yes, instead of following evidence-based medicine, you should eat based on your interpretation of history. because our ancestors lived long and healthy lives.

Just letting you know it's extremely hard to get good nutrition studies given the fact that you can't really control what people eat, thus the evidence will always be relatively weak. Only in prison would a diet study work but won't happen bc of ethics. I remember a GI lecturer (MD) mentioning that although the mechanism is unknown, it's a better be safe than sorry thing. I don't care about a single study. Here is a screenshot I made from UpToDate, which almost every physician in the country use…

be careful if you eat this everyday due to GI cancer risk.

I’m a medical student and play video games almost every night to destress. Depends on how you use it.

You just need to relax and change ur outlook. See a non faggy therapist if you need some catharsis or something. You have what are called maladaptive schemas. Ways of thinking about things that can have negative effects. Just concentrate on school and put yourself out there.

Dude shut the fuck up. take a screen shot of what you just said. You need a slap in the face. You sound like someone my fraternity would never give a bid to. Stop expecting shit and caring so damn much. You sound crazy- one day you’ll realize that

Fuck is wrong with you? Go to class, do well in school, be social and go out on the weekends, maybe join greek life. Go with the flow. Stop being so thirsty. Dude read your post over again. Good shit comes to those who are patient.

a lot of things taught in med schools are wrong? lol what? We are taught the current state of medicine and science plus the cutting edge. He “may” have low test? Has he seen an endo? You really think injecting hormones into your bloodstream and messing with one of the body’s most complex signaling networks is not harmful lol?

I'm a medical student. One of the things I have learned is to not fucking with your endocrine system. If you think this will fix your problems, you are wrong. Don't fuck up your body and don't listen to the other broscience on this sub. Stop trying to rewire your body dude. You sound like you could use a nice change in mindset, not neurophysiology lol. Maybe a trip to a non beta therapist could help (It is evidence-based).

Its 2 minutes until your 18 and your posting here? How would people here know what you look like or how you act? Lol. Go workout and get on a bulk diet, and go to school. Stop being neurotic. Happy bday.

Dude look up labeling theory. You are a person, not an "Aspie" with one of the most common disorders known to man. Go to school and find something interesting. Maybe a nurse? Idk if they earn a solid amount in Italy like they do in the US

That isn’t conclusive. There’s been one correlational study on creatine and DHT and you can’t do the whole A=B=C thing in research with these things. https://examine.com/nutrition/does-creatine-cause-hairloss/

you can do what you want. stop listening to the generalizing bs in this thread lol. all of my friends in med school play video games, study a lot, and go out semi regularly. and they’re happy. do what makes you happy while also being successful. this thread is retarded imo.

Anhedonia is a symptom of a few psychopathologies including major depressive disorder. I’m really sorry that you aren’t feeling your peak but it gets better. You’ve been taking the most important and hardest step which is admitting you have a issue and getting help. Make sure you like your therapist and you are being honest... I think that your biggest problem is that you feel totally disinterested and need to go online (especially on this subreddit) for strangers to give you advice. maybe talk …
/r/askTRP09/05/18 08:49 PM
5

not everything in your life has to serve a "practical purpose." if you are passionless and are expering anhedonia, there may be some other issue there that is psychological (which is totally fine). the fact that you are even posting asking for SMV raising activites on Reddit should signal to yourself that you need a pivot in your mindset (imo). do you work? are you in school?
/r/askTRP09/05/18 08:00 PM

why don't you do something you enjoy? not every aspect of your life has to be about "increasing" your fucking sexual market value lol. Get big, eat clean, and do what you enjoy. Jesus
/r/askTRP09/05/18 07:53 PM

It depends if you have legit GAD/MDD or other legit disorders. I would recommend talking to your PCP and potentially seeing a therapist (shop around to find someone you like if so). And keep busy! All these little BS nootropics mostly are not evidence based and if you have legit issues deal with them now.

i dont think 2/3 of 18 year olds have mommy issues
/r/askTRP09/02/18 01:37 AM
3

someone has some serious mommy issues. wtf is wrong with you. stop making sweeping statements. nobody cares about failures? umm if you want a good ass job or go to graduate school than you are wrong. you sound like you had some serious mishaps in the past and you are just trying to make urself feel better.

join a fraternity. don't worry about the sex, it will come to you if you be social. school is number one priority.
/r/askTRP08/02/18 10:35 PM

depression is not an excuse. its biological, genetic and isn't just someone making excuses. he needs to get help.

yeah but do you wanna be like nah i dont feel like it to someone you dont really know? in theory sure but you also want to tread the line and not cross into complete dick territory. better to give advice people will be more comfortable using/actually use than some bs

it's unreal. i'm about to enter medical school and have spent a lot of times with many doctors. all of whom would say low T is never an issue and is a broscience issue, unless you have developmental issues. i like asktrp but the idealogy does lead itself to people who think they know better than professionals
/r/askTRP13/01/16 05:12 AM
3

love hearing all you doctors give your opinions. low t is almost never the answer to these issues lol. you see the phrase "low t" on this sub as well as bodybuilding forums like a thousand fold more than its actual prevalncy. you probably have anxiety and are thinking about it too much.

yeah thats exactly right...hard to find game on the main sub
/r/askTRP27/01/15 03:39 AM

i don't like that sub much for that reason. I liked trpgame a lot because it simplified things and avoided the bs in that sub.
/r/askTRP27/01/15 03:32 AM

that's simply not an option for most people for SOOO many reasons, and also contradicts a lot of red pill dogma. part of being alpha is being the best man you can be, not changing yourself for others.

