1	Any tips on how to get out of your head? Move out of your head and into your body. There are all kinds of unconscious processes happening in your body right now that you are not thinking about. Your breathing, heart beating, blood flowing. Are you thinking about those things? No, you're rationalizing and worrying about girls and its preventing you from doing what you need to do. You know? you don't think of mothers, for example, as being flirty.
