It's always a ruse with an equally unhinged "friend" or family member supporting them. That's my case as well unfortunately.

My lawyer literally just emailed me saying that her declaration and submitted evidence has literally no abuse in it and that it in fact destroys her credibility. Said it's "seriously such BS".

Amazing how going through this process you discover all of this BS. They all do the same thing. It's like I'm reading a description of my STBXW anytime people talk about their ex on here.

This makes me feel better. Outside of the initial incident, my STBXW's evidence is full of things that my lawyers describe as being "the most bizarre we've ever seen". One included not taking a picture for her instagram page and not helping her business grow... Absolute madness she was even granted a temporary RO but I guess those are handed out easy.

She has already left but I do have a text where she mentions that the court wont believe me because "she's been abused". My lawyer is using it in our case.

I have a lawyer and have been given visitation pending a bogus restraining order. The custody case is in my local jurisdiction, not where she is.

My county DA office chose to not investigate the claims so that helps. I also have written evidence that she has aggression issues.

I'm sorry to hear about that man, the system is so unfair. Thanks for the kind words.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
