Nice article. Read your blog and you def embody red pill ideals. I would hike in the mountains of Germany my wife would literally remain a step back no matter how fast or slow we walked. Always felt like she pulled me back intentionally even though I carried everything (daughter and gear) . TL:DR Literally they walk a step behind, figuratively we carry their weight plus our own.

I know for a.fact the alpha lifestyle can be achieved with hard work. I went from 160-210 lbs solid working out 3hrs a day in the desert. Women were throwing themselves at me but unfortunately I didn't have the RP knowledge. Now I have the knowledge (thanks to TRP) and am busting my ass to get back to those glory days. I'm only 5'9 but at 210 lbs looked like a tank. Gl brothers. Genetics are only a starting point.
