor in like 10 yrs. The multi blade bullshit is useless to me, I can barely grow facial hair and the blades clog endlessly.

devils advocate hat I say why kids first? You can make more of them. Sure it takes like 16-20 years to raise a decent one. But I would respectfully submit the following lifeboat boarding priority: In ascending order there are childless women over 35, men over 50, kids < 5, women under 35, men under 50, kids > 10, couples where woman <30

(resigned rhetorical question) What can you do? It is ideal to have currency as a stable store of value since barter has limited utility. You can have a diverse savings of different fiat currencies but they are all managed by central banks desperately trying to inflate away their value. Non-fiat stores of value are better, such as precious metals. They are difficult to transact with. And in the US gold has been basically confiscated once and the gov't wound't think twice about doing it again. Yo…

Lol, that is certainly an unpopular opinion on reddit. If triggered feminists were upvotes, you'd be karma king. Reminds me of the line from Rick and Morty - "you're using the wrong color foundation for your skin, and it ends at your neck making you look like a party clown."

Why do you want to make it sting? Just be straight up with her, tell her what annoys you, and say what you want from the relationship. If you don't want to pay for her shit, don't pay pay for her shit. If you don't want to see her, tell her that. If you want to just get together and bang, just tell her that. FFS, don't act like a woman here.

Random link that decently explains things. http://www.openculture.com/2017/10/the-philosophy-of-optimistic-nihilism-or-how-to-find-purpose-in-a-meaningless-universe.html Sartre was right, it isn't easy to deal with all the directionless freedom. You need to generate goals and pursue things you want to do. Learn to code, build, forge, travel, make, write, etc -whatever floats your boat.

I've seen what happens when gov't tries to force more women and minorities into firefighting. They hire less qualified candidates who are worse at the job. They have to cut physical requirements for women, and test requirements for minorities. And deliberately not hire more fit, higher scoring white dudes. It's absurd, how can you ask people to go into a burning building with a team that isn't the best possible?

Yea, there are so many internet-socially-reinforced cesspits on this site it's nuts. Any one of them is a case study in the cultural fragmentation, and (some) the moral degradation of our culture as well. I say this knowing full well I'm in one of those cesspits, ha ha.

It's not because she is a female, it's because she is a child, and represents a cheap attempt by influence peddlers to use/abuse kids as strawmen to parrot their agenda. It's a classic ad hominem attack. People that aren't sophisticated enough to respond with a legitimate counter argument just attack the person. If someone says "why is a child, with no life experience, no perspective, incomplete education, etc being put as the face a social movement", they can be shouted down as misogynist, instead of addressing the questions/concerns raised about this manufactured drama greta is pushing on behalf of her benefactors.

Everybody is entitled to their opinion. You have to understand where he is coming from though. He is concerned (I think justly) about postmodernism tearing down the established order. The established order works pretty good though, it has gotten us so much freedom and quality of life compared to 200 years ago it's ludicrous. It needs tweaks for sure, but there are groups that would rather tear it down in the name of social justive, equity of outcomes, communism, socialism, etc, and that leads di…

In general I would say yes, if you're from the middle class or better. You can't conflate the behavior of the current generation of dating age females with the parents generation. The level of narcissism and selfishness isn't comparable. The maternal instinct still existed, not blunted by social media and a constant barrage of selfish advertising and peer reinforcement. I find it hilarious that "gaslighting" is a term feminists are obsessed with when men call out their poor logical or literally incorrect recollections that are clouded by emotions. Lol, the guy that wrote the original post is so fucked in the head it's absurd. For a man to allow 3rd parties to twist his mind up so badly through the media, it's shameful really. Very true. I'd push it back to the 60's though, in the USA at least. Marriage rates tanked as sexual openness grew. Why buy the cow when the milk is free? The birth rate suggests the same. MGTOW has been brewing a long time.

