1	Niceeeee I've been salary for over 20 years. Generally 40 hours a week but no one is tracking the time closely. It's all about getting whatever was supposed to be done - done. No overtime but on the other hand I know exactly how much I will be getting and when. 1	I'm not rich but... There are definitely limits to 401k contributions. If you have a limited employer match you are better off spreading the contributions over the entire year to get the matching funds rather than contributing your yearly total in more rapidly. i.e. If your employer matchs up to 2% then you want at least that amount going into the 401k to get the match for each pay period.	/r/MGTOW	11/08/17 01:38 PM

If you know your stuff and can demonstrate it on the phone and on the onsite interviews we high new college grads all the time. However a high percentage of new college grads can't do basic coding and problem solving. They bomb the interviews and get told no thanks. When you interview for a software job the interview will focus on coding, data structures, algorithms and whatever soft skills the company deems important.
