Got it. Thank you. I really appreciate that. I will have another place solidified and then have that direct conversation. Thank you!

Reading has helped me immensely. I am really happy you put it on the level of lifting. These two combined will help you on all other areas of life. The knowledge you get through reading is vast superior compared to what the masses get it from(social media, television, other people’s viewpoints on the aforementioned). S good tip I have seen is that I go into a library and/or Barnes and Nobles on my days off and will complete two books. My goal is three books a week and I am looking to borrow book…

OYOSW Has been a very long time since I wrote one of these. Saw how some parts of life fell off once I stopped writing them consistently. A lot of things have improved from all junctures though. Personal/Social: In terms of my personal life, I have been able to read people around me better due to the knowledge from the sidebar and the book suggestions. The wife has been very happy and does follow my lead. Just entered her third trimester for pregnancy for our first child and has been pretty well…

I moved out of my parents house at the age of 24. I would starve a few days and count change up to get something off the dollar menu at Mcdonalds. It was very tough but made me work harder. I didn't have my mom pack lunches and my dad take care of me anymore. I would groan when my mom told me to the laundry when I lived with them. Now, five years later I have my own place in a very nice neighborhood. I made a good amount of money but have had setbacks lately. I'm not worried much because I'm wor…

This is my first OYOSW that doesn’t have a laundry list. The past few weeks have been a bit challenging. I was doing great with the whole red pill mentality and have become a bit complacent and failed a shit test two weeks ago. It was my religious month where I was fasting and I think that had something to do with it also. No excuses from this point on. Been going to the gym and have made it a good habit. I have lost 10 pounds and getting back to eating good. My wife and family have been happy w…

Haven’t written in over a month which I need to improve on but hey, everything else improved a whole lot since the last time I wrote one. I need to make sure I make time out to write every week. Can’t get complacent and need to do what I do best in every juncture on a consistent basis. I have made many changes personally and socially. On a personal level, I have grown a whole lot as a person. I see why NMMNG was so essential to read on this site. I was procrastinating and finally finished it and…

Your right. Thanks for your advice. The sleep has been a killer and that will be my utmost priority. Once I get that down pat, I will be able to focus on the other issues that I can approve hundred percent due to proper sleep in the first place.

Your right. I'll work on that. Thanks for your words

Yeah, I wasn't the biggest fan of it. I show up to my house at 1:30 am and she is sitting in the living room. She was there to reconcile the problems between my wife and I and out of respect, I agreed and amplified. This is a long process that is a major issue within the culture I'm from and due to this, I lose perspective with the pill but this is no excuse for me to not better myself. I haven't slept well, I don't wake up and go to the gym and read and have breakfast like I plan. Then I go to …

Your right. It needs to be structured more like a map. The shopping list does make me sound like a woman talking to her friend. Thanks for your words. I need to stop thinking I have moral victories if I'm doing something good for the most part. It's either I'm doing it 100 percent and not slipping or total failure. I have slacked off with this mentality recently and yes, I am close to that region in terms of origin.

Personal/social: My wife and I didn’t speak for over two weeks over a quarrel that had gotten bad and I had lost frame. In these two weeks, I had a great time with myself. Worked out, went out a few nights with a few of my friends and stayed focused. Problem was I was extremely sick with the strep throat and high fever and that knocked me out during this time at various junctures. Had to call out at work and couldn’t start the month off right at our business. Her mom came over one late night and…

I don’t try to control them. I do know I know what I am doing compared to everyone in my life but working on myself more. I just need to surround myself with better things that will make me better as a person as opposed to letting people who haven't figured the game of life affect me. Thanks for your whole post. It helps me a whole lot and I will that into action. I am reading No More Mr Nice Guy, Power of Now and still reading the sidebar. In terms of running away due to escapism, yes I do slee…

Thank you brother. Trust me, the person who has said divorce over nothing tons of times doesn't have the control. I have been contemplating it this past week. I know I messed up and I know I need to be stronger and not fail these shit tests but I also know the freedom and peace of mind I would have is something worth having while I pay a price for it. I don't mind paying whatever I need to to have myself a free life. I wish I found red pill years ago

Personal/social: It got a little rough earlier this week. My wife started letting her depression get the best of her and I got mad over her disrespect of my parents. Basically, she kept on threatening divorce and was immature a bunch of times and used to call my mom and dad in the beginning of our marriage and would disrespect them. This is where it gets dicey. My mom is the type to always stay quiet and has good relations with her. My dad is old school and I moved out from his house years ago, …

Your right, brother. I've been really weak recently. I had put together a good few months and everything kind of crumbled at the same time. Thanks for your advice. Need to be stronger and stop being a little bitch

Personal/social: It has been a bit rocky this week. I was on an amazing run for the past few months with the Red Pill ideology. Wife has been shit testing constantly and finally lost it on Tuesday. Went back to our old times. Felt bad internally for losing on a shit test. She was calm at some points and I still lost it. I knew I would have to pay for it somehow and my car got towed this morning and I got arrested for unpaid parking tickets. At the moment, though, I have started waking up very ea…

Personal/social: Things have been going great. Been strengthening all my relationships with everyone and have been going further in this journey the Red Pill way. Been raving more recently and have been running each party through my dancing. People around me want to talk to me and I just stay in my own zone. Don't have time to socialize with people that are immature and have no goals. Had my friends pick up two girls and I drove them back home which I never did in my life but did it for my frien…

OyOyosw 3 Personal/social: Have been doing well. Hanging out with friends and my parents. My wife is in the mix also. Had great quality time with my mother on my day off this week. Worked out with her, had great conversations, had great food. This weekend I am going to a rave, which I'm excited about. Work/Career: Almost closing in on a rep I need at work. Will conduct a multitude of interviews from this week to the next. I am valued well at this new job and things are going great. The owner tru…

Personal/social: So left last weekend on a business trip and had a very good weekend. Went to a rave with friends and didn't want to drink but one of my friends bought a shot for me and I reluctantly downed it. Was not on the usual substances and had a great time. Went again the next night and was more tired but still had a great time, this time by myself. My wife was missing me immensely and I feel like the red pill was working and came back home and she was ecstatic, which wasn't the case in p…

Personal/social: have been feeling great by myself. More positive and reading more sidebar and the Rational male and trying to apply everything I read. Cleaned the house on my day off and saw that things were still in the fridge that were expired from five months ago. A lot of things need to be checked on household wise every week which I need to take charge and show through example that my wife has been lazy with these simple household tasks. Socially, have just been with my wife the past week …