You're on the right track. Self employment is the best way to go if you're organized, financially wise, and more productive than average. Blue collar they get away with the same shit but the workers and front line supervision at least openly call them out. HR just wont let them be fired. To be fair, (in the US) part of the problem is child care costs - a woman has to make a ton of money for it to make sense for her to work vs stay at home momming. The problem is when they sit around and do fuck all while spending your money all day. As if 10 min of laundry, 30 min of cooking and watching a baby justifies carries equal weight compared to a job. You stay at home with your kid, you can stay at home with other peoples kids too, for money.

It's more important to raise the kid with the right attributes than say all women are the debil. Teach him to be self reliant, confident and internally motivated. Or externally motivated by money. Needing external praise, flattery, validation, etc is a recipe for being taken advantage of. Educated about finance and economics, and raised to be more frugal than spendy. /r/MGTOW21/09/19 05:11 AM

Whereas a guy may vent to whomever will listen, for the female it's an attempt to get validation and her group to tell ger how right she is. All it serves to do is pile on the resentment toward the guy. Very unhealthy, very short road to contempt which is effectively the end of any relationship

This is so absurd. It looks fake, original pic is cold and offputting, new is creepy. You can't just raise your lips and call it a smile. People implicitly know the difference between a fake lip smile and a real smile which involves more facial muscles (around the eyes). But we live in a time where reality is irrelevent and people substitute internet facades for real lives and get surgical smiles instead of getting happy.

How many bros out there started dating a nurse thinking "she makes great money, and nurses can't be dumber than the average chick." ... Not a trope, a deeply ingrained vestige of (at least American) old timey, 'chivilrous' dating folkways. It is possible you are being earnest, but I've been called a cheap bastard more times than I can count for not frittering away my money on dates and expensive consumer items as gifts. In my experience all women grossly over estimate how 'down to earth' and humble they are. They are all pumped up on disney princess fairy tales and internalize that sense of entitlement. I dated a girl once that called herself a farm girl, claimed she grew up on a farm, was a gardener, etc. In reality her family lived on like 1/2 acre in a suburban development, the most gardening she did was planting some flowers almost a decade ago, but she had a childhood friend that lived on a farm. Going your own way is whatever you want it to be. You have vastly more freedom when not subsidizing a female so you don't have to chain yourself to a cubicle or break your balls working if you don't want to. If you want to bag groceries 2 days a week I say fuck yes, that's a man living on his own terms. I always thought it's fucked that we work 5 days a week and get 2 off. I literally spend more days per week working to pay taxes than I have days off.

Sounds like clinical grade anxiety, I'm not one to immediately jump to recommend a mental health professional, but the thought patterns you're describing I think would warrant it. You can absolutely fix this though so stay positive. If you are posting here and are MGTOW in lifestyle try to frame your gym time that way. Go your own way, you are there putting the work in to improve yourself, who cares what other people think? Work to your own satisfaction.

Time to look in the mirror at that point, not even looks wise, but behaviorally. How can an individual, especially a female, spent that much money? Even in my dating days I never spent any money on women I was pursuing, and never showered gfs with gifts or fancy dinners.

Outstanding plan. You'll be able to get there and be totally debt free with minimal monthly living costs. Glorious when you dont have to buy 10x more square feet than you need to satisfy a female's consumer thirst. I want a status update when it's all done. You contracting it out or DIY?

The problem is there is only one thing we all agree on: female behavior is shit and we're sidestepping the trap that society tries to lead men to. All paths neccessarily diverge at that point because the fork is all we have in common. You could always write up what cool shit you're doing now that you are GYOW, or what helped/helps you enjoy the lifesyle. Real life MGTOW stories I think would be well received. All you can do is set boundaries and take it on a case by case basis. There are good people out there that aren't out to take advantage. Humanity is where we are today because of cooperation and trade. But you still need to make sure your relationships are a net positive to you in the end.

