Just to give a trans male perspective here, since I have fully transitioned (legally, medically and socially) I just live as a male and being trans is not an issue. Sure there are situations this difference may be important, but I am yet to see them. There are trans people who live as trans more than as one or other sex, but this is not the case for binary, passing + stealth trans men.
