At 40, you're likely toward the low range. Keep in mind that recovery takes longer for older people, and since your levels are likely low anyways, it might be a better idea to just blast and cruise right from the start. While it may be a more effective contraceptive than test by itself because of its progestin activity, you still want a test base or else your dick will not work and you will feel like shit due to having zero testosterone.