There is a lot of anger on this sub but there is more than ample evidence to support the reason for the anger. Gotta guard against excessive anger, but a reasonable amount is kind of a necessary part of the 'process'. In my view, the goal is to accumulate the facts at hand, somehow assimilate the fact that social structures are basically arranged to fuck you over, sidestep getting fucked, and realize there is great freedom in that and you can live life however you want to

Ironically the technical term would be cheating, but in modern parlance, with regard to relationships, cheating = infidelity. But you can also describe the behavior of pre marriage females as cheating to entrap a husband. From merriam webster definition of cheat: 1:to deprive of something valuable by the use of deceit or fraud 2 :to influence or lead by deceit, trick, or artifice 3 :to elude or thwart by or as if by outwitting

This is going in the wrong direction. We should be de-sanctifying marriage and not establishing legal rules for what marriage is and what it cannot be. Marriage should be contractual between the man and woman. Freedom of speech is no longer a liberal goal because 'progress' now literally requires changing how people think. You cannot even discuss scientific data that is counter to the 'correct' way of thinking. Fall in line or be silenced at best, or doxxed, shamed publically and fired at worst. This is happening online obviously, but also in universities and corporations across the world every day. Control what is said and what words can be used and you control how people think. In college I pumped up the confidence level fake it til you make it style and bam, off to the races. I wanted to be nice, tried for years but got nowhere. Lost tons of respect for women this way. Then while still in college I got into lifting, tried to go back to being nice with benefit of being fit and buff. No real traction. Back to being a dick, back to having regular sex. Aft…

Pretty much. They would if they were smart. But people are dumb and lazy and will choose to use the convenience of the mainstream financial system while buying into an alternative system, even if it torpedoes 1/2 the reason to hold crypos.

Honestly there is no difference to me. Packing in eye liner and bright lipstick to look like a cartoon is no better than mega plain look. 3/10, anything less than 7 won't threaten to drive me to irrational behavior. Side note on the weird cleopatra eye make up when they accentate the line from eye going towards the temple, wtf is the point? Had a gf in the past start doing that. I said wtf are you doing, you are not a cat. She said i fucking hate you. Ahh the memories of dating

Probably best advice is going to a pro that will adhere to the fiduciary standard so they always have to act in your best interest. If you're a DIY guy there is a loooooot of stuff you need to research. But my amateur take is nearly everything is bubble-icious right now. Risk is everywhere. Central banks are manipulating markets in a historically unprecedented way. And everyone is smarter than you b/c they have been doing it longer, have better research tools, faster internet, better everything.…

Read about what cryptocurrencies actually are and how the blockchain works. It is a giant pain in the stones to keep it anonymous. Nobody is giving some guy 4k+ in cash in a mcdonalds parking lot and getting xferred 1 btc. To exchange fiat for cryptos essentially everyone goes thru a broker. IRS forces broker to cough up transaction data, conducts blockchain analysis and shazam, you got got for tax evasion

Run, cut ties, don't look back. Consider pros/cons. You have literally nothing to gain, high probablility of small downside (waste of your time, female uses you to pump her own ego), small but non-zero probability of catastrophically bad outcome (false rape/abuse accusation). It is a huge red flag she is using manipulative words like appealing to honor. When women do things like appealing to ego you need to REALLY perk up and consider to what end you are being manipulated. Seriously, when women …

It is only the first few words, rest of sentence is implied. "Strong independent woman ... and sick of having had to work briefly after being supported by parents and college, would prefer unspoilt male credit lines to ensure supply of frivolous consumer goods as my credit lines are maxed" Wonder why credit score is one of the best predictors of relationship strength. It makes me wonder what life experience led these guys to that conclusion. If college taught me one thing it's that women only care about confidence and the perception of money. I am at best average looking and earning potential/now current earning not significantly north of median household income for state. But I banged above average women pre-GMOW by specifically not being nice. Kindness, empathy, chivalry, etc are shit on by females (lessons of high school). Excessive confidence, arrogance, …

I believe the corrolary to this is 'women dont want men to do anything to help them, just listen and divine magically the female's desired response, and execute that desired response perfectly.' Sorry, no bitching without proposed solutions. If it aint broke, dont fix it. If it is broke and you dont want to fix it, go away, you're a woman mining it for drama.

I'm going against the grain here, speaking from personal experience. Maintain some friendships. Get income (necessary for financial freedom). It is great and desireable to be internally motivated, but you have to have goals and something to work toward. And having at least some other people to have your back and socialize with can make a big difference. Too much isolation can be a bad thing.

