Yep, weird title but excellent insights.

Your post could've been made by me, I've been looking for exactly the same thing. Most of the comments here are generic stuff that I haven't really found useful, except for the "you get your "funny" from the people around you" comment - that has motivated me to watch more Louis CK and others over Youtube. There's some stuff in Savoy's "Magic Bullets" related to humor, I'll paste the relevant parts below: Humor can be learned like any other social skill. If you don’t have a good sense of humor, d…

I know the mindset you're in, and my suggestion would be to NOT message her. Yes, externally it seems like there's"nothing you're risking" and the other guy's logic works out, but there is - your self respect and integrity. You could quite possibly end up feeling like a desperate creeper which takes you several steps back, so this isn't worth it. Plenty of fish in the sea, swim on.

Look up videos on youtube on dancing tutorials and you can learn some great moves to bust on the dance floor. Could you link to a few as examples for a guy who knows nothing about dancing? I'd just like to know some basic stuff so I don't look like I'm having a seizure and would like to be able to actually express the fun I'm having. I tried searching youtube previously, but didn't know how to avoid the long tutorial series people post for the sake of professionals and instead get into the very …

You definitely aren't a terribly good writer! That was a hard read, but definitely worth it. You've opened up new avenues of thought to me, definitely going to pursue those and make use of them. And to the guys arguing endlessly about "generalizations" and complaining "opinion without evidence": how about stopping arguing over the Internet, going out there in the field and proving/disproving OP's theories? What the hell do you gain by proving your intellectual superiority over the OP or discussi…

Yep, even Anne Hathaway sometimes has to strain to poop and make weird face expressions. Really brings home the fact that they're still just people like you and me.

Lots of good advice here, and I agree with most of the top comments, also wanted to add that one very good way to deal with these girls is to take them in bursts. Space out your messages a lot for some time, then build things up for two days and immediately ask her to meet you somewhere. If she doesn't, quickly space out until your next meetup message, be sure to "punish" this outcome. When she does meet you up, give her lots of attention, give her a fun time, and possibly meet her up again once…

"Hey that's my experiment, give me your number and I'll tell you when I'm done!" (Add salt and seasoning as appropriate.)

Kind of on a tangent, but The three second rule can help. The "your only goal is to find out her eye color" game can help. Anything that gets you out of your head. I knew about the three second rule but not the eye-color strategy, it's interesting and useful; where can I find a list or something of simple shortcuts like this? I see detailed inner game explanations or recommendations for entire scenarios to be acted out, but I prefer to build up the situation by myself with just the aid of a few …

The Power of Now doesn't preclude you from strategizing and evaluating stuff, it just changes your mindset so that it's strictly an interesting academic problem in your mind that you wish to solve rather than a "oh my god I depend on this" problem that you're already simulating the failure cases for in your mind and one which you feel you must solve. It's not that you can't think about the future at all, just give it its proper place as a detached imaginary entity rather than starting emulating …

I got the attitude you mean these to be delivered and I love these responses (the last one maybe quite tricky to pull off though). OP's context is obviously a playful one, so something funny like this is the way to go.

Yeah people are forcing everything into pua terminology nowadays, in this context she was forced to reply something witty to not leave his neg dangling and make things awkward. One way to avoid forcing her to respond with a neg (which you'll then have to counter in some way) is to follow up the "go drink some milk" line immediately with a "... or you can bribe me with a kiss and I'll let it pass", or something like that. If you don't direct her to something else immediately, you're asking for th…

Neil Strauss' "The Game" has a chapter describing something like this, with some semi-celebrity - Heidi Klum? - trying to "pick up" girls (though she apparently claimed it was to pimp them out) and having some decent success rate (iirc).

She probably has some emotional issues which lead her to automatically become bitchy when she starts to feel intimate, she's rationalizing it as a "shield" or a "test" after experiencing it happen a few times. Most probably not intentional or under her conscious control (not saying she can't work it out though, she's just instead chosen to gloss over it and fool herself).
