best post on here. used to have a friend who had a great personality, was okay looking, but always whined about how women didn’t like him because of x, y and z. he would do this TO women he was dating. WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS?! selling himself short with his ~woe is me~ act. stop playing the victim and find some confidence, self esteem

Exactly. Whenever I meet a single man in his 30s, my first thought isn’t “MUST BE SOMETHING WRONG WITH HIM!” because I understand people take different paths in life. Assuming that someone single must have something “wrong” with them is weirdo behavior. Also not all of us prioritize being in a relationship. I’d rather be single than be desperate and settle 🤷‍♀️
