life has to more than just family and money. Hell, it might take you life time to figure that part out, remember we are all searching but some of us don't know that we are. I believe this and think that spiritual journey is important. So you just want hotter chicks to bang? Phrasing it like that makes it seem shallow. Really though, I want to date and be with hotter, more interesting, together and emotionally stable girls. I could describe some girls in my past who I felt have fit that criteria,…

I enjoyed reading this, but the confusing thing about masculinity is that being the most attractive male is not related to being the best manicured.

Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled with spinach and a banana (sometimes with green tea) Lunch: 1 apple, ~12 baby carrots, 1/2 cup of some combination of nuts and fruit, I was eating 4 cups of spring mix, but I've found it a hassle to bring to work, so I'm switching to some black eyed peas this week Dinner: if I'm not socializing, a grilled chicken fillet and can of black beans I've been doing this about 2 months. Before that, I was still eating healthy, it was just less structured.

I enjoy being able to graph my calories and nutrients; iphone app makes it easy. The graduate school part was to say that I want to be instrumental with my career and make an impact in my field, not just have some job. As for the broader question of purpose, I don't think I'll save the world, but I do know things that are important to me, like being a "good" father/husband, as well as being an active member in my community. I think about these things fairly frequently and am already an active me…

I like the sentiment about learning who you are through challenges. I clean every Sunday, go to the gym three times a week and track calories/macronutrients, am in graduate school with clear career goals. I don't do poorly with girls and am usually seeing someone, but I would like to afford to be pickier.

I don't want to mistake confidence with assertiveness. Do you basically mean self-esteem built through successes? I've always been pretty social, and have been dating more girls since I started reading seduction, but I still find that the girls I'm most attracted to, it doesn't really work out.

That makes sense and puts things in perspective a little, but doesn't feel like it really answers the question, more diverts it. I know guys tend to have more of an agreement on which girls are the most attractive, than girls do on which guys.

How did you break your life into segments to focus on each area? I enjoyed the video, dude is exciting.

So, you think it is more important to work on being able to read women and hold engaging conversations than building an attractive lifestyle (not to neglect it though). In my experience, when a woman is attracted to me, it is pretty obvious, things come together effortlessly. When I'm attracted to a woman who, for whatever reason, isn't that into me at that moment, there isn't much I can do about it.

That's awesome man, I'm glad to hear you're making progress. One thing that has helped me is My Fitness Pal iphone app. And I eat the same meal for lunch and breakfast; it isn't boring, I look forward to it's simplicity. One thing that sorta trips me up is that when I try to follow advice similar to what you gave, I find that after I take care of things like diet and exercise, I just end up taking on hobbies and at some point I feel like no one really cares how many hobbies I have, and it doesn'…

I agree, but for perspective, what "fundamentals" do you think are most important? Anything that seems non-obvious (so asside from gym, career, be social, dress well)?

What is your career field? How much do you think career/income play into your demographics? Have you met Mark Manson? He has responded to an e-mail in the past, which I thought was cool. Sorta sounds similar to OP (as expected); stay fit, work hard at goals (career), have hobbies (balanced social life), and girls will come

Excellent guide, I wish I had this mindset when I was in college. Where are you now? What sort of guidelines do you apply to post-grad life?

Is his diet sustainable? I didnt crunch any numers, but I imagine a calorie restricted diet would affect your metabolism, immune system, brain function et c. I have seen about calorie restriction in rhesus monkeys extending life expectancy.

I've spent a good bit of time with the theatre crowd at my university and I'd definitely say there is a sterotype. They are often extroverted and outgoing, but often a little socially uncallibrated and awkard, as well as dramatic/narcissistic (as you mentioned). That being said, there are a lot of cool people in evey social clique.

I was talking about when I was playing the field. I don't feel guilty with my SO, I'll try to keep things spicy with her, thanks for the advice.

I think that I feel guilty for flirting with girls as if I'm forcing myself on them and the attention is unwanted. Generally, I feel well-calibrated and don't recieve much resitance, but people (in general) aren't as eager to spend time with me or invite me to things as I am with them. This may seem like a self-esteem issue, but it is based on observation.

In a way. I feel guilty as if I'm predatory and trying to convince them to like me, as if I'm forcing myself on someone. That and when I do hook up with girls, there aren't extended conversations about consequences or arrangements, so I feel guilty for flirting with other girls.

At what point realizing they are attracted to you should one begin to adopt the behavior they suggest; buying flowers and such? Or should one just avoid being a sweet yet supplicating partner. If you choose the former, beyond maintaining inner game, how can you avoid falling into a trap of loosing attractiveness?

I agree with your first point, I'm not sure why that is. I guess I could speculate about developing and maintaining relationships as opposed to being in a social atmosphere, but I'm probably full of shit. For me, I think volunteering gives an added perspective in removing yourself from your immediate social group or tribe. However, giving back, as you described is a great habit too. What are your thoughts on reading and writing for intellectual stimulation? What alternatives might your propose? …

To what extent would you like users to flag posts in /r/seduction to be moved to /r/askseddit if they don't follow the criteria posted above? Also, will you continue the simple questions thread in /r/seduction or would it be more consistent to move it to /r/askseddit?
