Well, look at it this way. Good and bad are subjective, sure. But we can objectively say that a tortured being will subjectively percieve it as very bad. So we can say that less torture means less badness will be experienced in the world. But moreover, I think youre being obtuse. It should be clear why you shouldn't torture others. Perhaps you have rationalised yourself into a world view that doesn't match reality? Worth considering, I think.

Im not really interested in going down the diatary health rabbit hole, but animal rights is far from some PETA conspiracy. Science has shown that the animals we eat are conscious and feel pain. We also don't need to eat them, since we have healthy, cheap plant alternatives. That makes farming, killing and eating animals both cruel and unnecessary.

Vegetarianism (and expecially veganism) does not correlate with low testosterone levels. You may be missing out on some testosterone in your food, but youre also missing on huge, huge dosages of estrogen - especially in dairy but also in meat. And dont confuse the ethics of abusing animals with 'femininity' or MGTOW. They are totally different issues.
