An ex told be going back to circumcised made things more difficult even. I think you've had run ins with rude people, or even just people who don't know any better. Women lie 95% of the time about assault. This is why only about 7% of arrests finish in conviction. I'm pretty sure it has to do with the nature of the crime (private setting, requires physical evidence, social reconstruction of the event) rather than lies. The cases that do not end in convictions are not necessarily lies from either side. They are unproven cases, which means there wasn't enough evidence. A crime could have, or could not have occurred.

You have to be very careful with how you read conviction and investigation data on crimes. For example, cases that are proven to be untrue are not the same as cases that are dropped (lack of evidence, etc/can be true or untrue). My point is you're going to have a hard time convincing a parent to vaccinate a 5-year old for genital warts compared to a pre-teen/teenager. That's really the perfect time to push since parents are more wary and waiting later wouldn't do as much good, if any. Yes, medical practitioners get paid for performing procedures. That much is obvious. However, not all procedures violate the human rights of the patient as do the one in question. I'm not sure where the 4 times number comes from, it looks like 6 times to me (50 to 300). Of the private scholarships analyzed (5,864), 0.8% (~50) were specifically for men out of the 5.9% (~350) scholarships that had gender restrictions. The majority of rape cases do not end in a conviction. You can argue that the process is the punishment, but to say a speeding ticket takes more evidence isn't true. If anything, it would take less as the only relevant factors are the speed of the vehicle and the speed limit of the area. The issue of consent is much more complicated.
