It’s cute how so many men are mansplaining women their wants and desires as to how and why most don’t want to marry younger men. Here’s the answer from an actual woman: Even tho a younger man could be emotionally mature and financially stable, I just don’t find men under 30 aesthetically attractive. As simple as that.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/21 10:48 PM
3

But the men who create those single mothers are absolved of any responsibility? I’m failing to understand your demonization of single mothers as if they got pregnant entirely on their own.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/21 12:26 PM

Birth rates in most of the west are actually going on a decline in most age groups except in the 35+ demographic. I don’t know why this is such a concern.

This post makes me feel so stupid 🤦🏻‍♀️ Never mind that when I met my husband, I was the one who did the very first approach, asked for his # and texted first. But immediately after doing those things...he immediately took the lead, acted confident, began to plan dates and immediately established commitment. Seriously, sometimes, TRP theory really espouse some of the stupidest things ever!

What is even the blue pill? You mean a normal human being?!
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/20 12:19 AM
2

I wouldn’t call it an “Eco chamber” either, but “pill” (of any color, especially red, black and pink) ideology is very much discouraged. Only you are responsible of your shortcomings.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/20 04:12 AM

You might as well forget about it. Remember the “pill watchdog” part? We won’t be kind to pillers of any kind.

Not so much.

Think whatever you want. But if you'd like, unlike FDS, you're welcome to chime in at RFDT.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/20 01:36 AM
2

Just use your best judgement and no pills.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/20 01:32 AM
3

It worked somehow. Something I'm doing good that the FDS broads are failing to do. Their man hating. TERF, SWERF, radfem approach isn't giving them better results either. Like I said, I was able to keep a man and not them and I didn't had to reduce myself to pick me status either.

Very few things about FDS work. If it worked, why there's so many lonely and bitter chicks on that sub? I have a happy and stable ten year marriage. Who would have better advice? Bitter singletons, or someone with a solid union? Think about it...

Not all the women we are catering to are young, y’know. You do know divorcees exist, right?

Just don’t date man who are trash. You don’t always know who are trash right away. Sex is easy to get, commitment? In this day and age of easy gratification, ehhhh.

IMO, they’re even less feminists than the ladies at RPW.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/20 01:11 PM

But I initiated the conversation by saying “hello”. After the initial hello is when he proceeded to talk and made his move.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/20 09:39 PM
1

That’s what I think. Me saying hello and from there, my now husband taking the lead sounds like heresy to FDS...even tho he was very into the fact that I showed enough interest and he reciprocated in return eagerly.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/20 05:37 PM
1

But I still came to him. That counts as approaching him nonetheless.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/20 05:30 PM
1

My now husband is from Texas (so a southerner). I’m from Latin America. In both places it’s expected for the man to initiate. But I wasn’t gonna let cultural expectations dictate my life. I approached and he did the rest. It worked out in the end and that’s what matters.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/20 02:29 PM
4

There are lots of other things I do agree with FDS. Just because I disagree on a few stances doesn’t warrant a ban. Before all the TERFs and SWERFs invaded the sub, it wasn’t so much of an eco chamber.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/20 02:26 PM
1

I wasn’t within his visual scope (it was at a concert so there was a lot of people), so I had to come to him. Immediately after I did that approach, he took the lead and proceeded as if it was him who approached me. HE gave me his card so I could call him, I didn’t ask for his card. After that, he planned everything and like I said, he took the initiative in everything.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/20 02:24 PM
1

If the man in question is interested enough, he will do it.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/20 01:22 PM
15

FDS banned me because I dared to say it’s okay for a woman to approach a man. Had I not approach a man, I wouldn’t had have such a great husband these days. Immediately after I approached him, he took the lead and planned all of our dates and all that.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/20 01:16 PM

I’d do it if I had the body to do so these days (I’m getting there, tho). When I had the body to do so, instagram barely existed and it was a little known app only for iOS.

In the case described on the reply, the kids must definitely needs to be saved because the other parent can (more often than not) save themselves. That’s an example where the kid is priority. However... “It’s time to “Ferberize” and move Junior to a different bedroom, in lieu of room sharing, once and for all.” This where the spouse should come first.

For a moment I thought it was an average chart of chores and how long they should be...until I read closer. Now I'm disgusted. That relationship sounds exhausting if they need to resort to that kind of extortion. I use timers and alarms for most little single things in my life because I need consistency and routine, so I made a schedule. Not because I'm being extorted by, say, Netflix or something like that.

