You can’t help him unless he wants to help himself. It seems like you’re doing all the work. He doesn’t even acknowledge the problem. Walk away.

You’re so insecure because of a man who doesn’t know how to love you. If you’re okay with a one-sided relationship, well, stick around. But keep in mind that most of the time, when men start acting emotionally unavailable, you have to stop being needy. You have to accept that he’s no longer interested in you. Is he cheating on you? who knows. If he’s going through difficulties, he’s obliged to let you know because you’re his wife. When you notice that you’re putting more effort than him, it’s ti…

That’s a great point! idealization is a drug. When you assume that the person is perfect, you trap yourself in the relationship and give up control over your emotions.

It’s normal to morph into a different person when you like someone a lot. I’ve struggled with the same thing. There’s a few tactics that you could use. My favorite one is the hot and cold method. When you feel like you’re getting attached, leave right away. Take some time to get to your senses and come back. Another thing I would recommend is looking into your childhood traumas. What urges you to give up your authenticity in order to secure a relationship with a man? Maybe it’s because of your l…

You don’t have to be a complex girl to be cherished by a man. At the end of the day, every woman is simple, regardless of their education or character. If a man is unable to reciprocate because he’s looking for some kind of a fantasy figure instead of a woman, it’s time to dump him.

I haven't had many partners in my life. But I made a mistake of having a few one night stands with my partner with no prior dates/gifts/emotional investment. He might have assumed I did the same with other guys too. I tend to get needy with just one guy. I've had the same issue with 2 of my partners. I guess it's because I'm very inexperienced.

I didn't mean it to be a trap. I just want commitment to feel assured that the guy won't leave me after sex. I hope this makes sense. Yet again, this shouldn't be an issue with a high value man who's ready to commit. Thank you! :)

First of all, no, I don't. My partner's sex life is his individual affair as long as we're not dating. I am actually demisexual, which makes me care more about the personality rather than my partner's sex life. Secondly, I'm not the type of woman to be judged for her sexual behavior. There's more to me than just that. Especially considering the fact that I haven't had a lot of partners in the past. Thirdly, it is TOXIC to judge someone by their number of partners or hypersexuality. Sex can be an…

That's a good point. I don't want a guy who judges women based on their sexual behavior. Thanks for your reply

Thanks for your response! I highly doubt that he just wants consistent sex from me. I'm convinced that he wants my emotional support because he never cared too much about sex. He just used intimacy to get close to me. I was okay with it at first until it got to me. I don't want to make the same mistake in the future. Sometimes, I suspect him to be a covert narcissist because he seemed to be a very controlling person. I was walking on eggshells the whole time because he left me feel neglected aft…

That's so true. I had sex with him a while ago and decided to take a break. I found myself too invested in the guy emotionally. The guy failed to reassure me or commit to me because he probably got annoyed with my neediness. I don't know whether it's my fault that I had sex with him too soon. I wanted to be viewed as girlfriend material but I got disappointed. After I took a break and ignored him for a while, he came back. He's very needy. Now I want to act unbothered to change the dynamic.

I'm not using it for anything. I had sex with him in the past, which made me overly attached to him. I decided to take a break and now that we're starting things from scratch, I want to enforce my boundaries to avoid getting too emotional again. I noticed that sex makes things very unfair. It deprived me of clear judgment and the guy was also thrown off by my neediness.

Alternate between going down and penetrating. It helps you change things up a bit so that you last longer

Yes, definitely. I tend to comfort myself with food a lot. I'm trying to find some books and resources to develop healthier coping mechanisms. If I find something worth sharing, I'll let you know. Good luck!

I also struggle with anxious attachment style and guys I fall for always turn out to be incorrigible avoidants. Whenever I get into a relationship with a person, my bulimia and drinking problem come back. I also tend to struggle with academics and my mental health. What life taught me is that no guy is ever worth chasing. No guy is ever worth sacrificing your own needs. The reason why we date is not that we want to share our lives with somebody and have fun but rather to meet others' needs while…

As a chick, I’ve complained about the way I looked and the guy comforted me saying “you look pretty” and it was a huge turn off. I was obviously complaining cuz I was looking for validation, which proved to be too easy for me to get. You don’t want someone to be like “oh honey just embrace it!” he ain’t my mother, he’s my man. He better laugh it off and tell me I’m stupid cuz ain’t it actually stupid to complain about something you can’t change?
/r/seduction22/03/20 06:51 PM

that’s what a nice guy would say. Chicks don’t like that

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