I myself don't have a very strong chin at all. not bad as that guy, but slightly behind my lips i guess. look...reading all this asktrp stuff will make you think everyone in the world who get's girls or whatever is channing tatum. i had the same issues with confidence regarding my slightly large nose and chin, even though I knew overall i was a good looking guy, the features themselves bothered me. It actually gave me anxiety attacks. I told myself "oh shit I don't have a good chin and my nose i…

it would actually be kinda disrespectful to your brother too, especially if they dated and not just hooked up. would you date your real brother's ex gf? same rule should apply.

/r/TheRedPill01/11/14 11:34 PM

I saw a speech therapist for around two years and just entered college. It's gotten 10x better for me, but that's due to the nature of my disfluency. Can I ask what time of disfluency you have? Silent block? Stammer?
/r/askTRP19/10/14 03:11 PM

why are you acting like your a midget lol...you're like an inch from being average. chill...your fine. go lift

dude fuck her...this seems like the biggest decision in the world but really quickly itl be nothing in your life. better to get experience now than later....i just graduated HS if that helps
/r/TheRedPill24/08/14 11:32 PM

As someone with a speech problem (silent blocking), this is an interesting read. the first thing you get taught as a stutterer is to slow down.

as somebody who's gotten speech therapist for years, it's meant to help people cope and find strategies to improve speech/work around impediments. its not a fix lol.
/r/askTRP22/07/14 09:00 PM

thats 100% true... but saying that all stuttering is psychological is beyond idiotic.
/r/askTRP22/07/14 08:21 PM

what the fuck are you talking about? stop blaming shit on the most recent generation just like every generation does about the next. whether i'm an adult or not doesn't change the fact that i have a speech disfleuncy, just like someone has any other disability. my parents havn't done shit, so stop putting words in my mouth so you can feel proud of your undignified and hypermasculine response. what feels shitty is when i go to a party and have serious issues physically getting a word out in a con…

thanks a lot chief.
/r/askTRP20/07/14 09:42 PM
1

hahah thanks for the words man. the impediment is a bit too inconspicuous to play the whole "its a block" thing, but the other tips help. almost nobody knows i have blocks because in comfortable, non large group scenarios im golden, but just end up more silent in more high intensity situations.
/r/askTRP20/07/14 09:42 PM

lol mangina... just cause some dudes are'nt rp doesnt mean their pussies. having friends that share principles and shit is good, but if theyre good and dependable people is what matters. tone the judgement down a notch man

we're as bad as them if we make statements without knowing the evidence...
/r/TheRedPill25/06/14 06:04 PM

Yeah I'll try to rush some good frats and make as many connects as possible the first couple of weeks. One of my biggest worries is having silent blocks during events and having speech issues when talking to brothers.
/r/askTRP

so many retards have asked ridiculous questions and pissed people off on /r/Frat that its kinda ruined the subreddit imo
/r/askTRP

thanks for the words man...I like this theory a lot. I've been calling what you'd call 'hanks' 'invisibles' actually.
/r/askTRP

I don't think you quite understand what alpha means lol.
/r/askTRP

lol i'm 5'8''...its a normal height lol. if you think that being a little taller will make pussy just flow to you like a waterfall, then you're mistaken. get in good shape, 5'8'' isn't short.
/r/askTRP

you clearly dont understand what a motor speech problem is. its not mental... its genetic and physical. a silent block is a type of stutter -"A type of stuttering behavior wherein there is a complete stoppage in the flow of speech resulting from total closure within the speech mechanism. The closure may occur at just one location (e.g., throat) or at several locations (e.g., throat and lips.)
/r/askTRP

im not labeling myself anything. im just asking for advice on how to get around a problem. no idea or video is gonna get rid of a motor speech issue. ive been dealing with it for years lol
/r/askTRP

lol so much better and more realistic than some weird ass Mr. Smith line like the top post.
/r/askTRP

Yup and it's funny how he just tosses around blue pill and feminist like he actually knows what they mean and applies them here. tin foil at its finest
/r/TheRedPill

technically you're right... it's just such pain and suffering that is being erased from history that i consider it a form of hatred. an entire people nearly exterminated. moreover, this kind of belief is often stemmed in antisemitism or some form of hate. statistically, arab people will believe 9/11 is faked more than the average nuthead bc they hate america. clearly this guy is either crazy or his parents are antisemites.