Stroking the male ego is a time honored way of manipulating men. Men brag about sexual 'conquest' and other men give it social value. In return for that illusory social value, women extract REAL value from men. And all parties reinforce that status quo due to perceived benefit. We help do it to ourselves, gotta break that cycle of manipulation. Doesn't matter if there was or was not sex or blow jibbers. The mere insinuation of same is enough to perpetuate the status quo. There was a show that di…

In general it is a terrible idea. Some women are alright when there is absolutely no sexual dynamic. Some lesbians are funny and more adventurous (outdoors) than most men I know. I know exactly one female that is more of a bro than most men in this state and is my only shooting buddy. I live in a state where the men are generally so blue pilled nobody even questions the plantation life (where women and the govt are siphoning your money thanks to blue state taxation). So the paradigm is strange a…

First couple seasons are great. It is hyperbolic to throw around the ridiculously overused cuck accusation. Current season seems to have abandoned the biting nihilism and social commentary for family drama story arcs. Not sure if creators ran out of things to say and are farting out filler, or stepped back and writers are fucking it all up. Regardless, there is a significant tonal shift from season 1/2 to 3, and it is for the worse

I would generally consider fuck you money to be a sufficient nest egg to guarantee you wont be homeless or end up on the dole/gov't assistance in any way while you acquire a new job. The next level of fuck you money is where you control your own income stream to the point where you don't have to work for someone else and totally support yourself (economic freedom, basically). If you own your own business that is one way to somewhat control it. Other way is investing in other people's businesses.…

I would tend to agree with him but the bigger question is what do you do about it in real life. Certainly the intense pleasure can lead to counter productive or even destructive behavior. But do you go full monk mode and abstain from all forms of sexual pleasure through shear willpower? Do you yank it as needed to keep your mind right? Do you engage in 'safe' sex transactionally to minimize your long term risk? Do you plow forward with relationships being mindful of the pitfalls and accept the r…

You could consider monk status best case scenario but in my opinion it's not administrable without tremendous willpower (more than I and I think most can muster). I find rationity falls off rapidly if sexual desire goes unfulfilled, and seems there must be biological stuff happening in one's brain that increases tolerance for female bullshit as time-since-last-orgasm increases

It is frustrating to see it in friends and it happens all the time. And it only persists because men allow it. When I was dating I would lament the fact that literally the only criteria for a successful long term relationship is doing exactly what the woman wants in all situations. In the female mind, compromise = doing what they want absolutely and everyone seems to eventually cave to this BS. My god, the flak you catch if you say you want to hang out with guy friends, and god forbid you questi…

I would strip it down and say there is no inherent virtue or vice in sloth or busybodiness or anything in the middle. Certainly developing a lazy pattern of behavior and procrastinating will delay achievement of goals and one should guard against derailing their own progress in this way. If sloth is an issue for someone I would recommend cogitating on why. We are not born lazy. Thanks for writing this. Your comment about mindfulness and those transient perfect moments interests me. Any tips for increasing and sustaining the frequency and duration of those moments? On a more negative note, the behavior of women in relationships is apalling. I think relationships should be predicated on mutual respect, and mutual benefit (psychological, financial) - both parties should endeavor to be better together than separate, 1+1=3. This thought process has proven about as accurate …

Not exaggerated, very real and very susceptible to manipulation. I would argue it is the primary way women manipulate men. Women dont set up bullshit relationship conditions like no porn, no yanking it for no reason. If they control your sexual fulfillment they control you. Dude, I'd say you're missing the forest for the trees here. Climbing out of the frying pan, into the fire. Female desire to fuck you over in legal context goes up in proportion to how much money you have, and when you are practicing how much insurance you have. When you are actually getting that fat salary and carrying that malpractice insurance you are a gigantic target (for EVERYONE, not just women). Honestly to a certain extent a subset of men are also responsible for this. There is a portion of males that are unmotivated, no work ethic, just want to be taken care of (in addition to those indoctrinated by SJWs to act counter to their individual interest, still don't understand it). These males subordinate their interests to female goals, the most important of which seems to be removing any forms of strict meritocracy in favor of preferential treatment to women. This certainly seems to be th…
