Success does not equal happiness. Enjoy the process. Have a goal, push through, but make the journey the goal as well.

I want nothing more than for everyone to be judged solely on "content of their character, not by the color of their skin." (MLK Jr.) Therefore, I want to be judged by my character, not because *shocker* I'm a white dude.

If you aren't gonna track macros, you essentially need to be eating whole foods until you are full at least 3x a day (eggs, fish, meat, veggies, fruits, dairy, and oats), then have some more. Then down a Gatorade, scoop of protein, and a pop tart before bed. And yes, LIFT. (Lift more every time you go to the gym).

You sound like a beast bro. If I were you I'd up the cardio and start tracking macros. Have you tried IF? I think losing the handles would only help YOUR confidence, it's probably not even that noticeable when you're clothed anyway.

Anyone else notice that the first 0:45 was Caucasian dudes acting "out of line," the rest of the video was African dudes white knighting? I almost couldn't believe it I had to watch it back again.

Risk can be mitigated in a stock portfolio through diversification. Aka abundance. However, risk management is better saved for your finances, and DGAF is best reserved for game. Not the other way 'round.

Hierarchy of love: Men -> Women -> Children. Women are wired to always choose the babies over men; and men will never be unconditionally loved (physical protection, nourishment, and behavior validation) by any woman other than his biological mother. Whereas men can unconditionally love women AND kids. When the wolf came to the door, the man went to fight, they didn't sacrifice the baby. If the man didn't return, so be it. Why wait for the stars to align and another 9 months for offspring? The wo…

You're right. She's European - maybe in a more private setting like you said. I know RP texting advice is kind of all over the place, but I understand the basics, and I choose to use it for more than logistics because of my job. Would you think mentioning my intention of escalating would kill attraction OR seem like a half ass excuse to her? Or would it be a valid topic to discuss that could lead to more flirtatious chatting? Something light along the lines of, oh, too bad we aren't in (such and…

Thank you. Excellent tip - I will try that in the States. And yes escalation, ESCALATION. The meeting and goodbye were the only contact. Nothing while we were seated, but noted for next time. Also I was in Qatar. Similar to UAE. Cheers.

Probably not best to eat where you shit. +1 for being the life of the party though. Keep up that energy. That shit is like crack for girls. Give her minimal attention, maximize experience with everyone else. Make them feel good and have them socially validate you in front of her.

Cutting slowly, eating right and at good times (digestion and fueling), cut down on alcohol, cut down volume attempt to up intensity and weight, understand thermodynamics (cals in/cals out). Your body will optimize at a certain leanness, if you're a little chunky you'll feel it. A good balance of strength and not being winded on stairs. Try and maintain this optimized state.

Height (add an inch) , location, 3 things you do that are cool (travel, fitness, music, duck feeding, pancake taste testing, rock climbing, blood donating, etc.). OR a one liner. Put whatever TF you want m8.

You've already identified the problems. Write them down and FIX THEM. One by one. Then go lift MORE. Re-evaluate your finances, check your rough/estimated budget. Go for a long walk, go into the woods and lay down on the earth. Fast for a day. Get after it.

If you have some interesting shit to post, go for it, then close the app. Hide it in a random folder on your phone. Turn off notifications. Don't validate yourself via "likes." (false dopamine) Also unfollow useless company pages and meme pages. Seems like the only thing in the insta algorithm/feed these days is paid accounts. Junk.

Isolation can definitely perpetuate oneitis. BUT, being alone is one thing, being lonely is another. I'm a Merchant Mariner with a long work rotation (5 months on, 2 months off). Being out to sea gets tough. It's easy to dwell on what you think you're missing back home, friends, family, and being able to practice game. HOWEVER. A good time to practice the other essential aspect of TRP, frame, is always available. Being alone is a great time for this: read books, read articles, get your finances …

Solution: join the Merchant Marine, sail 4-6 months, work 80 hours/week - 7 days a week. Eat, sleep, work, work out. Wash rinse repeat. Go home with some cash and no responsibilities for 2 months. If you're stuck in the "rat race" be thankful that you don't have to sleep, eat, shit, and exist 24 hours a day at your job, sleeping 3 doors down from your boss.

Having an abundance mentality for social interactions works wonders. It is the key (along with positivity) for going out solo. Nothing better than making acquaintances that compound throughout the night. You never know who you'll meet or how it'll help you out as the night goes on. Social abundance/acceptance is a crazy primal attraction that chicks go nuts over: (Show up early, make friends, introduce them when she shows up, "who are they? you just met them!?" and watch her attraction go throug…

Double tapping a picture of a bikini clad 19 year old is just a subconscious waste of energy/frame. Unless you know exactly what you'd say to her in real life to close with 100% confidence, stop putting it on a digital pedestal.

Very well thought out summary, and well said on number 2. That being said, it's important to take preworkout in appropriate doses at appropriate times. Sometimes you need to cycle off and let your body motivate itself. Same with TRP. Take what you need to motivate you, but the real test is applying it and making it work for you, coming to your own conclusions, and being ever self aware. Best of luck in 2019 OP.

Sounds about right. I like Raylene's concern about "shit talk to the whole city" as an excuse to choose Alpha-ness. (Older and low-key)

As a Marine Engineer (Merchant Marine) I basically go into monk mode at work when I go to sea. Usual tours are 4-6 months. I pack light, read as much as I can, lift heavy, do cardio, and eat as clean as possible. I avoid over-partying/excess drinking in port, (or paying for other things like some guys). It's too valuable of a time to practice game. I stock away cash, as I have no living, food, or vehicle expenses. When I return, there is a definite acclamation period, where I re-adjust to sleep,…
