so how do you make the first time you have sex go down

Well can’t invite them back to my parents place so i have to find girls who are willing to go back to theirs

i still struggle with this because its a tough and exhausting habit to break but i'll save you some valuable time with this advice... learn to be more receptive to your environment. Don't be so self absorbed and in your head because your missing all the signs infront of you... people won't pursue your friendship and comradre as forward so you may see it in media but people will certainly make themselves approachable at the very least and its just a matter of being a bit invested in someone for a…

a great revelation i have had over the last few years of working on myself is to pursue the the activities or sports that make you go "how the fuck are they doing that" amazed when watching someone else do it. To me, there is no better thrill or excitement in life when your trying it yourself, putting in the hours and genuinely start feeling that with a bit more patience and time you can be doing those very same things yourself

what kind of affirmations do you suggest? i've given them a try recently but can determine whether its better for them to be too specific like certain goals in mind or to be more vague and just general attitudes to follow

i think the trend of nerdy guys getting more buff is thanks to how readily accessible the information to sports nutrition and exercise has become.. some of those smart "buff nerds" i knew myself, where successful in getting jacked because they took it on as another science to study and research. I reference back to my first comment in that it's tough to find a code monkey being built, on the premise of the two being different lines of work but in my opinion body building requires a lot of scient…

well because they are both in completely different environments.. if you're spending all your time coding then it'll be tough for you to find the time and dedicated focus to also be in a gym at the same time and vice versa.. Not to say you can't but it's also like asking why can't you be an astronaut and a doctor
/r/TheRedPill06/07/17 04:07 AM

adding to the other commenter.. you have to take yourself out of the picture and be able to laugh at your failures. It's better than not doing anything at all. I'm still young but i've found that after getting a bit older, when I fuck up with something I can't stop but laugh at how hilariously i fucked up because the comparison of the expectation vs reality is such a stitch (the way you hear comedians try to bring to contrasting parallels to build funny story) and i end up entertaining myself.. …

fucking tell me about it... I had to move back in with my folks recently and I don't bother to take girls out as much as I used to since personally I don't know how to invite myself back to their place at first meetup. Yet by not fucking them in the first or second meet up you can feel that that excitement she felt before about maybe fucking this guy is gone because nowadays if you don't you're clearly too invested and you yourself question why bother seeing her another time... It's freaking shi…

I'd like to say i don't mean to generalize or discriminate argentinians it's simply a reference for me to point out one of the common conflicting cultures you'll find in the caribbeans and latin american regions. Of the many latin countries out there, Argentina has the biggest european influence statistically speaking (I believe it was the second biggest immigration attraction during the 20th century behind the US). So while they get exposed to this macho culture, there is still a socio-economic…

100% accurate. It's quite hard for a charmer to 'steal' a girl from an alpha here in the us because charm and conversation is so universally low here, that all an alpha's gotta do is set up a tinder account or head out to the local bar and ticket in his 'free pussy pass' without saying or doing much. latin alpha men gotta be intense because they don't want to lose out to the beta dude who took that girl out to dance, or had her laughing straight to the bedroom, etc..
/r/TheRedPill22/02/17 09:36 PM
5

for one thing; you underestimate latin charm. I know this place talks about SMV inherently being a physical and alpha trait but that level of charisma down south trumps it all if its good enough. Think about your example; ugly dude dates the hottest chick at the school. Why isn't that alpha of the school tapping that chick? a reasonable conclusion is he doesn't have that level of swagger that this other guy does. Don't think you can walk into mexico being ugly and have a shot, girls still expect…
/r/TheRedPill22/02/17 07:08 PM
1

probably because you're allowing to keep that type of conversation going. It's just like in person... you could be a total stud with the perfect face but if when you meet her you're not getting logistics or quickly escalating and resort to just keep talking then she'll shift your role from alpha to beta..

