Not lazy, but rather what I should focus on. I don’t think moving away is going to fix anything, neither is it even smart. Not saying I won’t do those other things tho.

Great story. I guess I don’t have much to lose by trying. Risk is really minimal

You’re right. How can I make friends if I wait, it’s simply not possible. My one fear is people say no, or think I am needy. I don’t know if my personality is really that of a fun guy to begin with. I guess I’d better learn to be that because nobody is saving me.

I like your other suggestions but there’s simply no way or no reason for me to move out. I am close to school and it’s way too expensive in the area i live.

How would you do this during a pandemic? I live in a big city on lockdown at the moment. I figure reading about it may be best for now?

You’re not toxic. You’re just telling people what they’re supposed to know. I appreciate what you said a lot. I don’t think I can do this alone so I’m going to contact a coach now.

Past 3 months I spent in school. 10 hours a day sitting on my desk because school is remote now. This was weekday life. Weekend life was taking different combinations of painkillers until i could function happily. I’m looking forward to graduating college. That’s true. That’s the thing about people, they do not give a fuck until they see something. Cheers

You’re right. No one can help us in this world. We can only push others or help ourselves

Because in a deeply rooted way people are selfish. They don’t care about circumstances that much. They just want a kid, their kid. They want a legacy. It’s about what they want at the time, not the kid.

No, they do not ask that. It’s because they don’t really care that much, they want kids for their own happiness. I mean, if people were that selfless every kid would be in a decent circumstance.

There is no future there’s just a perception of it. Thank you.

I spent a lot of time thinking I was the problem and just wanted to make people like me. Maybe I am. But even if I am, at least I’m not fake. Honestly I just want 2 good buddies and a few bitches to rotate. Only way to be content with myself is know I put in the work, and then I’ll be confident. I haven’t done so thus far.

I think that’s why so many people end up having kids, so they can have meaning in their lives and some kind of purpose. I always thought my meaning was living comfortably, doing occasional drugs and fucking hookers, but that isn’t really possible because of current circumstances. Of course, I will have to do something to fix things.

Recently 21. Yeah, I should probably look into that. Although I want to try fixing it first before going to someone who probably can’t fix my shit anyway.

That’s true, it probably feels big but the problem isn’t. My situation isn’t bad at all. I’ve got decent money and live with my parents. Life is just dull and bleak

Absolutely. I want to do the work. I know it’s necessary for success. I just can’t help but get extremely discouraged and depressed at times. I guess I’d need tony Robbins every 3 hours if I want to be successful because that’s how often motivation is needed.

It’s really all about time management. If you can seriously push yourself to budget your time, and take care of your body that’s about 80% of the battle. The rest of it is having good study habits and hanging out with people who also study. Godspeed.

Thanks for your input man. I will for sure try to be patient about it because I only have 2 more years left. As for conviction or reason I mostly wanted to get a bachelors degree in something that was seemingly useful.