As an anime fanatic, WHY THE FUCK SO MANY ANIME FANS ARE WHITE SUPREMACISTS?! I've been into anime my entire life (but I'm from Latin America) and in the past few years I've noticed how so many Otakus have white supremacy tendencies. It's scary.

I was in a LDR for a year and a half with my ex husband because he was military and was going through training (basic and job training). He flew me every three months to be with him for about a week or so (we were together before he joined). Then we he got his permanent station, I married him and moved with him. WHAT A FUCKING IMBECILE HE WAS!!!!!!!

I’d say a 12 year old is acceptable. They’re in school and can fend for themselves. They can even be left alone for a few hours (albeit not a whole night alone) while y’all go on dates.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy30/08/20 07:04 PM

If I was single, I’d never date a man with kids under five. They need to be in school all day for me to even consider giving them the time of the day. I had an open relationship last year and dated a man who had four kids (I never got to meet them, tho), but they were all older (youngest was in middle school). I’d be happy with someone like that: with older kids.

No! Eight is the average. A carousel would be like 50 or above in the span of like two years. It’s unrealistic to have just one sex partner in a lifetime of a normal individual.

The average sex partner count for most millennials (1980-1996, my generation) is about eight sex partners. The so called “cock carousel” is a myth.

Of course he’s waiting. Men are notorious for having a low opinion of women who sleep with them right away.

No. Maybe waiting about six weeks at most. It’s best to wait until some sort of commitment has been established.

That’s why “Why Men Love Bitches” says: “Before sex, a man isn't thinking clearly and a woman is thinking clearly. After sex, it reverses. The man is thinking clearly and a woman isn't.” That’s why that book is mandatory reading!!!!!!

Did you report that to the legal department of your ex's branch? They don't play with that stuff. I've known cases like yours and those guys get to eat the big chicken dinner at the end. The ones who neglect their dependents get their wages garnished when reported by their spouse or ex spouse to the command. You'd think the military doesn't care, but they don't play around with that.

I thought the same while married to my first husband...because he was useless as a military person. Then I joined the service (and surpassed him by all metrics)...and dumped him for some other dude who was better in every sense. I've been with him for ten years. Sorry about your experiences. Most are like my ex husband, yes. A bit OT: my chief from my division was on his EIGHTH MARRIAGE. So he must've been a piece of work.

I wouldn't mind if it was entirely straight or somewhere wavy but I learned to live with curls. The problem is finding a good stylist. The only person that knows how to work on my hair properly is my second cousin but he lives in PR. I can't just buy a ticket whenever I need a haircut.

To men, in order for a woman to have nice hair, she must have long, thick (but not too thick!) luxurious locks. Men think women shouldn’t be allowed to have hair shorter than shoulder length. I have extremely thick 2c/3a hair (depending on climate). My hair has definitely been a detractor with finding dates in the past. But at the same time, it has weeded undesirable men.

I posted on PPD about being in a ten year relationship and the first question I get asked is “how much you weight?” I just said 1000000 just to be a troll. My first instinct was to explain that: I could be 4’10” and weight 90 lbs but have no T&A, an ugly face and look like a ten year old boy, or be close to 6’ and weight close to 200 lbs but have lots of T&A, small-ish waist with a golden ratio and a pretty face with no doble chin. That either way, someone will find me attractive.

I never specified the nature of the relationship. It could be a marriage, it could be common law, it could be living apart but still together, it could be LDR...it is not Reddit’s business the nature of my relationship.

I'd say it's not entirely outdated. I had have the most success following both RPW and FDS tactics IRL (without knowing what they were). The whole "men are the gatekeepers to commitment" is not 100% but at the same time, traditionally, it has been the man the one who typically pursues the woman...so both RPW and FDS have a degree of truth within each other. I'm in a ten year relationship and I combine both. Second, RPW are somewhat hypocrites. They scream "nO fEmInIsM" but at the same time, the …

I was military also, so all this sounds too familiar. I did enter the service with a husband but we kinda got disconnected: seeing other people and all that (spoiler: I got out the service with a different husband and I’m still with him after ten years). So, in my second training command, I met a dude. He then PCS’d to San Diego. At San Diego, he majorly “breadcrumbed” me. He claimed to be soooooo busy he didn’t had time to video call or anything like but at the same time told me he liked some o…

I was the gatekeeper to commitment in my latest relationship. He was the one who assumed exclusivity when none has been established. I never made the assumption exclusivity has been established and was talking to other people (but nothing beyond just talking). I was the one who moved forward with becoming exclusive to him. The notion that ONLY men are the gatekeepers of commitment is erroneous. Fast forward fifteen months later...and we were married. We made the mutual decision to do so: there w…