I'll improve on it.. worked (or well it proved to be a safe risk) when I was in the heat of the moment with this chick. We got back to my place and i can't remember if it was on the first go or the second but the condom had ripped and i was all out of rubber ammo. We both sit there stumped pretending like we didn't know what we were going to do next so she followed with the most beautiful words that night "Don't you dare cum inside of me" and we continued.. If I can add on to that I always remember this quote from TI (even though i think his career in itself is contradicting) but it goes along the lines; "I see so many people going out every other day saying they are just out partying or celebrating... celebrating what? you still live ina dead ass neighbourhood, you're still outta a job but yet you're scraping the few dollars you have to go out and celebrate a life that has nothing worth celebrating about?" Partying shouldn't be your lifestyle in i…

/r/askTRP18/10/16 06:03 AM

fuck i really don't understand why that just hasn't been obvious to me in the past... it's such a dread in my head thinking of all the girls i missed on because i just didn't get myself to simply inviting them back..
/r/askTRP18/10/16 05:43 AM
1

not sure if i agree... often times when i approach and hit that point where i'm being obvious it seems to catch them by surprise (now i'm wondering if that's a bad sign for my SMV)

haha jesus.. i can't tell if you're joking or not but when i think about it i got laid on the two times that i ran a red light with a girl... Of course this is a huge stretch but still funny how much of a role it may have played

I think that may be to out of scope for me, really don't think you can evaluate dopamine like that because the body is at a constant want for it all the time. I think it's like asking when would you want to to take cocaine in the day.. Yeah at first you may prioritize to some important part of the day but eventually you'll resort it for everything. The goal should be to obtain your dopamine in the most natural manner as much as you can. If anything the goal should be to aiming for long term dopa…

in the same manner that looking at porn is nice to look at or certain foods smell good to eat; music is a dopamine rush from just another one of your senses. However, dictating what dopamine hits are good and bad for you is something you yourself have to figure out. If you want to feel useful while listening to it... listen to music when doing something grueling or mundane. I think it's beneficial like a supplement drug to get you through chores/labor that have to be done but provide very little…

shit i don't know man.. im at a university, as much as that might work sometimes i think that's really playing too close to the line from get accused of some form or rape. i think im with you on the same boat.. I can get my workouts done no problem but I just can't seem to care for school. It seems hard to work on social value/game when my degree is so opposite from that. I don't have my own place (having to live it home) can't really work much so low on money... I'd argue its different because the sensation is comparably different. You simply aren't releasing all the compounds during an adrenaline rush from your favourite jam than when you are aroused. Additionally, your focus is more honed in during sexual arousal only supplementing the intensity of neurons activating the muscle fibers in your body. When i only listen to music and that drop hits, yeah i get more into my workout and it may feel like its pushing me through the intensity but I feel its mo…

The mom was more trp than anything.. kids gotta learn to internalize this info rather than spew it. Converse with beta dialogue to people you're not trying to have sex with while maintaining frame and focus on what you know is true. the time to have grabbed the number was on the initial meet, and to be honest it was probably best you didn't knock on her birthday.. Think about it from her perspective. Only way i see you recovering is to put yourself in a position where she catches you rather than you having to chase her (ex. you taking a call outside her room and she comes outside to which you can act surprised and re-initiate interaction) or since you have class with her invite her to sit with you, do it as friendly as you …

I agree on some points but if you're talking about american politics i suppose being canadian might give me a different perspective to it. A country like the US who was not only built but succeeded as a capitalist nation will fail if it ever transitions to socialistic views.. You're right about being a wealthy nation but i don't believe for that reason you should give incentive to people not pursue work, let alone in the US. I get 100% subsidized housing, food, medicine, and education for when y…

well i also wouldn't completely rule it out... i know that the pace of technology is on a steeper curve than ever before but new technology and the foundations of capitalist philosophy aren't anything new to society. technology in the past didn't just allow people to be stagnant in their pursuit of wealth but rather provoked ingenuity towards other paths for wealth and so long as people are carving up their way towards some financial/lifestyle goal in a capitalist market there shouldn't be much …

I think thats the thing that trips guys a lot.. the fact that you'll never be reject free in life. I always compared it to shooting buckets. I noticed growing up that its better to risk missing and shooting yourself into a 10-20 game than to shoot 1-2 because at the end of the day you and the people around you will remember the 20 pt games more than the 2 pt games. Of course you don't want to be throwing ridiculous numbers if you're still getting similiar or worse percentages and that's when the…

i think that's the hard part for me.. its like swallowing the red pill that comes AFTER swallowing the initial redpill. I've been shown that there is a different way of thinking that can lead me to atonement but this happiness will surely come from sacrificing all my current beliefs. In the same manner that you can: choose to find happiness the hard way by being the beta or dwelve into whats more real and fulfilling at the cost of dropping all those fairytales you were once told would lead you t…

