I have some muscle already, it's just that it's covered with fat. My short term goal is to lose it and get my abs back. I only ask about the intermittent fasting since I'm kind of tire of eating 5-6 meals a day. 3 big meals sounds better imo, as for the cardio, it's something I enjoy. It helps me keep focus on my end goal. I have both programs but have never used them. That's why I'm asking about it. Afterwards I will lean bulk, I'm 5'6 and weigh 150ish.

So I'm by myself, at first it suck but now it's not bad, met other people ( although it's not the same as my ex highschool friends).