This just helped me make it click... still focus on the things you want in life as you usually would but remain present rather than wallow in the past/be anxious of the future. It almost seems so obvious i kind of forget where i was having my issue with it.
/r/askTRP10/08/15 05:40 PM
1

By being more present, I've come to learn that day-to-day it really isn't that bad. (Taking public transit instead of driving to work) I'm not too sure i follow, what is the reason behind changing from driving to public transit? So do you not plan for anything in the long term or work towards long term?
/r/askTRP10/08/15 04:58 PM
1

what I've learnt is that "overtraining" doesnt exist but lack of recovery does. If you sleep enough and eat immense amounts enough while you overtrain, all that overtraining is just going to break and build your body up to where it needs to be.. again if it's got the resources to work from.

what's the proper way to shave then? I shave down anything above the jaw line and shave up below it. Rinse my razer after every stroke, shave with a warm blade and wash up with colder lukewarm water. My bad, my last comment sounds sarcastic but I meant to appreciate the info on Whole30; i had never heard of it before. And that's all fine by me as long as there's light at the end of the tunnel. If i remember correctly I think it's because in reduction of inflammatory condition the body will get dry and cause cracks and inflammation; something about the skin trying to find its proper equilibrium of moisture and defense measure by teeter totting to the right level

Totally agree, i have a friend who sometimes goes past the fine line of "ignoring the blonde" to just being a straight dick (rude ignoring, dry teases, etc..) to her when she introduces herself. I feel like i understand and have already performed this behavior in the past mostly with good results but my problem is in understanding what the RP mentality should be like before the first lay. When i try going alpha before i feel like i really send the message that i'm not interested and well that gets me no where, i try dread game by talking to other girls and even hooking up with some of them but get zero response from that.

hahah amazing you mentioned tinder.. I might be heading out for work to Peurto Rico and Colombia later this summer so i was like fuck it and got the tinder subscription just for the month to see if i could "speed up" the meeting process a little and start hitting some of em up and your completely right.. all good looking and a great conversation. But i never even considered the working girls... You and me both, europe is a good place though for if colombia doesn't work out long term for you.

hmm... definitely left me with something to take in. Only worry i see is that as a means to chase the prize i'll resort to sly shit.. like it could cause me reverting into a constant beta or it could cause me to make up all the right lies and fake all the right shit just to hit it, and then am i really any better as a man for doing so?

Thank you for this, these are questions i've tried asking before but without much luck for an answer; A) Should i re-open a fb account? I thought it would be beneficial at first but i feel like there are big negatives to not having it now B) Before you've hit the sheets, how responsive should i be with a girl. I don't interact in a blue pill manner but i feel that my "i don't give a shit" frame mistakenly sends out the message that im really not interested, when can you tell is the right time to…

really. i feel like if there is one definite thing missing in current education is to not install programs/classes that teach about entertainment moderation. Even when i was elementary school when technology didn't hit so hard we would learn about the body, first nations but never about the one thing that will eventually cause the most struggle in life

I have some advice that i noticed worked with me. First you have to understand that your mind will accept its perspective of life as an absolute reality. If in your mind grades are everything then your level of confidence will be predicated by how good your grades are but what if you end up getting awesome grades only to hear about an article about how grades don't matter and they never have? your brain will process this as absolute proof relative to how much evidence you find for it. For this r…

look its not bad to take the opportunity so long as we understand how and where the opportunity is coming from. It's like you winning the lottery, are you not going to accept it because you didn't earn it? yes it's weird/crazy how money is being handed to you but you're only hurting yourself for not accepting help that doesn't neglect any moral or judicial dilemma as an individual

Wish i had someone give me this advice first year. Currently finishing 3rd year and have had to work hard just to get to moderate level of what can actually be accomplished in those first 3 weeks its ridiculous, feels like i made every wrong turn in college looking back on it now. I have a question for you though, what's your take on fb? I deleted my account midway to almost end of first year (to avoid distraction, comparison, and overall im not so much the guy that wants to be taking pictures e…

Thank you for all the info, exactly the type of info i was looking for. Completely agree, taking out my anger on someone else has never been goal; its always been to test my abilities as an individual or like you said "the better fighter". There's something about it that feels so traditional about it as a human

exercise, self-defense, improve body control. Not to do something scary/badass but to improve my mental frame when facing competition/threat

haha it was suppose to be like an inside joke to get the message across that its not suppose to represent fight club. But you're right my goal is to check martial art gyms in the near future, i hate putting it off but i've already put my time into a few other things for the moment. Could you recommend any specific branch of martial arts?

you're right it is just as bad but I've just heard that gloves cause the impact to be more powerful which leads to heavy concussions and what not, fighting knuckles is more blood and broken nose which as stupid as it sounds i'd rather go for than to lose my mental ability

Haha i might be going to the same school. Anyways i'm all for your rant on how shitty those classes are taught but lets be honest, there is no "legit" negative discrimination to white men here unless you let yourself be (scrawny, stupid, drunk..) . Before, movements were actually socially changing and needed yet nowadays these "culture" groups are just circle jerks by people who are insecure that SOMEONE out there (as oppose to the majority like in the past) might not like them for that very rea…

A good example my friend once told me that does correlate to Cyralea's comment "In the state's they are racists, but in Canada they are still kinda racists...they just wont show it". People have allowed the whole "nice" formality to progress to such an extent that it has caused them to become just awkward, anxiety riddled people who prefer to go about their day looking down as to avoid drawing too much attention to yourself. I think if you were to spook or aim to get a reaction out of an america…

It's not your place to tell them how to live their lives and there far too many to change minds. I appreciate that we have the opportunity to be in this "pool" of BP's, it may sometimes work in our favor as it adds polarity to your image. Regardless though, just take advantage that your learning the characteristics that take people to the top in whichever faculty your in (being confident, dominating, leading..) except we get to do it in a field where the few who are, are rare

why she felt like telling all those things to someone she literally just met probably the same reason for why she got pregnant so early, she obviously doesn't mind handing herself over in desperate manners

yeah, this story was the beginning in the book; the charisma myth. Its not so much an act more so than how she carries herself yet being an actress im guessing she knew how to act like the ugly dumpling (slouching, not smiling, avoiding interaction with people,etc..)

this chick is confused why an older man looks better than older woman? because our body is suppose to look worn out; when our body looks a mess it subconsciously shows the tough alpha background of doing labour work, getting in physical fights, working out etc.. but woman should not be in that same circumstance. Point blank if woman don't care for their body when its not required to damage it what makes her think she'll have value?

"There is only two days in the year when nothing can be done. One is called yesterday and the other is tomorrow" hate to be that guy putting one quote but if you just allow it in your mind to be the absolute truth i guarantee it will give some relief about the past without adding more pressure for the future

my theory on women; They don't give a fuck about you and your worries, their main goal is to not necessarily support themselves but to BE THE MOST INTIMIDATING WOMAN out of the group. while us men all want to be the alpha and compete; there is a level of appreciation between us and still treat our unit/group/tribe with fair respect. Women aren't like that, they NEED (and when i say need, i mean NEED) every other woman to be threatened by them so that she feels comfort in having her and her posse…

Wait, so do you think that it is unlikely to get with a girl if you didn't at first encounter? I'm curious because obviously if the time of day is right that should be your goal (ex. on the weekend, during the late evening, etc..) but usually on cold approaches i find that as much as i'd want to walk her over somewhere private I can't because the interaction is in the day time and either i have school, work or she "genuinely" has things on her end to do within the hour. Is there not a way to kee…

100% im not asian myself but that's totally the case and a good chunk of asian guys the i know get lead in to the misconception of not feeling physically attractive and thinking they naturally have a lower SMV because well as men thats how we base value when, like you stated, the value is rooted from asian women themselves

How do you get better at all the physical pranking? I use to be really good at the whole coy and joking flirting (cause this is essentially what it is just in a joker manner) but as I've got older maybe its school or working but I'm not good with 'pranks' anymore and lord knows my flirting and 'pulling her leg' everyone once in awhile doesn't come across my mind as much as use to
